Set up Wizard is running, but after I select my language, I get the blue spinning cicle and the message "Activating" until the battery dies. Why won't my phone active?

ITunes Set-up wizard whenever opening...have to wipe iPhone to sync

Ever since I recently got the new iTunes 10.1.1 everytime I open itunes I have to go through the set-up wizard, this seems to make iTunes no longer recognise my iPhone and thus I ahve to wipe my iPhone everytime I want to add another track or app or whatever. Anyway to fix this?

Set-up Wizard - some of the image cannot load

I have created a window application in C# with a lot of hardcode images.
Next, i created a set up wizard. (So the exe can contain all the files needed Eg, Application files)
However, when view, some of the image cannpt be load. Is it because there are too many images? How can i solve it?

Did you mean the steps below shared by Bob Wu? If so, whether the
"alwayscreate" property was set to true?

The steps depends on the way your use these files.
If these files are resource files and the code read/write these files by using ResourceManager, then you don’t need to do anything.
If these files are locate in a folder and you use the file by file path, for example, Image img = Image.FromFile("C:\\LocalImages\\alligator.ico"); or , Image img = Image.FromFile(".\\LocalImages\\alligator.ico"); //relative path
, then you need to include the file in the “File System on Target Machine” with the right place.
For example, you read the image by the following code,
Image img = Image.FromFile(".\\LocalImages\\alligator.ico");
Then create a folder named LocalImages and include the file alligator.ico in it.

Did you mean it is the time when you execute the application installed by that setup project?
What is the meaning of " the image cannpt be load", the application will not show that image or these images are not copyed to target machine?
If these files are not copyed into target machine, you could check the following way and keep each file's
Copy to Output Directory to "Copy always".

Here is one more.
If these files are added into the project, then you can set the Build Action to Content, set Copy to Output Directory to “Copy always”, rebuild the project ,right click the setup project, click add, select project, select “Content Files” in the Add Project
OutputGroup dialog, and then click Ok.

Where is the set up wizard?

I uninstalled firefox in order to download a clean version but don't get to the set up wizard. I recently encountered a trojan horse that caused me to quarantine certain archive functions. What do I look for and how do I fix this?

My problem was that the set up wizard never showed up, though I downloaded several times to replicate the problem. Though downloaded, firefox never showed up as a download or as an icon, and neither did the wizard.

Set up wizard claims no internet connection

Trying to run set up wizard for befw11s4 v.4 on win vista. The wizard keeps telling me that my computer is not connected to the internet, check the connection. Not sure where I went wrong.

Go to your internet browser and as if you were going to type in a web site address, type 192.168.1.1. The password should be admin unless you changed it.

No set up wizard cant authorize computer- digital editions

Just downloaded the new digital editions. The set up wizard never poped up and I can't authorize my computer which means I am not authrozied to read my library books on my Nook...Please help

My mother couldn't get ADE to authorize her new Nook HD for her books she checks out through the library. However, we did find that B&N has available through their site free apps for both libraries that use Overdrive Media Console as well as libraries that use the 3M Cloud Library. All you need to do is download these free apps to be able to directly download from your library's site into your Nook.

Once you have downloaded the correct app for your local library you can access the app in with all of your other apps. Within the app it's self is where you can find your library books. My mother was so excited to find out we could do this and just forget about having to transfer her books from the computer.
As far as books from other sites, I'm not sure that these apps would download them, however I haven't had a chance to test that theory out.

I'm try to set up a new Epson printer SX 445 to my router/network but each time I run the set up wizard it fails to complete saying Security Key/Password Check fail.

I know that the password is correct and have rechecked this by changing it a few times
and I still get the same result.
My network internet service provider is not interested and says to call Epson.
Anybody have any clues how I can resolve this?

I personally suggest the new Drobo FS. Since it has an iTunes server built in and you can use any size sata hard drive in it it is better and a NAS that has to use the same size drives.

Set up says firefox is still open and wont proceed in the set up wizard, what do I do?

In downloading firefox 4, the setup wizard will not get past "please close firefox" to proceed with set up. Firefox is closed on my laptop with Xp what do I do?

