Hi Gurus,
In Industrial hygiene and safety,How to customize IHS--SPRO set-up risk matrix.
according to the probability and severity.
in CBIH12 Risk assessment I am unable to see my values.
how to define the risk matrix please elaborate it.

Thanks for your reply .
Following are the course of events in my testing for the SNP Optimizer :
(a) I have not selected Discrete Optimisation with Fixed Material and Resource Consumption as 30 days .
(b) The resource did not have a set up matrix assigned to the resource and the PPDS which was CIF from ECC was having the figure of variable as well as fixed consumption .
(c) Conversion of the PPDS PPM into SNP PPM with variable lot size generated the variable and fixed consumption figures in the SNP PPM as well ,
(d) During the SNP Optimiser Run it considered the set up time defined in the fixed consumption and the processing time in the variable consumption leading to giving the right quantity after considering say 0.5 hrs of set up time .
(e) Now after attaching the set up matrix to the resource the PPDS PPM generated has to read set up from the set up group and key and thus has no figure in the fixed consumption .
(f) SNP PPM converted from the PPDS PPM as generated in point (e) leads to capturing no figure of fixed consumption in the SNP PPM .
Request you to review the above points and advice how to set up the master data objects and SNP Optimiser Profile so that even after the set up matrix assigned it should pick up the set up time .

Hi Pratheej,
These vulnerabilities were fixed in 11.2.1.6.1 and 7.0.6.2.0. As you are on 11.2.1.8.4 you are okay for 11.2.1 but the 7.0.5.16.0 release does contain the vulnerability. If you are concerned then you should upgrade those to 7.0.6.2.0 or later (check for the latest applicable 7.0 release in My Oracle Support).

Risk Matrix Heat Map Report Count

I need to create a risk matrix report as below using SSRS?
Can anyone help me? I have been able to create one similar using a matrix but is the risk doesn't have a rating, the row or column will not show and therefore the matrix changes size? which isn't really what the client wants.
Any help would be amazing!

According to your description, you want to create a matrix with different background color based on the value in textbox. Right?
In Reporting Services, matrix generate columns based on the column group. In this scenario, if you want to specify different background color of textbox, you can use switch() function to set it. Please refer to the expression below:

'Disable or enable software Secure Attention Sequence' GPO setting | Security Risk

Hello,
In implementing SCCM we discovered that the 'ctrl+alt+del' button for the SCCM Remote Control client, will not work, unless we enable the 'enable software Secure Attention Sequence' GPO setting with 'Services and Ease of Access Applications' set.
Our info sec team is looking for some reassurance that this introducing a lot of risk to our orgnization. Does anyone have any guidance they can provide for this?

As you mentioned In Configuration Manager 2012 does bring the 'ctrl+alt+del' back which required enable the 'enable software Secure Attention Sequence' GPO setting.
by default, only Ease of Access applications running on the secure desktop can simulate the SAS. If you set this policy setting to "Services and Ease of Access applications," both services and Ease of Access applications can simulate the SAS.
When services or other application simulate the SAS, since services or application which could launches at logon it takes risks.
We suggest you refer to system center configuration manager forum because you might get more useful suggestion there

Set focus in matrix

I am loading matrix using datatable.The datatable is as ,

I want to add new record in the udo using matrix.So I am adding a new blank record in the matrix first.For this I used the following code-

How to make or create rule matrix?

How to create rule matrix...do we first consider the business process.I mean do we have to craete rule matrix as per the different SAP Modules(BASIS,HR,PAYROLL etc.).
Also if somebody have any document or link for role simulation demonstration please share the same with me.!!

Dear Pranjal,
you have to start to analyze your business and then based on your processes you have to define what is a risk. In the end a risk must be declared by your management. I would recommend to start with the pre-delivered rule set from SAP to see what has been defined as a risk. Basically that is a good start to develop your own rule set.
Personally I am using a risk matrix to identify SOD conflicts we have in our organization. Based on that we have identified critical risks and those are defined in the rule set. Please see the following matrix of general tasks:
As mentioned above in the end the risks must be declared by your management. Some SOD might not be critical in my organization but in yours they are. Hence you have to analyze your business, your processes and based on that defining what is critical and what not.

