Setting in ERP system required: replicate Inbound/Outbound delivery to EWM

Hi Experts.
I have done all primary Configuration Settings for the ERP System and EWM system (using SPM setting, bcez its is ecc 6.0 sr2 ench pack 2 or 3)
Suppose, plant is 0001, storage location 0001 is mapped to warehouse number EW1 in ERP
Warehouse numbers are mapped ERP (EW1) and EWM system (EWM1)
ERP system.   For Inbound delivery processing in VL60
1)My question how to configure new Vendor with receiving point should be< EWM1> and warehouse number should be <EW1>  ( to replicated inbound delivery in EWM SYSTEM )
For outbound setting for VL01N.
2) How to configure
Shipping to <EWM1>
Delivery type & Sales area ( sales org, Distribution channel , division ) .let me know any configuration required  for delivery type & sale area. ( to replicated outbound delivery in EWM SYSTEM).
Waiting for your reply .
Thankyou

ERP system. For Inbound delivery processing in VL60
1)My question how to configure new Vendor with receiving point should be< EWM1> and warehouse number should be <EW1> ( to replicated inbound delivery in EWM SYSTEM )
There is no relation between a vendor and the receiving point. Actually, you may not require a 'receiving point' to be able to transmit the ECC inbound delvy to EWM. The setting that will drive is the assignment of ECC 'dummy' Warehouse to Plant/storage location and the assignment of this ECC 'dummy' warehouse to EWM Warehouse, in ECC. Similar setting is to be made in EWM where the assignment of business system is made with ECC dummy warehouse and EWM warehouse, in EWM.
In addition to this, you'll need to have the mapping of ERP document type to EWM document type along with the mapping ot ERP item category to EWM item type.
The above note is the same for this as well.

  • User Status Profile for Outbound Delivery in EWM

    Hi Gurus,
I have the following scenario. We're working with invoice before goods issue. Invoice is created upon user request on transaction /scwm/fd on option "Request Invoice + Save".
After the invoice Request is sent to ERP we need to block the possibility of deletion of the outbound delivery.
Send the request to ERP changes system status DIN on outbound delivery header. We've created a custom status profile with just one status (code BS02).
This status is set when standard "Request Invoice" is set. This works fine. On this custom status, we've marked the option for business transaction "Delete Document" as forbidden. This doesn't work. Even with our custom status active, its still possible to delete outbound delivery.
The custom status is has the "Outbound Delivery" object type allowed and its assigned to standard "/SCDL/OUT_FD_STANDARD" profile.
Anyone have any idea what could be the problem?
    Thanks in advace.

    Hi Christian,
    Thanks for your reply.
We've decided to implement badi "Validation for Actions" within delivery due to the lack of time to resolve the issue. This decision was based on note "1833378 - Prevent deletion of outbound delivery with invoice". This note gives you sample code for badi to check ERP billing status before deleting the document. We've adapted the code for our needs and it works great!
After your reply, i spent a little more time on user status, and found an OSS note that guides you trough some configuration steps on tcode /BOPF/CONF_UI. After applying this setting for business object /SCDL/FDO, the user status also worked fine!

  • Changing outbound delivery in EWM does not change the delivery in ERP

    Hello,
    I am working on EWM;
I create an outbound delivery and it is transferred to EWM. If I reject the outbound delivery request in EWM, system adjust the quantity of delivery for both EWM and ECC.
But if I activate the delivey the system creates a outbound delivery order(odo). But the problem is that when I change odo the delivery in ERP is not changed.
Do you have an opinion to about what should i check in the system?
    Best regards.

    As example you can take:
    ex/code: DIFD
    Business Contx TPT
    Exec. Step 02
Its for inbound delivery, there no record for outbond.
But i still dont understand the buisnes reason for such process, cose if your customer order 500 PC for example, you warhouse workers simply change his demand and it's not correct, cose you can deliver this open amount later and sales person should decide. You task in EWM use exeption codes and process codes to close ODO or find other bin...
Like i sad, at the time of good issue adopted amount EWM will send to ERP.
For delete position from odo use trash button
pick denal exeption code in WHT conformation.

  • Inbound/Outbound Delivery using DESADV01 Inbound IDOC

We are trying to use Message type DESADV, basic type DESADV01 to represent inbound and outbound material deliveries. Our SAP system is configured to accept these IDOCs and apply process code DESA which calls function module IDOC_INPUT_DESADV.
Our question is which of DESADV01's Segment-Field is used to tell the FM that we are talking about an Inbound or an Outbound delivery?
I have read something related to E1EDL21-LFART, but this field seems only present in basic type DELVRY01. Is there something similar in DESADV01?
    Cheers

    Thanks for your answer Anji.
We are not having problems with the direction of the IDOC. The IDOC is always Inbound to the SAP system, as we want it to be. However the delivery which the IDOC represents can be an inbound delivery (material has entered a certain plant) or an outbound delivery (material has come out of a certain plant).

