Setting up a password for Airport access

I am trying to set up a WEP password for the computer that our kids use to limit their internet access. What I want Airport to do is to require a password EVERY time the computer wakes up or is turned on. I can set up the password, but once its entered one time, it is remembered by the kid's computer and there is no need to re-enter it again. How can I require a password each time Airport is accessed?

This is not possible without changing the password every time.
The easiest solution is to unplug the internet connection from the Airport base station and plug it in as and when they need internet access.
