Setting account to use Skydrive

Has anybody tried to setup an account for Skydrive? My officejet 6700 has Dropbox and Google Drive and other in the settings. I have tried various skydrive URL's. Please help.

I think I am confused about what you seek.
The SkyDrive Login Page
You do have to have a SkyDrive account so you can upload your files into that account. Only you know the exact URL to your SkyDrive account.
From the Web:
Assuming you have the account set up and ready to go, you can log in and then copy the resulting URL that represents the path to Your account and the folder into which you wish to upload the files.
From the computer:
The SkyDrive shows up as a Folder in your user account on your computer. If you are scanning from the computer, then you have the option of selecting which folders and files are available on both your PC AND on the SkyDrive account.
Right Click on the SkyDrive icon in the Taskbar >
Open "Settings" > Choose Folders >
You can sync everything or you can select particular folders on the SkyDrive to share (show up) on the PC >> OK
From the printer:
Assuming you have the URL as it appears from the Web Browser, I should think that would be enough to get you to the right location.
If the SkyDrive folder to which you wish to upload the files is not Shared, then you might need to provide a password to the path. If the path is SHARED, that is, the path is public and anyone has access to it, then once you have logged into the account from a computer and located the folder, then I would guess that you just use that URL path (to the public folder) from the printer to the SkyDrive account.
I cannot provide your URL path to your SkyDrive account, because I do not know it. Only you know the exact path, at least until you make the path public or until someone finds your Pubic data by searching for content and your Drive shows up the search results list.
Sorry, if I am still missing the point. I hope you can find your SkyDrive account login credentials so you can log in and find your URL path to the SkyDrive folders in your account.

I saw another thread on the matter but thought I would post because the circumstances are different. Here is how it happened.
I have had an Apple Store account for years and until recently our family has only had our one Mac and my iPhone 4. Thus any purchases we have made on the Apple App Store were made only with this account.
We recently purchased two iPhone 5S's--one for my wife and one for my daughter. Neither had Apple IDs so first we set up my wife's iPhone and created an Apple ID for her. Next we used the Family Sharing feature to set up an account for our "under age 13" daughter.
Because I am still waiting for my iPhone 6 Plus to arrive, and because the iPhone 4 cannot upgrade to iOS 8, and because my Apple ID is the only account with any apps that have been purchased in prior years, I set up my wife as the Family Organizer but when I set up her account, I chose the option to "share purchases from a different account" and entered the information for my Apple ID.
My daughter is able to view my prior purchases on her iPhone, but when my wife tries to view my prior purchases, she receives the message "This iTunes account is set up to use Family Sharing with a different iCloud account than <her Apple ID>."
I hope Apple is reading this. I would be more than willing to help them on this one as this feature is one of the main reasons I put our family on iPhones.

I had this problem. I finally figured it out yesterday. Try this:
On the device that is having trouble seeing purchases, go to Settings>iCloud>Family Sharing> Then tap on the user of the device you are on. Under "Family Purchases" make sure it has the AppleID of the person for that device. Mine originally had my husbands AppleID in there (he is the Organizer), but I changed it to mine. That doesn't make it so that the purchases are under me. The purchases remained under my husband, but my ID had to be in this spot for it to work.
After that, I closed settings, then I went to Settings>iTunes and App Store> click on the AppleID and Sign Out, even if it has the right AppleID in there. Then Sign In again using the AppleID of the person on that device. Again-- even if it has the right ID in there to start, still sign out and back in.
See if they show up. If they don't show up still, try doing a restart (hold down power button and home button until it restarts).
They should show up by then, but if they don't, at that point, try to go into iCloud and Sign Out and back in.
I think the key is having the right ID in "Family Purchases". I hope this works for you.

I have 2 apple iDs ( hotmail accounts) one of which was set up some time ago and not used for awhile in which time it has become blocked. This Id is set up in iTunes and the app store. It is linked to an old email address which is no longer used which means I can't retrieve a code to reactivate. What I want to do is remove this inactive hotmail account and use the other for all access with iTunes, app store, iCloud,mail etc. without losing all apps and credits. Can this be achieved ? My daughter needs the iPad at school and at the moment can't use iCloud and mail and I am scared to add more iTunes credit when there is a problem with this account... Welcome to the Apple community.
iTunes and iCloud and different accounts, you will need to delete both accounts from your device before adding the new details in their place.
For iCloud go to settings > iCloud, scroll down and hit the delete button. You can then sign back in using your correct details. For iTunes go to settings >store, tap your account ID and then sign out, you can then sign back in using your correct Apple ID.

How did he manage to do this? - he would have to have known your password if he was using an existing Apple ID. You should change it immediately to something strong and unguessable. That will prevent him accessing the account or using the email he has set up (assuming he hasn't changed the password and locked you out).
You can't change the primary @icloud.com address once set up, though you can create additional addresses as email aliases: if he's given this address out you will get his emails but you could set up a Rule to trash them.
You might to better to create a new ID and iCloud account anyway. To do this you wil need a different non-Apple email address (you could use a free GMail one); or you have the option in the iCloud prefs pane to choose an @icloud.com address and make that the ID.

I have the same problem - it is maddening. I rely on this iPad for work so this is not just an annoyance! The above solutions of changing the appleid on the device or on the website do not work.
The old email address no longer exists - I haven't used it in a year probably and I no longer have the account. I logged into the appleid website and there is no trace of the old email address so there is nothing that can be deleted or changed there. On the iPad there is no trace of the old email address so nothing can be deleted there either. I have updated the iPad software and the same problem comes right back. Every 2 seconds I am asked to log in using the old non-existent email. The device is currently useless.
The only recent change to anything was the addition of an Apple TV device, which was set up using the correct login and password.
Does anyone have any ideas? The iPad has been backed up to the iCloud so presumably it now won't recognize the current iCloud account? So restoring may notbe an option?

Try to change your Apple ID back to your old email address (http://appleid.apple.com) in order to set up and activate the phone. After the set up please sign out of iCloud and turn off "Find My iPhone" (Settings > iCloud) - do that on all your devices -, then change your Apple ID to your new address again and then add your iCloud account on you devices again.

I Sugges you to log into your hotmail acc and go to security and password change bit, then you will see two-step verification.. turn that off and you will be able to set it up on your iPhone/iPad or even Mac.

In Mail>Preferences>Accounts tab>Account Information tab - from the 'Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):' drop-down menu select 'Edit SMTP Server List...', choose the server you want to edit from those listed, click on the Advanced tab. Does that give you the option you're after?

Not easily, no. The better solution would be to put a passcode on the phone.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
If she creates her own iTunes account she can't use any protected content purchased under another account. She can play unprotected content synced from an iTunes library on a computer, but she can only download content from the cloud that is purchased under her account.
It's a pain I know, but the longer you put off the move, the worse the situation will become.
