Setting up Text Message Forwarding but not getting the code. Both iPhone 5 and MacBook Air are up to date with software upgrades. I need some help!!!

I am trying to update my phone/mac to get the new features but I keep trying to enable Text Message Forwarding but there is no code that pops up on my Mac like the phone says it should. What do I do? Try turning it on from iMessage on your Mac and see if the code entry window pops up on your phone.
All I had to do was start Messages on my Mac and it told me SMS forwarding was available and gave me the code to enter on my iPhone.
Also, Apple requires that iMessage/Messages (for SMS forwarding) and FaceTime (for voice call relays) have both your phone number and email available as contacts, so make sure both are selected on both your iPhone and Mac.
As far as the Settings badge, some people have reported that issue but there's no general case fix as of yet:

Make sure that your date and time settings and time zone are accurate (Settings - General - Date and Time). Reset your phone to 'Set Automatically' and then try signing in again - this worked for me. My date/time settings were not automatic (candy crush cheats!!).

I've just sent a pages document using Campbell font from my iMac to my Air and I've lost the font - where has it gone??

Campbell is not a standard Mac font. Fonts are held in your Systems libraries they are not part of your document.
Download it from here:
http://www.font-db.com/font/CAMPBELL+Regular/25717
and double click it to install it.

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.

Cloud programs do not use serial numbers... you log in to your paid Cloud account to download & install & activate... you MAY need to log out of the Cloud and restart your computer and log back in to the Cloud for things to work

NEF images loaded onto one IMAC into PSCC are distorted but show normally in Preview.   Same NEF on second iMAC and MacBook Air are not distorted.   Questions
1.     Is there a setting in PSCC that needs to be tweaked
2.   Is the PSCC loaded on the iMAC corrupted or need repair?   How does one determine which and how to fix?

You have some lens correction enabled or a graphics hardware acceleration issue. nothing that a reinstall would fix. Since you haven't provided any relevant exact technical info, nobody can say more.

If these do not resolve the issue or if you are not comfortable with proceeding through these steps then take your Mac to an Apple store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. I can not get iTunes to open on my macbook air and I'm running 10.84 it is saying there is a newer version to download

The file that I'm have issues with in itunes is the file called iTunes Libary.itl.
So just to get itunes to open I had to delete that file and then sync all of my music back into itunesday, is there anyway so I do not have to keep doing that?

Check the iPhoto preferences:
From the main menu bar: iPhoto > Preferences > General:
"Connecting camera opens" : Set this option to "iPhoto".
If that does not help, disconnect your iPhone and reset your iPhone.
To reset iPhone, press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

You download Origin and then register your Sims 3 games on Origin. You will have to make an account, but it is free. Then in the Origin Aplication, you can digitally downlad your Sims 3 games.

Posting the card numbers on a public forum is not a good idea for a start - I've asked the hosts to remove them. What happens when you try to redeem it ? And I assume that you and your iTunes account are based in the same country as that in which the card was issued ?
