Setting final delivery indicator on scheduling agreements (ELIKZ)

Hello ALL,
Based on note 199749 SAP does not set the delivery complete indicator for scheduling agreements during goods receipt processing. We're employing thousand line scheduling agreeements where new schedule items are added to the scheduling agreeement items via MRP. When the delivery complete indicator is manually set MRP proposes requisitions instead of schedule lines which is our desired processing but we need the final delivery indicator to be automatically set. Does anybody know the user exit to set this indicator during goods receipt processing including any other helpful information.
Thanks so much for your time.

Hello Walter,
this should be possible in BADI 'MB_DOCUMENT_BADI' ,
method MB_DOCUMENT_UPDATE.

• Final delivery indicator unset after underdelivery good receipt.

Hi, If the final delivery indicator is set in the purchase order SAP allows good receipts and then unset the indicator, only if the quantity in the purchase order is equal to the quantity receipt, SAP set final delivery indicator. The user want to set the final delivery indicator to close some purchase orders with underdelivery quantity.

Alejandra,
You can advise your user that the delivery completed indicator is not designed for this purpose.
If the user wishes to prevent further receipts against a Purchase order, for any reason, he should block the item rather than rely on the DC indicator.
ME22N for the order, select the item; hit the 'lock' icon; or Edit>Block.
This transaction is reversible.

• How to set delivery complete in scheduling agreement automatically

Hi. I would like to request for help on how to flag delivery complete in an scheduling agreement?
When creating a goods receipt against a scheduling agreement, do we need a user-exit or how is it configured in order to check the quantity receivedthe quantity in the goods receipt and compare it with the quantity in the scheduling agreement (/- de tolerance) and, in case the full ordered quantity has been received, set the flag Delivery completed in the scheduling agreement.
Thanks.

Hi,
We regret that the functionality setting of "delivery completed"
indicator automatically for a scheduling agreement is not included in
the SAP standard system.
For scheduling agreements, you must maintain the final delivery
indicator only in the scheduling agreement item.
A maintenance from the goods receipt is useless for scheduling
agreements since the current schedule line situation is generally not
final. Even if all schedule lines are supplied, this does not mean that
no new schedule line might be added. Therefore, for scheduling
agreements, maintenance of final delivery indicator is planned only from
the document item.

• Final Delivery indicator not in all rows of Purchase Order

Hi,
I am constructing a query in BW where i need to filter out Purcahse Orders for which the Final delivery indicator is set.
The Purchase cube has the data coming in from following three datasources:
2lis_02_hdr (Purcahse Order Header)
2lis_02_itm (Purcahse Order Item)
2lis_02_scl (Purcahse Order Schedule line).
The Final delivery indicator is populated from Item and schedule line Datasources. The Purchase cube stores the data in such a way that the final delivery indicator is not set for a Purchase order in all the rows.
Please advice how can i populate the final delivery indicator in the cube for all the rows of a Purchase Order. Also I do not want to reinitialize the data load from R3 or PSA.
Regards
Sapna

Hi ,
The answer was helpful but my problem was not solved. But in some of the cases the Final delivery indicator is not getting filtered. Also we have Posting date as a Key field in the Info provider.
Now there are various scenarios. For eg:
1. If the Final delivery indicator is set from me23n then the posting date is saved in my Purchase cube AND hence i can sort the Posting date and get the final delivery indicator against the Max posting date.
2. If the Final delivery indicator is set through MIGO screen, then posting date is blank against final delivery indicator. Hence in Purchase cube the Posting date is blank and sorting will not work.
Please advice.