  • Handling Unit Link (VEKP-EXIDV) in inbound/outbound delivery

    Hello,
I need to code the automation of logical pick and pack tasks in the trading company such that the following fields of the outbound delivery are automatically populated based on the corresponding fields from the inbound delivery:
1.) Pick Quantity (LIPSD-PIKMG) comes from the pick quantity from inbound delivery to trading company
2.) Batch Number (LIPS-CHARG) comes from the batch from inbound delivery to trading company
3.) Handling Units (VEKP-EXIDV) comes from the handling units from the inbound delivery to trading company.
I've found a way to link the outbound to it's corresponding inbound delivery through table EKES (link of stock transfer order number to the inbound delivery), however I could not find the link of the stock transfer order to the handling units (VEKP-EXIDV).
    Any idea on this?
    Thanks.
    Sincerely,
    Ice

    //What I found was that VBFA-VBELN = VEKP-VENUM, given that VBFA-VEBELV = inbound directory (LIKP-VBELN) and VBFA-VBTYP_N = 'X' (handling unit).
From that link I was able to get the external handling units (VEKP-EXIDV) since the key VENUM has been identified.
During the pick and pack i have to link the LIKP+LIPS  and VEKP  for handling unit and internal identification number.
VBFA is for sales document flow which is helpful for forward and reverse navigation to itdentify the documents .
Inputs for the Feed has to be from LIKP / LIPS and VEKP
Please refer to tcode VL02N and in here check Packing options with all the subscreens of Packing Hu's and Single entry .

  • Inbound/Outbound delivery

    Hi all,
Can anybody explain about inbound delivery and outbound delivery.... please provide any URL if available.
    Thnks & regards
    SAP Beginner

    Hi,
the inbound delivery supports all activities such as putaway, packing, transportation and goods receipt. During the inbound delivery process, planning information is recorded, the status of different activities is monitored, and data accumulated during inbound shipment processing is documented. When the inbound delivery is created, activities such as putaway or scheduling are initiated, and data that is generated during processing of the inbound delivery is included in the delivery.
From PO we can make inbound delivery via :
    1. EDI
    2. Collective processing
    3. Manually...
For outbound del. use the link:
    Inbound delivery
    Hope it helps...

  • Help required regarding the outbound delivery creation by batch job

    Hi Gurus,
We are facing one problem in the outbound delivery creation.
The deliveries will be created automatically (using program RVV50R10C) from the existing open sales orders through the run of a batch program for every 5 minutes.
The program RVV50R10C is scheduled to run for every 5 minutes, which picks up all the open sales orders and creates outbound deliveries. However, during one run we have found an error.
The error had message class V50R, message no: 024 and message type : I. The error message reads as follows : u201CAt least one order was blocked and could not be deliveredu201D.
When we have checked the VBFS table, it showed the sales document line items with the Message type : E, Message no: 24 and message id : V50R.
Can anybody decipher what could be the reason why this error message is appearing?
    Thanks in advance,
    Krishna

    Hi Friend,
    to clearly identify the issue,
Goto SE38 and give the program which you are using as Back ground job to create the deliveries and  give the sales order number as mltiple entries and execute the program in back ground.
In most of the cases we can identify the issue behind the job while doing this.
please revert me if you need more clarification

  • Create dummy Outbound delivery order & Outbound delivery in EWM

    Dear Gurus ,
Please suggest if following is possible in EWM and does not have any impact on ERP system :
    1. On click of a button create ODO
    2. Assign multiple components to this ODO
    3. Assign Wave and release the wave
    4. Once task is created and confirmed .
    5. Should be able to mark the ODO for deletion
    6. Delete the ODO/OD in EWM
During all these steps no communication should happen to ERP.
    Thanks,
    Abhishek

    Dear Petr ,
I want to trigger the cartonization planning for the components. These components i am moving from one bin to another Bin.
Cartonization planning does not support without Outbound delivery. I tried to run the cartonization planning for Internal stock transfer document but it is not working.
    Hope it clarifies the scenario.
Please let me know in case you need more clarification from my side.
    Thanks,

  • Need suggestion on importing BC SET : UKM_DCD_CUST in SAP ERP system

    Dear Gurus,
Client wants me to import BC SET : UKM_DCD_CUST into SAP ERP system. I have found BC SET : UKM_DCD_CUST in T code SCPR20.
I have read most of the SCN discussion and got two way to import BC SET into ERP system as given below. But I need the appropriate way to do this. Can any one help me in this?
    1. SCPR20 -> Activate BC set -> create customizing request to import into another system as per link :Business Configuration Sets (BC Sets) and their use - Basis Corner - SCN Wiki
    2. Create TR in SE01 in 000 and import into required client  as per below proc:
    Usual procedure
    1) BC SETS will be attached to SAP note usually. Download it and unzip it , you will get a *.bcs file
    2) Call transaction SCPR20  BC set --> Upload In the dialog box that then appears, specify the files that you unpacked
Import the set BC into a package that you have defined. activate it with the "Expert mode"
    3) You will also get a *.txt file with prog id , obj etc entries , then you have to go to SE09 and create a transport request in the source client of your Solution Manager system (client 000). Open the *.txt and copy the entries it contains into the transport request. Use transaction SCC1 to import the data in your Solution Manager client(s)
    Thanks,
    Anand Aseri

