Set up pricing - Group condition doesnt works

Hi Gurus,
Please provide me your inputs.
Can SAP determine the sales price as described in the below two cases.
Case 1:
Sales price for material M1, from 01.01.2011 u2013 31.07.2011
Quantity         Price
0                         100
25      90
100      75
Sales price for material M1, from 01.08.2011 u2013 31.12.9999
Quantity      Price
0      105
25      94
100      78
Sales order (note the difference in pricing date)
Total quantity = 38, second scale should be used

Thanks a lot for your answer. I am relatively new to this subject. Please elaborate your answer for me to maintain the settings in copy control.
The scenario is - New condition type ZPR0 is created with group condition. And the scales are maintained as mentioned in the problem.
Lets say Order is created on date - 23/11/2011 with two lines
Line 1 - Material M1 - Quantity 17 - Pricing date 31.07.2011(Maintained at item level)
Line 2 - Material M1 - Quantity 21 - Pricing date 31.08.2011(Maintained at item level)
With scales maintained, because of the pricing date , system picks up individual scales and it doesnt accumulates the quantity. How to tell system to accumulate quantity and then check scale based on the pricing date.

Parallel Block (ParForEach) end condition doesnt work

hello
I have a parallel block in my workflow (multiline) .
In this defintion i have also configured an end condition.
( &Approved& = 'X' for example)
My intention was that the workflow continues after the block when:
1) all parallelblocks are processed.
2) the end condition was met.
But this second scenario( end condition was met) doesnt work.
When approve = X in one block, the other parallel blocks arent logically deleted.
is my assumption wrong? has anyone ever experienced this behaviour?

Hello,
In fork normally you define how many branches are required to complete a job.
Let say u have 3 approvers for one work item say A,B, and C.
If one of these approve you move on to the next step so in this case branches are 3 but necessary branch required is 1.
I believe that u must be setting flag 'X' when it is approved correct.
So just play with the necessary branches and you will be available to do it.

HT204150 Can't set up a group contact that works for iCloud

I'm so frustrated with trying to set up a group contact. I need to use more than one email address per contact, and it says that I have an error (of course not identified) in one of the addresses. I can't find any details on specifically how to add addresses to the contacts, and have spent an hour trying to figure out what should be a very simple process. I've tried using a comma, a semi colon, no punctuation, and nothing seems to work.
Also, why can I not see a BCC field option anywhere in my email? These were all obvious functions on my PC. I feel like I'm wasting so much time on such a simple task!

When i set this thing up, it created a whole bunch of "genre" smart playlists that I can't get rid of. Including things like "90's Music"
Those are the default playlists created by iTunes.
If you don't wna them, delete them.
that immediately go to the top of the list.
Playlists are sorted in alpha/numeric order.
If I disable these, then I can't get the playlist I set up for my podcasts!
Don't disable Playlists in Prefs.
Just delet the playlists you don't want.

[SOLVED] fluxbox middle click to group tabs doesnt work[solved]

I remember that a while ago when I installed fluxbox thatmiddle clicking the titlebar and dragging it to another window will group them together, but this does'nt happen anymore... I've tried every possible combination with the mouse and I can't get them to group together. I even installed and uninstall and built fluxbox from source from scratch. I can't find any documentation that says something changed. What happended? Any input on this will be greatly appreciated.

My system works as you describe (middle click titlebar and drag). I believe this functionality is controlled by your ~/.fluxbox/keys file. In my 'keys' file, I have the following line.
OnTitlebar Mouse2 :StartTabbing
Perhaps your 'keys' file has changed.

"Row Template 2 Condition" - use based on PL/SQL Expression
'#DOCUMENT#' is null
The "Row Template 1" is to be show only if Column "DOCUMENT" is not null, otherwise "Row Template 2" is to be show if Column "Document" is null. I have test various examples:
'#4' is null, '#4#' is null and '#DOCUMENT#' is null. Without effect. Only "Row Template 1" is showing.
Can anybody help me?

null in conditions would return no value rather than 'null' - you can catch this by using an empty string - so:

Replacements via Apple tech support are usually refurbished units, not new stock, though none of us here can say with certainty what you will receive. But you will not be able to tell the difference between new stock and a refurbished unit, and refurbished units generally go through more extensive testing than do new units, so getting a refurb may well be better than getting new stock.

