Setting as wplus at next level failed?

Hi,
we have a wlc 5508 with 100 AP support. we would like to enable the wplus software for officeextend function ? the 5508 is running on 7.0 software. when i try to activate the license it comes with an error " setting as wplus at next level failed "
does anyone know what it means ?

Hi Sijtze,
According to your description, after selected “Change Password at next logon” setting, logged on users were prompted to change their passwords after about 10 seconds, right?
This is a normal behavior. I understand that you expect that this change password page will only appear after a user logged on from a local computer through Winlogon.exe, which is called
Interative Logon.
The fact is that there are many logon types besides an Interactive Logon, in your case, the logon type used by Outlook is
Service Logon, and RDS uses RemoteInteractive Logon type.
You can view these logon events under Security Logs
if you have Audit Policy enabled, there are numerous of them.