If it's registered with Apple, no problem. Go to
<http://www.apple.com/support/contact/>
and enter your computer's serial number. Check your coverage status. If there is no indication of the AppleCare plan, call Apple (the number is indicated on the same page) and they'll tell what you need to do.

WRT54G- Set up Wizard Password Issue

I just got my linksys and am using the setup wizard. On #8 it keeps prompting me for a password. I use the default "admin", the system runs the checking computer function, I get to @ 98% and then just keeps asking me for a password over and over. Am I using the wrong password? How do I get passed this part of the set up?

hold the reset button on the router for 30 seconds and do a power cycle...run the CD again and check whether admin works or not...
if any problems , access the router from the wired computer using http://192.168.1.1 .. leave the username blank and password admin
check whether it works or not ..

This is Md. Ashikur Rahman purchased a BB curve , model-8520 from India. Now I am in bangladesh & my service provider is Grameenphone. In the e-mail setup wizard I can see only one option which requires BB enterprise password to complete the set up. I think the other option- 'Add existing e-mail account' is locked.
My service provider is unable to unlock. How can I use that option so I can complete my e-mail set up & comunicate over internet?

Hi and Welcome to the Forums!
Your service provider is exactly that...the provider of all of your services. If they cannot delivery PUSH email to you (or, for that matter, any other BIS-level services), then there's nothing anyone else can do.

BEFW11S4 V4 set up wizard

My set up wizrd disc was damaged and I need to know where to download the wizard. I can not for some reason just do the the quick hook up. I am running win xp3 with a cable modem. Have had the darn thing working great before and since I reformatted the hard drive I cant get internet once I try and hook it up

sabertooth is right, you don't need the setup to configure your router, you can configure all the settings on your Router Manually..

Nokia e71 - Email set up wizard "unable to connect...

Okay well I have searched these forums and I can't find my answer so I will try it here...So I can veiw the person who had this phones email account, but I CANT set my new one up. I use the "email setup wizard" go into it, connect, and then it asks me my email address, I enter the CORRECT one and thats as far as this thing will let me go..I dont even get to the part where it asks me for a Password. after I enter my email address it tryes to connect to the server (which is yahoo mail) and then I get the message "Unable to connect to server. Try again later."....AND that's all it keeps doing. I have no clue how to set up an email on this phone. I use it with my WAN connection and with my providers internet and get the same message both times..I figured it would be easy but NOOOOO..so anyone have any ideas??? PLEASE HELP ME! this is making me mad!

You will need adjust the mail application's POP settings to get your Yahoo! Mail messages into it.
POP access is a service for owners of one of the following:
•Yahoo! Mail Pop Access & Forwarding
•Yahoo! Mail Plus Premium Services
•A Broadband account
•A Small Business account
To use an email client or application to send and receive Yahoo! Mail messages, you may need to designate a new incoming (POP) mail server and a new outgoing (SMTP) mail server. Consult your owner's manual for instructions on designating servers in the email application.
If you can't add new POP or SMTP servers, you will need to change your current server settings. Before you make any changes, write down your current settings. You might need to revert to your original settings later if you decide to send and receive messages from your other email addresses.
The following steps will help you find the POP settings for your Yahoo! Mail account and configure it:
Your phone email client or application will ask for these settings:
◦Incoming Mail Server (POP3)— for example, pop.mail.yahoo.com.
◦Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP)— for example, smtp.mail.yahoo.com.

When downloading Firefox, the second time I click run I do not get the set up wizard and Firefox won't install on my PC. Why?

When I first click download and run, It takes about 2.5 minutes to download the program. It then prompts me to click run again, but this time instead of taking me to the Wizard as it says it will, it processes for about 2 seconds and all prompts go away without installing Firefox.

The issue eventually resolved itself, I still don't really know why. I kept up with Windows update, and attempted downloading iTunes again from the Apple website, and it just... worked. It now works fine. I don't know why it took approximately 4 months to work, though.
I'm sorry I don't have any more helpful information. Posting here was my last resort, and clearly Apple never bothered to reply.
