Set US Subscription as default and World minutes f...

I am currently subscribed to 400 minutes of calls to the US. I am also subscribed to Office 365 which gives me 60 minutes of World minutes. Whenever I make calls to the US(which happens more often than calls outside US), my account consumes the World minutes subscription first, then moves on to the US minutes after the 60 minutes is up.
My question: Is it possible to switch the default subscription that my account will use for US calls? I would like to be able to use the World minutes outside the US, but that never happens because I call within the US a lot so my World minutes get used up at the start of my monthly subscription.

Run REGEDIT.EXE and navigate to this key:
HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Excel.Sheet.12\shell\Open\command
Then rename or delete the "command" entry in the right panel.
Finally edit the "(default)" entry to point toward the Excel 2007 folder instead of the 2013 folder.
You may have to do this again from time to time as Excel 2013 seems to reset it to itself.

I have both skype credit and world minutes (offered by Office 365). When I do a skype calling to mobile or landline, which account above will be taking into priority and whether I could choose which one should be active at a time as part of charging/payment?

Skype will use the subscription that’s best for you. It ranks your subscriptions and uses them in this order:
By minute rate – lowest rate (i.e. cheapest) ranks first;
By plan type – unlimited ranks first, and limited ranks second;
By next monthly minutes reset date – nearest ranks first.
TIME ZONE - US EASTERN. LOCATION - PHILADELPHIA, PA, USA.
I recommend that you always run the latest Skype version: Windows & Mac

I assume you have tried toggling the setting in Firefox between Outlook and, say, Gmail:

In the search box, type or paste '''mailto''' and pause for the list to filter.
Change the setting and OK to save it, then return to the dialog, change back, and OK again.
You also might want to toggle the setting at the OS level between Microsoft Outlook and the native Windows Mail client in a similar fashion. In Windows XP you could use IE's Options dialog, Programs tab, for this, but I'm not sure in Windows 7.
Since one possibility is a problem in your Firefox settings (including the possibility of interfering add-ons), and another is a problem at the Windows level (e.g., Registry settings), it would be useful to try to identify which one it is. Hi everyone, I have Snow Leopard 10.6.8. I have been very very frustrated by this problem. [I could not create new windows, and anything that opens new windows, such as trying to see what Add-ons you have etc would not work]. I read about changing screen alignment to the top... I have one screen so the option does not exist. The above messages would not fix this problem. I searched hard and did find a solution in the end. I read stuff about removing Add-ons until the problem is fixed, but its simply not the case.
First of all open Firefox. next go to options: Help --- 'Restart with Add-ons disabled'. Tick the box for add-ons, restart firefox. Next go to Tools --- Add-ons. Next (In the Add-ons Manager' click on 'Plugins' on the left hand side pane. Look for the small blue writing that says 'Check to see if your plugins are up to date'.
Now notice it should say 'Missing Flash'. "For your safety, Firefox has disabled your outdated version of Flash. Please upgrade to the latest version". I followed this, reinstalled Flash and it now works as it always did, no problems. For people where the above fix didn't work, try this one out. Hope it helps people!

Error while opening iTunes CD driver. This could be caused by a corrupted iTunes file or a conflict with other older CD burning applications, either currently installed or previously installed and uninstalled incorrectly.

But if that's the case then when we perform rowSet.executeQuery in QUERY_MODE_SCAN_VIEW_ROWS, why does it not see the records in the default row set which have already been placed in the cache by iteration over the default row set?

have you tried resetting the rowset after the first iteration - my guess its pointing to the end after the first iteration. So perhaps try closing the rowsetitertor first

Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: ''This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.''
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
#Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
#Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
#Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
#From the details list, check ''Cache'' and ''Cookies'' and uncheck everything else.
#Now click the ''Clear now'' button.

Besides setting the iTunes store to the US, you will also need
a credit card issued in the US with billing address in the US;
you also are supposed to be located in the US when using the
US store, and there are periodic software checks to verify that.
Simply changing the iTunes store to the US iTunes store will
not allow you to make purchases/download free apps without
meeting the other requirements. Do you meet them?

You must have a slower connection if it took 2.5 hours, did you pause it or exit out to the main screen? I've paused movies many times and it resumes..it could be due to the connection as well so what is your actual speed? Check www.speedtest.net Wifi or ethernet? Have you changed the DNS settings?

Correct. When you update via iTunes all synced media that is not in your iTunes library will be lost.

Certain websites require IE, and accidentally setting Firefox as my default browser has completely messed up my desktop shortcuts.

When I changed my default back to IE, the icons changed back, but everything still opens in Firefox... How can I get the shortcuts to open in IE? I've tried deleting the original shortcuts and creating new ones, but they still open in Firefox...

I'm not 100% sure I understand your problem. From what you've said, I think you're saying you've changed your default browser to Firefox, and the desktop icons all changed from the internet explorer icon (the blue e) to the firefox icon. You've changed the default browser back to IE, but the icons haven't changed back, and when you click on them they open in Firefox.
If that's the case, the problem is with your default browser setup. From what you've said, you've already set it in the browser similiar to [[How to make web links open in Firefox by default|the support article]]; for some reason Windows hasn't changed the default browser.
You could try (in Win 7) opening the control panel, then Programs ->Set Default Programs, and click on Internet Explorer in there, then "Set this Program as Default".

As mentioned by Anil, you need to restrict your customerr Exit code to I_STEP = 1.

<u>Open your Variable in change mode, in the Last Page os the Variable Maintenance you can provide default value. Note: you are doing same thing in Customer Exit. In your case no need of Customer Exit.</u>