• Final Delivery indicator in Goods Receipt tab in Process Order

Hello Friends,
I have one doubt, thought to discuss with you.Whats the importance of Final delivery indicator in Process order.I know that if any further goods receipt is not accepted against the order than we should tick this indicator, because of which system sets the DLV status at order header level or if goods receipt qty against the order is equal to order qty than system automatically sets this indicator.
when we do the settlement of order than system looks either for TECO or DLV status of order , if its find there than system consider such orders for settlement.
Now my question is suppose i have done the Goods Receipt against the order less than the order qty, than system will set the PDLV Status against that order. Now no further goods receipt is expected against that order. Now i haven't set the Final delivery indicator in goods receipt tab in process order. But i have technically completed the order, because of which system has set the TECO status against that order.
Will system allow me to settle such order?and viceversa, if order has DLV status at header level and no TECO status, than system will allow to settle such order? If yes than whats the other use of Final Delivery indicator in process order? Is it important to set that indicator from settlement point of view only?
As far as i know, system allows us to do,but on this issue i have got different answers from different person. So bit confused.

Dear,
Will system allow me to settle such order?and viceversa, if order has DLV status at header level and no TECO status, than system will allow to settle such order?
Yes
If yes than whats the other use of Final Delivery indicator in process order? Is it important to set that indicator from settlement point of view only?
You need to Final confirm (CNF) the Order to get the DLV Status.
Or if the Delivery completed indicator is set in the Process Order, then also th System status will be DLV
If your order quantity10 and you produced 10 quantity it means that order is fully deliver then Final delivery will automatically be set.
The "delivery completed" indicator has the following effects:
o The item is regarded as closed, even if the total quantity was not delivered.
o A further delivery is not expected, may, however, arrive.
If status is DLV then it cannot be a WIP stage where the the good are posted to stock and production is completed
Please refer this thread fro DLV and TECO,

• Final delivery indicator

Hello
My question is
"Explain the circumstances in which the Final delivery indicator is automatically set when posting a goods receipt"
Thanks

Hi Sunil
Check help given by SAP
Set "Delivery Completed" Indicator
the delivery completed indicator for goods receipts if the delivered quantity lies within the under/overdelivery tolerance.
The "delivery completed" indicator has the following effects:
o The item is regarded as closed, even if the total quantity was not delivered.
o A further delivery is not expected, may, however, arrive.
o In the next goods receipt, the item appears on the selection list but has no selection indicator.
o The item can be reorganized even if the total quantity has not been delivered.
Note
Even if the "delivery completed" indicator has not been set, an item is'nsidered closed once the total quantity has been delivered. This mean that the "delivery completed" indicator is not necessary in this case.

• Final Delivery indicator in PO

Hello,
I am not getting " final delivery indicator " icon in purchase order.
we are using ECC6.
Thanks in advance,
Vikas R.

Hi,
Active "Delivery completed" indicator for your plant in t.code: OMCD
For Service(external)
Check Field Selection Key for SERVICE PO Document type & make "Delivery completed" indicator is "Opt.entry" in GR/IR control segment for Field Selection Key PT9F( OR your Field Selection Key you are using for Frame work order document type) in following path:
SPRO-> MM--> Purchasing -> Purchase Order -> Define Screen Layout at Document Level
Now assign Field Selection Key PT9F for SERVICE PO Document type & save.
Go for cycle service PO, SES & MIRO and can view Delivery completion indicator
For more check the SAP Note 735404

• Delivery issue about scheduling agreement

Dear experts,
Case:
There're 2 delivery dates in scheduling agreement: One is July 28 (delivery quantity 10K), the other is July 30 (delivery quantity 20K). If July 30 is entered in the field "selection date" (VL01N), delivery only captures the second one (quantity 20K). The first one (delivery date July 28, quantity 10K) is not delivered at all.
Q1: Why the first one (quantity 10K) cannot be captured in delivery? You know, delivery for sales order can capture those items as long as "selection date" is July 30.
Q2: Any chances to make delivery of scheduling agreement capture the first one (delivery date July 28, quantity 10K) as well?
Plz help. Many thanks.