CRM 5.0 IPC Group Condition

We have a requirement to implement a group condition in CRM IPC 5.0. We have it implemented in R/3 and it works fine. We have replicated the code in the IPC and it is being hit. The code is quite simple. We copy to subtotal 1 a the net line value if the condition ZDC1 exists on the line. We then want the group basis calculation to only include the totalling of those lines that had ZDC1.
As I mentioned, this works fine in R/3. In CRM it is including the value of all the lines regardless of whether there is a ZDC1 condition or not. The Java code is getting hit and doing the transfer of the value to subtotal 1 at the right time.
Is there something else we should be setting up in the custom fromula for a group condition? I see in the IMG in CRM where I can add formula and implementation attributes. Is this something I need to do to get the group condition to work correctly?

We put code in to write the condition out to a log file to ensure that the correct values were being calculated. Once we did this, the condition started working. No clue why.

Group conditions in price conditions

In a pricing condition, group conditions may be checked off to include in a group.
How specifically do they belong to a group as per the requirements? What group are they referring to?
"Group condition
Indicates whether the system calculates the basis for the scale value from more than one item in the document.
Use
For a group condition to be effective, the items must belong to a group. You can freely define the group to meet the needs of your own organization. The items can, for example, all belong to the same material group.
Example
A sales order contains two items. Both items belong to the material group 01.
Material Quantity Material group
A 150 01
B 100 01
The group condition indicator is set in the definition of the condition type for material group discounts. The condition record for material group 01 includes the following pricing scale:
Scale quantity Discount
from 1 pc -1%
from 200 pc -2%
Neither item alone qualifies for the 2% discount. However, when the items are combined as part of a group condition, the combined quantity creates a basis of 250 pieces. This basis then exceeds the scale value of 200 pieces, which is necessary to qualify for the higher discount."

New groups can be defined in VOFM if required, in addition to those supplied by SAP.
A simple example of a group would be the pre-defined group 1 - All items.
This group can be used for instance to define a value based discount which you want to apply to all items in the order, based on the total order value. Group conditions are similar to header conditions, but have the advantage that they can be automated with condition records, which is not possible for header conditions.
So, you would set up a group condition, possibly with scales, to re-ward customers for larger orders. Because it is a group condition, the discount would be based on the total order value and then applied to all of the items in the order.
Another option would be to use group 3 - material pricing group. This would let you apply the group condition to all of the materials in a pricing group. For instance, if you wanted to set up scales for similar materials so that your customer gets the same price breaks across a number of order lines, regardless of the mix of materials bought.

AD groups membership not working for target Audience

Got a peculiar problem here. Trying to set audience on a link it doesnt work as we want it to. We have the following behavior:
If adding users directly on SharePoint Group no problems. However if adding AD group to SP group, it doesnt work. Member count for AD Group is 0
AD Group is created as Global, however tried placing it in a Domain Local group to see if that changed anything. SP synchs the AD groups fine, however it seems like it doesnt read the members, thus not granting any users access based on AD group membership.
Not sure if this is default behavior or?

Price going negative due to group condition

Hi All,
We have some item lines in order which are grouped together for Pricing group condition. i.e., what ever the price value of the group condition type, it is being shared among all the group items.
When ever we add new item lines of the same group, price of all the item lines in order which are in same group are got affected. But, we have a problem when some item lines in group are already billed.
Since some item lines in group are already billed, the price value of these items could not be changed. So, to compensate this value, the last item in group is going negative. i.e., Price of last item line in group is shown as negative (eg. -699.00).
How to avoid this scenario? Why is the price going negative?

I didnt think the pricing engine in SAP would pick up items which are already billed.
Anyhow, you can try using group condition routine for that condition type to group only those items which are not billed so far. You can explore KONH, KONP tables to get the fields to query or check on for finding out if line item is billed. Also refer to already existing routines (1,2,3) in the system on how to use 'xvakey'. You may need an ABAPer to help you with it.

How do you determine that it works/doesn't work? Do you filter on the
GPO at all or on a specific setting (Group Policy Preference) within the
GPO?

Custom Pricing Conditions not working for a PO in SRM

Hi Experts,
We are on SRM 5.0, ECC 6.0 , Extended Classic Scenario.
We configured the pricing conditions in SRM . We defined the our custom pricing condition types as below
Condition type      --- Condition Class       --- Calculation Type
Frieght(%)            ---       Prices                ---      Percentage
Frieght Value       ---        Prices                --- Fixed Amount
We also defined the Calculation Schema.
But when we try to define the pricing conditions in SRM during PO creation\change , the standard pricing condition types work but when we input the above defined custom pricing condition type, the value entered gets cleared. Pricing Overview is not calculating the values of the custom Pricing condition types.
Please assist as where i have gone wrong. Do I need to run any standard report for pricing or do i have to implement any BADI.