2). Client copies bring the Customization data but not WorkBench . So you might have to do transport of copies from Old Dev to >New Dev.
So you are saying that the system copy from Production will not bring Workbench data and I need to bring Workbench data by transports?
*system copy from Production will bring Workbench data also, but when you do client copy from development system again on top of client which already has production customization, data and workbench requests, Production customization and data will be overwritten from development customization and data (it depends on the profile you choose for the client copy) *
However  Development Workbench requests are more and also has ongoing development work which might not be available in production client and those (Ongoing development workbench requests) you need to import in new system as transport of copies after the client copy
3). If you do system copy from Production and do client copy from dev...obviously Prod customization will be overwritten with Dev rite ?
That's what I expect to happen,
Ok, however, You might need to get Development Work too from the old dev system and don't forget about setting up of partner profiles in WE20.
It's just a thought ,  Do you have testing client in Dev, if not,You can leave the production client in development system and use it as testing client.
Create new client which is client copy of Old Dev and import WorkBench requests *
    Thanks,
    Arjun

  • Outbound delivery replication in target system

    Hi,
I want to replicate an outbound delivery in the target system  through IDOC.
but when i use standard IDOC Message type DESADV alongwith standard output type LALE, then it does'nt get replicated and an Inbound delivery gets created instead in the target system.
I also used  another alternative of using BAPI with Business object 'LIKP' and  BAPI  BAPI_OUTB_DELIVERY_SAVEREPLICA
but its not getting triggered may be coz m using the application program and routine in the Nace as RSNASTED only.
Do i have to use any other program in NACE with Z O/P type for the same if i use BAPI. If so then what shud be the program name and Routine name for the same.
Please help me to meet the above requirement with the appropriate aaproach.
A quck reply is highly appreciable.
    Regards,
    Manoj

    Hi Manoj,
Message type WHSORD is used transmit data to 3rd party whenever Outbound delivery is created in SAP i.e. as Outbound IDoc.
I am trying to understand the issue and slightly confused.
Is both sender & target systems are of SAP (SAP to WMS/EWM/SCM).
Message type SHP_OBDLV_SAVE_REPLICA  which calls the BAPI you have already tried should work as I read from
    below document.
    [SAP document link|http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/go/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/56a89d90-0201-0010-97a7-c5e8dbbb22e2?QuickLink=index&overridelayout=true]
Please check if it can be useful.

  • Idoc used by CRM to post the outbound delivery in R/3 while saving the sale

    Hi,
Can any one tell me …which idoc (from the r/3 system) the crm system calls while creating a inbound delivery for the sales order created in crm.
I am having fields like ‘Transaction Type’, ‘Ext. Reference cust’, ‘Delivery Control’ etc…which are there in the CRM.These fields need to copied to the R/3 in the tables LIKP and LIPS.
The process of creating the outbound delivery is automatic means when a sales order is created and saved in CRM ,the delivery is created in the R/3 (note: the order is not moved to r/3 ..Only delivery is created).
I need the idoc which is used by the CRM system to post the outbound delivery and any badi ….so that I can extend the idoc segments and use the badi to populate the data.
    Need your inputs on this.
    Thanks in advance.
    Regards
    Shafath

    Hi All,
For this requirement IDOC's are not used.Bapi is used.
The BAPI ‘BAPI_DELIVERYPROCESSING_EXEC’ will be enhanced to add the new fields into the BAPI structure.
The BADI ‘/SPE/BAPI_DLVEXEC_EX’ and the user exit ‘EXIT_SAPLV50R_CREA_001’ will be used to populate the data into the new fields created in the BAPI structure and the new fields added into the tables LIKP and LIPS.

Edited by: Thomas Zloch on Feb 25, 2011 1:37 PM

    Hello,
the date in VBRK-ERDAT is always set according to the system time (SY-DAUTM) and not by user tiem (SY-DATLO).
This is because the invoice number must be chronological.
    Example:
    - an Poland user creates the invoice 90000001 on 14.06.2010 at 10:00:00 (Poland time)
    - 6 hours later a US user creates the invoice 90000002 on 14.06.2010 at 09:00:00 (US time)
    This is not logical.
So VBRK-ERDAT must be set by system time.
Instead if you are speaking about the Billing date VBRK-FKDAt, please check this thread:
Re: Date in Invoice document due to Time difference

  • Create outbound delivery with reference to purchase order

    Hi,
I've created new plant and when i make purchase order i cant see the PO in VL10B, and there for i cant create outbound delivery.
In the PO in Item Detail there is no shipping category.
What i need to do ?
    Thank you.

Step1: In SPRO - Materials Management - Purchasing - Purchase Order - Set up Stock Transport Order - Define Shipping Data for Plants.
Define the Customer number, Sales Org, Distribution channel and Division for the Plant.
The Customer you are assigning for the Plant has to be created in the System to create the outbound delivery.
Step2: In SPRO - Materials Management - Purchasing - Purchase Order - Set up Stock Transport Order - Assign Delivery Type and Checking Rule.
Then Assign the PO type and the supplying plant to the Delivery Type which is NL (for inter company) and Checking Rule.