Try tcode VL10A with either following CalcRuleDefltDlvCrDt (By default it is 2-Today and tomorrow) option with relevant date interval.
(Blank) - Everything Up To Maximum Number of Days
3 - Due for shipment by the end of next week ( past-due delivs)+
4 - Due for shipment tomorrow (includes past-due deliveries)
9 - User Exit
CalcRuleDefltDlvCrDt is rule for determining default value for deliv. creation date. i.e., rule for determining the default value for the selection interval for the delivery creation date.
The following are implemented:
1. All documents due for delivery today
2. All documents due for delivery today and tomorrow
3. All documents due for delivery up until the end of next week (includingthose that were due before today)
4. All documents due for delivery up until and including tomorrow(including those that were due before today)
Hope this can assist you.
Thanks & Regrads

• Correction delivery in the scheduling agreement.

Coundnt able to create the correction delivery in the scheduling agreements.

To create a correction delivery (document type LFKO):
Choose Corr. delivery on the delivery schedule tabstrip.
The system displays a dialog box in which you enter a:
--> Correction delivery date
For help on deciding where you want to position the correction delivery, choose Display. The system lists delivery dates in chronological order.
--> Correction quantity
Enter a negative correction quantity by placing a minus sign after the quantity.
Choose Enter and save the scheduling agreement.
Result
When you save the correction delivery, the system updates the cumulative quantities in the delivery schedule.
To display correction deliveries, choose Deliveries on the delivery schedule tabstrip, or Environment --> Display document flow.
Thanks

• Schedule Agreement - ME31L - Set Complete Delivery Indicator and new Versio

hi.
Does anyone know how to create a new Version for Schedule Agreements?
BAPI_SAG_CHANGE doesn't include versions.
I have tried
MEDCM_UPDATE_REVISION
REVISION_WRITE_DOCUMENT
but they somehow change the Release Strategy.
I don't want the Release Strategy changed.
Thanks

Thanks.
it looks like when you create a version, SAP automatically changes the Release Strategy back to Blocked.
I simply used MEL_RELEASE_UPDATE and updated EKKO directly, setting Release Indicator back to R.
It works for now.

• Deliveiry complete indicator in scheduling agreement

Hello Gurus,
If i make Goode receipt via migo (good reiept for purchase order document), the delivery complete indicator in the purchase order is set if the
quantity is with in the tolerance defined in the material.
On the other hand when i am doing the same thing using
a scheduling agreement document the delivery complete indicator
In the scheduling agreement is not set.
can you please advise as to what the potential
cause might be.
Best Regards,
Itzik Eshed

Hi
I belive that its happening for PO because compelete quantity of the material against the purchase order has been received and "compelete Delivery" Indicator got set.
However, for schedue line agreement all the quantity mentioned for the item has not been received . For example
you have schedule line agreement for 1000 qty and you relaesed the schedule line for 10 . Once you receive 10 "delivery Compelte" indicator wont get set as 990 is still left.
Reward if found useful.

• Set Default Values on Purchasing Scheduling Agreements

Good day All.
I need to ensure that the Confirmation Control Key(EKPO-BSTAE) , Unlimited Over delivery indicator (EKPO-UEBTK), Creation Profile (EKPO-ABUEB) and Jit indicator (EKPO-FABKZ) is automatically updated with default values when a scheduling agreement is created for a specific purchasing organisation. Please advise if this is possible via config (SPRO).

Hi,
To set default values for screen painter parameters initialize the field names with default values in the PBO module....
say u have the field name as f_field1....
in the PBO of that screen initialize it....
f_field1 = '100' "here 100 is the default value.

• Planned delivery time in Scheduling agreement and MRP

Hello,
Do you know is it possible to determine system so that MRP run will consider the planned delivery time from the scheduling agreement line instead of material master? Now the system read planned delivery time from material master when creating schedule lines automatically by MRP-run.
Regards, jaana

This can be customized in
SAP Customizing Implementation Guide
-> Production
--> Material Requirements Planning
---> Planning
> Procurement Proposals
> Define External Procurement
Here you can select the indicator "Scheduling according to purchasing info record or agreement" either at plant or MRP group level.
