Set withdrawal from alternative plant without maintaining the issuing plant

Dear Expert,
Please help me..
When I want to maintain special procurement type 70 (withdrawal from alternative plant) for plant 1500, 2500 (new plant), I set the withdr. altern plant for BOM component produced in house but when I want to save , then system ask me to input the issuing plant. I know it because of dependencies. but why in the past, when I maintained special procurement type 70 for plant 1000, 2000, and 3000 I can saved it without maintaining the issuing plant?
Can you tell me which customizing/ configuration link to this dependencies (if we choose withdrawal from alternative plant we need to maintain the issuing plant too)?
Can we save the special procurement type 70 without maintaining the issuing plant like we had done before for plant 1000, 2000, and 3000?

you cannot customize one by one, what you can do is copy plant (EC02)

                           I got your point..........my query is that ........
<u>case 1</u> : Suppose we are maintaing in SPRO for plant 1001
SP type 7D & then Special procurement as Stock transfer & plant 1000.
In this we can move the stock from the plant 1000 to destination plant 1001.... after defining the SPK - 7D in the material master .
<u>Case 2 :</u> We maintain the Special Procurement as 70 in the material master....... then in SPRO for the plant 1001 with SP type as 70....... & we maintain the withr.alterbative plant as 1000.
So here also as per my understanding we can move the stock from the plant 1000 to 1001.......
so what is the diffrrence.......please elucidate me.......
Is it this way that if there are more than one plant from where we move the stock ..... then with SP type 70 we can have only one Issuing plant.... so in the situation where there is some another material for which issuing plant is differrent then we have to take the help of SPK......

Withdrawal from Alternative Plant

Hi,
I am trying to use special procurement type to withdraw components of finished goods produced in Plant A from Plant B. i.e. Plant B owns the components, Plant A acts as subcontrator but has full PP running.
The problem is that Plant A and Plant B are in different company codes and different controlling areas and I am getting an error due to different controlling areas when I try to do this.
Does anyone know how to get around this? Or of an alternative way to run this process?

As the both the plants are under different company code, you will have to use stock transfer order to transfer the components from plant B to plant A.They have to be recived (GRN) and accepted after which they will come into plant A stocks.
Please take help of SD collegue to get this done

Not if you set up very carefully what you want synced from your computer. Make sure you have not set things to sync automatically and manually choose the settings of what gets synced

I would like to know if there is a way to remove a photo from a LRPublishedCollection without affecting the Publish Service. Basically I would like it to be removed from the collection but I don't want to be added to "Deleted Photos to Remove".

I don't know how to keep it from being put on the "Deleted Photos to Remove" list at least briefly, but if you do this, it'll amount to the same thing:
* save status for all photos in collection
* set status of all photos to "do not publish"
* remove photo from collection.
* publish the collection, and make sure you call the deleted callback, but don't do anything else.
* restore previous photo statuses.
Only works in Lr4+.

Are you trying to reduce the visual clutter on the phone, save space on the phone, or limit the security exposure if your phone is stolen?
If you are only wanting to reduce the visual clutter and make scrolling through the list faster, you could set up a group on the computer containing only the contacts you want to see on my phone (called, for example, "Show on my Phone") and enable only that group inside Contacts on the phone. You might even have one or more existing groups that you could enable that way (maybe "Family" and "Personal").

Without "pretending" to be yourself on the other phone (change settings) there's nothing else you can do.
iOS devices are meant to be single user and can't view iCloud.com the same way a Mac or PC can do.
You need to find a desktop or laptop machine (Mac or PC) to log in at iCloud.

I am creating resultsource from central admin. If I create it from central admin it works fine. But if I am creating result source from power shell scripts it shows me following error message.

Please provide more specific information about the issue. What type of content source you tried creating via powershell?
Make sure you are using the approproate permission and search service application.

How can I transfer songs from my iPhone without wiping the iPhone?

I have two computers. My original is a basic Dell that's really getting old and the other is a new one I custom built a year ago. My first computer, which I had all my iTunes stuff on, has started dying so I've decided to transfer all my music and iTunes over to the new computer. I transfered all my songs from iTunes over to the new computer (after re-downloading iTunes) and then popped in my iPhone.
The issue is this: the new iTunes library is missing 200 songs that my iPhone has. Well, whatever, I figured I'd just sync it. But if I sync from my phone to the new computer it wipes out my phone and gives me the stuff in iTunes, so then I'm out 200 songs. So I tried hitting "Manually Sync this phone". Same thing, if I try and hit apply it says it'll wipe out my phone because it's already synced to the old computer.
Is there a way to un-sync my phone from the old computer, or a way that I can move my music from the phone over to the new computer without wiping it?

Index document with Oracle Text from an ECM without saving the content

Hi,
I have documents in a ECM (Alfresco, UCM and more) and I would like Oracle Text to index the document without saving the content. I want to save space and not have redundant information. I would use Oracle Text to search for document's identification (ID) and fetch the document from the ECM using the ID.
Is it possible ?
Do I have to use Secure Enterprise Search ?

If it the database space, it is not possible to index/serach without storing the file conetents.
using , FILE_DATASTORE you can save the file in the disk (OS) and index them.
When you remove the file, you need to re-index it.
I donot see any other ways.
Do I have to use Secure Enterprise Search ?SES also uses Oracle Text as its base. It also uses FILE_DATASTORE. But the re-indexing part is automated using crawlers.

IOS7 Bug: Why is that i can only making an call works from notification area without unlocking the Phone using the passcode

After upgrading to iOS7, I was asked by the system to set an passcode.
When i try to swipe from the notification area, it navigates me to the passcode lock screen which is expected but the same behaviour is not shown for a call - when i swipe from my notification area for the missed call it allows me to make calls.
Is this a bug or expected behaviour? Why there is a different behaviour for different functionalities? Its just to confuse the users?

It sounds as if you only had one line with an upgrade available. So you can only upgrade one line. For you to upgrade as well, you will have to wait until your upgrade is available. You can check that at MyVerizon. That's just how it works. All carriers and phone brands are the same. I have to wait until February to upgrade. The only thing you can do to get the new iPhone, is add a new line. But then you're paying for a line you don't need.

Automatic batch determination without maintain the class in material master

       Is it possible that we can do automatic batch determination with-out maintaining the class in material master.
       My requirement is i want to do batch splitting at PGI level & user dont want to maintain class in material master only they will maintain VCH1.
       if i will maintain class then batch splitting happening at PGI but if i will remove the batch from material master as well as strategy group then splitting not happening.
