This particular slide is on a branch, and has to have a "back" button that "goes to the slide last visited". It would therefore just go around in a loop if I took that approach. I could write a script 'on enter' to assign a variable with the number of the slide last visited, run through a sequence of looping slides as you describe, and have an advanced action 'back' button to go back to the appropriate slide. But I can't see a way of doing that with the advanced action expression builder provided.
My alternative approach was to link to a looping youtube video, but I was having all kinds of problems with that as well (all in another thread).
Ideally, we should be able to set a video to loop in the same way as an animation. -

Is The GPU Working In After Effects?
Hello,
I use the MSI GTX Geforce 660TI Power Edition, Mercury Playback Engine enabled in Premiere Pro CS6 and After Effects CS6.
When I render in Premiere I notice the Geforce GPU is used quite often, but not at a constant rate. It alters from 0% to 20% to 50% to 0% quite rapidly but most of the time it remains somewhere between 0% and 10%. I don´t remember ever seeing it getting close to 100% (which by itself shouldn´t be an issue considering the rendering demand might not be high).
In After Effects renders, though, I barely see it working. It stays in 0% almost all the time with really rare 2% peaks, while the CPU´s 8 cores are maxed out (85% to 100% in all cores, simultaneously).
Does it seem right? Is there a way to know if the GPU is working properly?
I monitor the usage through the gadgets provided in Windows 7 Home Premium.

GSkill DDR3 1600 - 8MB x 2

Believe me, we ALL know what you are going through!
You CAN develop your slideshow directly in iDVD and you can have multiple songs (I just figured this out myself just now! LOL). I will walk you through the process.
Firstly, open a new project in iDVD.
Then press the + button (bottom left hand side) and add slideshow and a heading "My Slideshow" will show up on your iDVD screen. Then, go into your media and press photos, and drop your folder of photos into the "My Slideshow" button (if you havent put your folders into a new album in iPhoto, now is the time to do this).
Now double click on your My Slideshow button and all your photo's should come up. Down the bottom of this page you will see some options. Slide Duration, Transition etc. Again, go into your media and select audio. Go through your playlist and hold down the apple button (next to space bar left hand side) and select the songs you want to play with your slides then drag them across to the audio button (it automatically changes the slideshow to fit to audio). The only problem I can see with this is that there is considerable "dead" time between tracks which means some slides show without music. You can easily solve this by going into Garage Band and trim off the excess "dead" time at the end of each track. If you have problems with this I can talk you through that too if you would like.
Oh and I think i read somewhere that 99 photos is the maximum you can have in iPhoto?? That could be what is causing your problem. You could always break it down in to 2 separate slide shows? -
Can anyone tell me where the default location is for the disc cache in After Effects CS6?
I recently changed the location of the disc cache in After Effects CS6 but I failed to empty the cache before changing the location and I need to delete all of the old cached files. Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit OS.

When printing to the dye sublimation epson stylus pro 7700 using adobe illustrator it is required that I mirror the image. When mirroring the image the print colors are muted. Not mirrored and the print colors are perfect. Any suggestions?

What do you mean by iTunes registering the mp4?
Which iTunes, on iPad, iTunes is a Store and it won't take your .mp4.
On pc, check if it supports the mp4 (there are a number of different mp4 format) you have converted.
Can you import it to computer iTunes? -

i am unable to sync my movies in the i tunes 11 library i try to add the mp4 video by using the add to library option but the movie does not sync while the music is syncing fine...
I had the same issue. What I did was save the movies on a thrid-party app like Download Manager Lite. Once downloaded, go back to itunes, go to your iDevice, go to apps and transfer the app, then scroll down and click on the app and from there you can send the movies to that app and WILL play. Can only hold up to 8 videos/movies (this is for iPod Touch 3G or better, iPhone 3s or better, iPad requires iOS 4.3 or better)

If your just putting them on iTunes, it should show and play on iTunes no problem.
