Setting up G/L Determination when COA is segmented

Hi All
Our client has a segmented COA and almost all the accounts are more than two and setting up the accounts like expenses account is knd of impossible since they have about 9 accounts for each department .
will it be ideal if maybe I suggest they have a main control account for all the accounts?

When using segmentation it is always advisable to create 1 extra segment called "HO" for head office, or "GEN" for General. There are certain accounts that do not usually get segmented and in this case the general segment is used.

Our deliveries operations to customers are handle by a third party. We are facing an issue related to timely document transmission from our office to this third party warehouse location. To solve this issue we need your help on how to set up an output determination in SD that can output document to a default SAP printer and at the same time send an e-mail to the third party. This external recipient (third party) should therefore receive an e-mail with a PDF attachment containing the form image of the document printed on SAP printer in our office.
Our current output determination settings cannot perform the task of sending a copy of a document via external email.

For your question,
Firstly you had better define two output type (I.E. condition type), one is for sold-to party, the other is for the third party, which maybe is your forwarder, and so on!
Secondly revise your access sequence of output control, deactivate the indicator of "Exclusive" in the access sequence table;
At last generate the condition records: for sold-to party, select "1Printoutput" as the message transmission method and define the default SAP printer; for third party, select "5External send" and define the "Dispatch time" as "Send immediately (when saving the application)".
That will be okay!

Determining when an adjustment layer holds information.

Is it possible using javascript to determine when an adjustment layer holds information? I'll go into some detail as to what I mean.
I run a combination script/actions to set up a bunch of layers based on what I'm doing. Not all layers will get used in any given image. For example, when I'm retouching a model's photo, I run one that sets up a bunch of adjustment layers to enhance the color in the models eyes, or to change the color depending on what I'm doing. This sets up seven layers, each for a different color, then a few for highlights and/or catchlights. I may use between 0 and 3 of these layers. Each adjustment layer has an inverse mask (black) which I paint white in the areas I want to enhance.
Now, is there an easy way to determine which of these masks are pure black and which have been painted onto? Also, is there an easy way to determine on an adjustment layer such as curves, levels, hue/saturation, etc. whether any adjustments have been made or if they are still in default? I'm guessing the best way would be to first check the mask to see if it's not all black and if it isn't, then check for adjustments.

I was not really happy with the way I was testing for default settings. I was afraid that the simple replace text I was using might fail in some cases. It turns out that I was right. So here is a new set of functions. These I feel good about using.
All of the functions need this CRC code.

Trouble finding way to determin when video is complete

A video starts playing when project loads. Button ONE pauses the video and places a smaller video over the first video. When this second video completes I would like it to be removed and the first video resumed. As it's currently written I have to use button Two to accomplish this task. If someone could show me ho to determin when video is complete then I won't need to use button Two.

If you are UPDATING your app, it may be because that previous app was downloaded using another Apple ID.
If not, you can try going to:
Settings>iTunes & App Stores>Tap the top bar with your Apple ID>Sign Out and then Sign back in
This may fix the issue you are having with it wanting to use another Apple ID.

I am using DatabaseAdapter to connect to database and retriving huge amount of data.For improvement in the performance I want to set the "fetchsize" of sql query. I know fetchsize can be preset in Java using Jdbc 2.0 API.Please let me know how to set this value in BPEL when using DBAdapter?

I talked to the developer of the db adapter - and he told me this feature will be available in BPEL PM 10.1.3 (which is supposed to be production later this year, and a public beta soon). If this is an emergency I would recommend going throug Oracle support and have them file an enhancement for 10.1.2.0.2

you can reset the input source to Spanish by selecting the Keyboard pane of System Preferences, selecting the Input Sources tab, and pressing the “+” button in the lower-left corner to select one of the Spanish input sources. The “Spanish – ISO” input source is most similar to the physical Spanish keyboard layout.

That is a function of your email account, if it is an Imap account it will sync, if it's a POP account, it won't.

Are you trying to login to an account you already made (on an iPhone or similar) or create a new iCloud account?

Trigger partner determination when ship-to is changed on the sales order

Hi,
Here is my scenario...
I am defaulting my rail carrier partner function based on the ship-to party partner function into the sales order using the standard configuration i.e. by maintaining SH as entry in the "source" field for rail carrier partner function of the sales document partner determination procedure. Every thing is fine until the ship-to party in the order is not changed by the user. when the user changes the ship-to party the carrier is not re-determined (the old rail carrier partner function which defaulted into the order from the old ship-to party record stays in the document). I know standard SAP doesn't re-determine partners. Can anyone came accross this issue?
I would like to know if there is an user exit that i could use and write a code to trigger parter determination when a ship-to partner is changed in the sales order.

Can we set the dynamic data source when using getReportParameters() ?

I have a report where one of its parameters refers to a list of values (LOVs). This list of values is an SQL Query type. When the data source used in the report is defined in the BI Publisher server, I'm able to get the report parameters using the getReportParameters() function in my application. However, if the data source is not defined the function throws an exception, which is understandable.
I decided to dynamically set the data source so that even if the data source used by the report is not defined in the BI Publisher server, it still will be able to get the LOVs for the parameter. I tried setting the JDBCDataSource of the dynamicDataSource for the ReportRequest object that I passed to the getReportParameters() function. Please see the sample code below:

report_id column of apex_application_page_ir_rpt can help us uniquely identify each saved report.
We can assign this report_id value to a page item and this page item can be put in the Report ID Item text box of the Advanced section of the Report Attributes page of the IR.
This should load the saved report identified by report_id and you can get rid of javascript
