Setting phone 3230

Last month (end of august)i have been serviced my 3230 to nokia service center in cempaka mas jakarta. The trouble is no can displayed contact no & name, and could not able send / receive sms too.
after 3-4 days bring back (after serviced) my 3230 can display contact number but still could not send / receive sms.
In main menu, folder phone setting and web is blank !
we can not setting, and if any sms receive or send both, in display text : "memory not enough. pls delete some data '(memori tidak cukup, silahkan hapus data)
Unfortunatelly, service of software not guarrante, although they make mistake.

Have you tried updating your phone?
If not I would recommend you to do so.

Setting up an iPhone has never required creation of a new Apple ID.
You've apparently purchased content with both Apple ID's. Sign into the device with the correct Apple ID and sync the content.

Set phone manually

In ccm4.1, I can set phone via pressing **# and "Edit" the IP,TFTP manually? But in ccm5, I find the **# don't work normally and "Edit" don't display ? why? How to configure manually?

Click Setting->Network Configuration-> go to DHCP active (or type 30) and Click NO. Type 8 (or go to TFTP Server), the Edit button should be active now.

Turn off the phone and when you go to turn it on, hold the home button the entire time, it will put the phone into recovery mode where you can restore it fom a computer

Text disappears when setting phone on table

You might also try creating the html and leaving a space for you existing text. Select transparent background for you overlay and the text should be visible.

Re-set phone, need help finding back-up

I had to re-set my phone to factory settings, then set it up like brand new. I lost my notes and info from a few other apps. Would that info be in a back-up somewhere in my computer or is it lost in space?

I've got a corrupt file somewhere and had to start from scratch. When I took it in to Apple they said since there is no way of knowing where the jacked-up file is, I can't restore from iTunes. Therefore, as I asked, is there a way to access the info from a back-up without putting it on my phone??

Setting phones order in contact points

I have a fax and a phone as org level contacts.
Customer wanted to show the business phone first instead of fax.
How can I set the phone as first row in Communication tab?
It's always showing the FAX as the first row in Communications scrren.

Hi,
First Check the Data Type of the Field. That must be "DTYPE_PHONE". If this is the Data Type, then, it will allow the phone format set at the Locale Level for the Application. Check the Format at Locale Level.

It's simple, you can change the Data Type of the particular Field to "DTYPE_TEXT".

you can derive country code for communication numbers from country of address (in address-dependent numbers) or, for example, from user's parameter LND (in address-independent numbers).
So, for address-independent numbers you can do the following.
1. Enhance component BP_ADDR (if not yet done) .
2. Enhance view IndependentCommNumbersList in it.
3. Enhance context node COMMNUMBERS in the context of the view.
4. Generate Setter- and Getter methods for STRUCT.COUNTRY attribute of the context node.
5. Put below code at the very end of GET_COUNTRY method:
* If there is no country yet - take it from parameters
DATA: lr_entity TYPE REF TO cl_crm_bol_entity,
       lv_country TYPE land1.
IF value IS INITIAL.
   TRY.
       lr_entity ?= current.
* If it's not BOL Entity yet, we can not recognize if comm type has been already entered or not

Curve 8330 and setting phone to vibrate

Can someone help out with setting up my phone. I want my phone to be set-up on vibrate for phone calls ONLY. I don't want any notification for e-mails. I have searched my user manual and cannot figure out how to get both accomplished.

Under PROFILES from your homescreen, scroll to advanced. Click into Normal and change all your notification preferences as desired.

Where did you get the phone? Facetime is banned in a number of countries in the Middle East. Phones that originate there have had facetime permanently removed. It can not be added back.

How do I set phone to be COMPLETELY silent with NO vibrate?

I used the volume button on the upper left side of the phone and turn it all the way to silent. I also went to settings/sound and set it on vibrate OFF. I also tried setting the Ringer and Alerts section - Change with Buttons both On and Off. However, my phone will still make text sounds when I receive texts and notifications from Facebook. I can not figure out why it won't go completely silent with no vibrate. Can anyone help me out here, please?

Email alerts are actually different with the one that you have set.
