Setting aggregation content for logical level in 11g
Hi Guys,
When working on with horizontal and vertical federation in OBIEE 11g with multiple data sources here in my case it is essbase and RDBMS.
1) pulled the columns and dragged into the concerened table.
2) The related heirarchies have been defined.
3) when trying to go to one of the LTS and trying to set the logical level aggregation im not able to see the levels columns corresponding nor im getting the get levels option to get them. where am i going wrong?
when im trying to join a fact by pulling it on to the fact...i can see the levels in content tab,but when i try to define levels and check it its giving me error "There are no levels matching the BI algorithm"
Any answers wud be appreciated.

It is autocreated,i dint customize it.....Im dropping the RDBMS table onto the Essbase cube dimension table and im not getting the RDBMS content levels that should be defined in the LTS of the table,and the RDBMS table has an level based hierarchy but still no sucess.
Any more ideas

I'm building a BI model based on financial transactions (incomes, expenses, etc..)
and my main problem is how to substract a measure, where the aggregation rule is set to SUM, for different levels in the "Account" dimension?
Example:
I have the "Account" dimension with the following hierarchy:
Account_ID / Account_name / Account_type / Account_total
And, lets say, 2 rows in it:
1.row in the "Account" dimension:
account_ID : 100
account_name : "Marketing expense"
account_type : "Variable expenses"
account_total : "Total profit" (total income - total Expenses)
2. row in the "Account" dimension:
account_ID : 200
account_name : "Financial incomes"
account_type : "Total incomes"
account_total : "Total profit" (total income - total Expenses)
"Total profit"
"Tot. incomes" "Tot. Expenses"
"Finan. incomes" "Market. expenses"
The fact table has just one measure: "Amount" and, of course, some foreign keys:
Account_ID -> "Account" dim
Organization_ID -> "Organization" dim
Date -> "Date" dim
Amount
The measure "Amount" in the fact table is positive both for expenses and incomes.
Now, what I'm trying to do is to sum up that measure on my top level in the "Account" dim.
At that level my report in Answers should substract "Total expenses" from "Total incomes"!
How can I do that?

IvanSorry to pop the obvious question, but can't you model that nicely and put it into distinct columns?
If not, you can create derived measures on you fact using "case when" statements. One for the incomes with amount > 0 (or >=0 ...depends on where you want to have the 0's) and one for the expenses with amount < 0.

Trying to download additional content for Logic Pro X. My download status is 26.6 GB of 26.6 GB, but Logic will not move any further, not matter what I do. Any suggestions?

The download was actually the successful part! I had no issues with it timing out or anything. My problem was the actual install, after the download was complete. The installer just stopped about a quarter of the way up on "Alternative Kits" and never made it to any of the other kits. I think I'll try installing them one at a time like you said, and see what happens. Hopefully it works!

Livecycle connector for sharepoint Set Document Content for Office documents
Hi,
I'm trying to figure out how the LiveCycle 9.5 connector for sharepoint works. It all works like a charm, exept for the set document content activity in a LiveCycle process.
When I have a file named test.txt on my Sharepoint server, and I execute the process with the "set document content" activity to replace the content with the content of the same test.txt files' content which I changed for the experiment, it gets updated without any problems.
Yet, when I have a file named test.docx on my Sharepoint server, and I try to replace the content with that of the content of the same test.docx file with altered content, the document content doesn't get updated to the new content.
Is there a certain configuration that I need to do, to make this work or is this a known issue of the connector?

I cant seem to find the content i downloaded for logic pro x.
I have been downloading the additional content but can seem to find where its been put on my computer. i used the defaukt location but can not seem to find where it is going. Its a lot of content and i wanted to put it on my external drive but i cant seem to figure out where it has gone.
Can anybody tell me if i can put that content somewhere else and if logic will be able to find it?

Do you run automap 4.8/4.9? If so, then the chance is that automap is the culprit for slow undos/redos on LPX 10.1. Delete the Novation controller in the LPX controller surfaces. You find it under preferences/controller surfaces. If that is the solution for you, then uninstall automap. You find the uninstaller under applications-automap.

I don't get Stage content for a level editor
Hi, first post. I don't get JavaFX. I've gone over tutorials. I understand how to put things in a Stage.content: ..., but I don't get how to use it for my needs.
I'm trying to make a level editor via browser.
The Stage consists of a the 2d world of objects and a draggable tool panel. The dragable tool panel isn't too much of a problem since it's just a group with a bit of interaction. What I'm having difficulties with is "understanding" my world content.
I don't get how I would draw scrollable grid. I don't get how I would use object placements into the content based on visibility list.
In Swing I would just put my objects in a Vector then cycle through them in an overidden .paint(Graphics g). But JavaFX is declaritive. How do i declare a line drawing routine? how do I add objects to the content.
I'm very confused. I've spent little over a week(part time) trying to get this.

How to download additional content for Logic Pro 9
Hey everyone,
I have just purchased Logic Pro 9 and I was downloading all of the Jam Packs available. However, I downloaded most of the Jam Packs until I was forced to restart my computer. Now, I have three Jam Packs left that have not downloaded and I was wondering how do I get back to the screen that tells me which ones I have yet to download? I have searched through the application and have yet to find it. Can someone please help me out?

Can't set up repository for Database Mobile Server 11g (DMS)
I'm trying to install DMS on GlassFish. After installed GlassFish and DMS. I started to run /admin/repwizard
1. First screen, i gave Host name, Port number, Service base on GlassFish info
2. Second Screen, l let the SYSTEM password blank (can't see any request to create password for SYSTEM before)
When i press next, after 2 minutes, one dialog with mess: "Socket read timed out" appear

Setting up harddrives for logic: Journaling? Spotlight?
Would turning off journaling, hiding my media drive from spotlight and defragging my drive regularly be the best way to go, performancewise in Tiger?
In my experience, journaling isn't a problem when recording audio snippets. Can anybody else chime on this?
SpotLight, you don't need that turd, although it won't be a problem either, once the index is created: updating it only involves negligible CPU activity.
If you find you need to disable SpotLight, do it using the mdutil unix command, like this:
sudo mdutil -i off / /Volumes/<name of your audio volume here>
And remove the index file with the same command:
sudo mdutil -E / /Volumes/<name of your audio volume here>
As a matter of facts, simply dragging the volume to SpotLight's window for privacy sometimes leaves the voume in a corrupt state, I don't know why...
If you [ever] needed to re-enable SpotLight, just run the first command with an "on" instead of an "off".
NB: you must have admin rights to perform super-user do commands. -
How to set a hover for Accordion content?
Hello,
I'm trying to figure out how to make a vertical side navigation using the accordion feature.
I've got it all working for what I want to do except for a hover on content.
I have it set for hover on the labels so it shows the blue bar and yellow text on hover or open like I want.
What I'd like now is to have a background on each content line when I hover on it (and when selected it stays the background shown on hover).
I've got a background image for the yellow gradient highlight shown below, but can't figure out how to set the Content for hover like I did the Top Level Tab.
I'm attaching a couple of files for demonstration in case the above is not clear.

I have a HDV 1080i50 project shot on a Z1 that i am having problems with. When i export the project as a quicktime movie the image seems very jerky when played back through QT Player. All the settings seem to be right but have heard of a possible pro
