Setting in cm, need to change to inches

Crystal Reports v11R2, running on Vista SP1, USA, all Windows settings to English, USA.
All of my Crystal Reports are in cm (metric) and not inches.
I have yet to find a solution to this annoyance. During install I am prompted, I obviously selected ENGLISH.
Where can I change from metric to inches?

You nailed it! I had been in there NUMEROUS times (and it IS set to English US) but you were correct I had to do "Customize this format" and sure enough, towards the bottom it was set to METRIC! ARUGH! Chalk up another "stupid Vista" trick. Why would it default to Metric in English USA. <rolling eyes>.

Normally, when I use my online account, when i select a document to open with excel or with adobe, the applicaiton installed on the PC, is used to open the files.
Can you check the under control panel, default programs, and see what program is associated to the PDF files?
When you try to open one of those pdf files from your back, what happens?
If you download them to the HDD, are they automatically associated to ADOBE?

I can send items correctly in Zynga games but can only request items occasionally, like once in 50 or so times. I can usually request items of my farmville friends the very first time I am line in the morning, on my first request. After that it will only go to my facebook friends who are NOT my farmville friends. Do I need to change my browser and if so how do I do that?
I have been in contact with the Zynga folks for several months and they keep saying "they are working on it" but have been unable to assist me so far. I want to find out if it's something I can fix on my end.

Trying to buy goods/services on line using Firefox and all is fine until I get to the final screen, which is my banks verification screen (an added security). The payment then fails. You need to buy something other than an iPhone, that's what you need to change.
There are NO legitimate sources for apps at all other than the app store. The only exception is apps under development for which you have a valid certificate for testing or are deployed internally using a corporate device management system.