Using the PPDS setup matrix

Hello All -
I have 3 products A,B and C which are run on a single line during a particular week(day). We have certain set-up times when we move from one product to another. Here are the set-up times:
The sequence in which these products run on the line is decided by the plant scheduler during production planning. The production planners run heuristics and peform manual changes to the planned orders. They know which product runs in which shift but they do not necessarily adjust the planned orders to the hourly level.
What we would like the system to do is somehow incorporate the set-up times when we move from one product to another. We would like to see the the resource being consumed during the set-up time.
Also, we are not in a position to use the optimizer. So any solutions involving the Optimizer are out of scope. Just want to achieve this using heuristics.
To achieve this, I have created the following master data:
1) Created 3 setup groups SG1(A), SG2(B), SG3(C).
2) Created a setup matrix SM1 and set up the transitions for all the above combinations.
3) Assign the setup group to operations in a ppm
4) Assign the setup matrix to the resource
I then created 3 planned orders in production planning for the SAME day. All 3 have the same availability time 23:59:59 and based on run-rates we have different start times.
I have the following questions:
1) Which DS heuristic should I use to adjust the start times and the end times of these orders by considering the set-up times in the setup matrix?
The resource should basically be consumed during these setup times. I have looked at "Reschedule" function in the DS planning board but I get an error when I run this. Please see end of this post for the error. The message says I may not have free capacity, but I do. I am using backward scheduling and infinite.
2) Is there anyway the set-up times/matrix can be considered during production planning itself and not during detailed scheduling?
3) Can the option of "Schedule Sequence" work for my scenario.

You have assigned characteristics to operations of the order that do not agree with characteristics of the resources on which the operations are to be processed.
The system cannot find any suitable characteristics on the resources and so it cannot schedule.
Procedure
Depending on which of the above reasons is the cause, change the following settings:
Change the working times and capacities of the resources.
Set the planning mode "infinite planning" in the strategy profile.
Activate the planning direction forwards or backwards and reverse in the strategy profile.
Change the characteristics that you have assigned to the resource.

1)     Execute query so we can get data set
2)     Clear matrix and data source (omatrix.clear(), oDBS.Clear())
3)     Open loop
4)     Insert record to oDBS using oDBS.InsertRecords(oDBS.Offset)
5)     Then set value using oDBS.Setvalue(u2026u2026
6)     Move next record
7)     Finally close the loop

When I submit a request with Critical Transaction and no SOD conflict, Access Enforcer forwards my request to the SOD Manager.
I have a Detour Path triggered by the condition u201CSOD Violationsu201D.
The settings are in:
- Access Enforcer 5.2: Configurations -> Risk Analysis -> Default Analysis Type: Object Level
- Compliance Calibrator 5.2:
Configuration -> Risk Analysis -> Default Values -> Default report type for risk analysis: Permission Level
I am wondering why Access Enforcer 5.2 considers u201CCritical Transactionu201D as a SOD Risk

As per my knowledge even though you set the risk analysis to be done at a single level, AE will do at all the levels, i.e., at SoD, critical action, and critical permission. If you want to have only SOD risks, you need to either deactivate all critical action rules in RAR, or create a new ruleset and assign all the SOD risks to it and use it with AE.
This will help you to address the issue.

Multiple GRC rule set update

we are having a custom rule set A loaded in GRC. Now we want another rule set B, with new risks and definition to be loaded in GRC. If we try to upload rule set B risks and functions via Upload function in GRC, would it overwrite the rule set A, or not.Just wanted to confirm whether existing rule set A would be affected or not, due to upload of rule set B.

Is this just possible, if all IDs (risk, function, function action, function permission) will be changed before and could not be equal like in the rule set A? correct?
What's about with the ALL.txt files, do I have to change/upload them as well again?

Unexpected risks after rule update

I wanted to updat RAR rules in dev GRC as per Q2 2009 rule update provided by SAP.
SAP recommendation for transaction FBV0 is:
remove auth objects F_BKPF_KOA and add F_BKPF_BUK with actvt 01 or 02.
As client wants to keep KOA active, I have done following in function AP02 and GL01, to test user risk analysis result in each case
case 1. KOA and BUK both active
case 2: KOA inactive and BUK active
I tested 5 users who have acccess to FBV0.
Among those, in case of 2 test users I found some unexpected results.
In case 1, both users have less number of risks where as in case 2(inactive KOA) I got more risks in user analysis in dev grc.
I am surprised, if I make an auth obj inactive, how can the new risks be generated. The new risks are related to FBV0 and functions AP02, GL01.
Other three users have same risks in both cases.
Can you suggest me what could be the reasons behind this.

In case 2, number of conditions are less : if any user satisfies the condition of BUK active - user will show respective risk. For specific 2 users, they may have authorization for BUK only, but not for KOA. So they are not showing the risks in case1. But in case 2, they have the required authorization to satisfy the risks for BUK only. When case1 is set as risk condition(bith KOA and BUK active) those 2 users can not satisfy the conditions to show rish as they may not have authorization of both KOA and BUK.

SAP GRC 5.2 Compliance Calibrator rule sets for HR module

HI All,
The company i am working for has done installation of GRC 5.2. I would like to download the SAP out of box Compliance Calibrator rule sets for HR function module in a spreadsheet format.
I would like to download the rule set for risks at Function level, Tcode level and also at authorization object level in ABAP and Roles, actions and permissions in JAVA.
I will discuss with the BPAs, internal auditors and come up with a new rule set exclusively for my company needs with the help of the above spreadhseet.
Please tell me what steps i need to do to get this thing done.

Please go through the process but save these as txt files for UNIX. I am not sure about 5.2 but CC4 was not uploading rule files correctly if file was not saved for TXT for UNIX.
