Settlement rule does not exists in order number.
Hi All,
I have been recieving a error while trying to save the Production order. The error reads as "Settlement rule does not exixts in order". But fact is that order has settlement rule. Also there is a default setting done in order type settlement profile because of which settlement rule is created automatically.
Now there is a way around. We calculate cost manually and then we go to settlement rule and check for error. Once we do so the order is good to save.
But we are not able to save it automaticaaly after release. This issue occurs when we try to release the order and then after releasing the order we try to save it.
Please help us on this issue.
Hi Prabhakar,
Thanks for your input. But the said setting was already done while implementation. All the material except this material has the issue. We are able to realease the order properly for the material except this one. And since go live we are using this material for first time.
We did a work around. We copied this material and recreated a new material with reviced part number. That one is working fine in lower client. We have now no idea how could one material all the same data like material master and routing and BOM and work centers can work properly whicle failing for other.
We are trying to debug this will let you all know if we find the solution. Till then if you all have any idea any prior experience, please let me know.

Settlement profile does not exist
Hi Gurus
I am getting an error while creating a Sales order "Settlement profile does not exist" . Error description is "The system has found a settlement rule that is assigned to settlement profile ZSOR. However, this settlement profile does not exist".
I checked in settlement profiles ZSOR does not exist there as per the error description. I am getting this error because of settlement profile is assigned to planning strategy 20.
I tried changing the settlement profile but the field was greyed out.
So i need your help in changing the settlement profile in planning strategy.
Thanks in advance.
Quantum.Dear,
Menu Path: SPRO > Controlling> Product Cost Controlling > Cost Object controlling > Product Cost by Sales Order > Period end Closing > settlement > Create Settlement profile.
The finding of a requirement type is done via combination of item cate-gory and MRP type in transaction OVZI. Check which which requirement type is set with of item category and MRP type.In transaction OVZH you will find the combination of requirement typeand requirement class and in transaction OVZG you can customize thesettlement profile for the chosen requirement class.
Or don't assign settlement profile to requirement class.
IMG>SD>Basic Functions>Account Assignment/Costing>Maintain Requirements Classes For Costing/Account Assignment.
Goto OKO7, choose option settlement not allowed for sales order.
It will solve your problem.

VA01 BDC does not return sales order number
Hi All,
I am using BDC to create sales orders using transaction VA01. Most of the time I have no problems using this method. However, for some orders no order number is returned.
I know that BDC is not the best way of doing things, but we have customized the sales order screens a lot and therefore can't use BAPI, so we need to use BDC.
I have used display mode 'A' when calling the transaction and I know that all the screens populate correctly. Then when the order saves, no order number is provided. The just created order can't be found by searching using the sold-to party, so the order appears to not have created. However, when I look in the table of messages returned from the transaction, there are no errors.

Thanks in advance,

0SD_C03 transfer rule and update rules do not exist in BI Content
I am working on SAP BI 7.0 support level 16 and BI Content 703 support level 9.
I am not finding these objects in BI Content for the Sales Overview Infocube 0SD_C03:
Update Rules do not exist for 2LIS_11_VAKON,
2LIS_11_VASCL, 2LIS_11_VASTH, 2LIS_11_VASTI, 2LIS_11_V_SCL,
2LIS_11_V_SSL, 2LIS_12_VCSCL, 2LIS_13_VDKON.
Transfer rule does not exist for
2LIS_13_VDITM, but exists for all other DS.
7 Transformations exist only for:
2LIS_13_VDITM
Can somone help me out with why this is so? Which datasources are to be used for 0SD_C03, 3.x or 7?
This is an urgent requirement.
Regards,
SonyMost of the problem has gotten solved by our upgrading to BI Content level 17.
The others, i made a direct mapping of some of the transfer rules manually.
It is working fine now.
Thanks for the replies.

Error of PO - "Purchase Order Does not exists"
Dear Experts,
Here i am facing one error of Purchase Order Creation and its further processing.
I have created purchase order and saved it, system issued message that, Purchase Order XYZ is created. (I have taken trial for 2-3 Purchase orders).
When, i am posting Goods Receipt for the PO, system is issuing the error message, Purchase Order does not exists.
Also in ME2M (PO list display) and Me23N (Display PO),
system is issuing the same message - Purchase Order Does not exists, but in PO Creation it is generating Purchase order normally.
Here is no matter of release strategy, because, PO release is not configured.
Dear Experts, Please guide me on the issue !
Thanks in advance !!!!there can be hundred of different reason for a failure. Most common reason is a problem with the number ranges, e.g. system tries to create a record with a number that is already there.
This can happen if the number range was reset (or transported from a developement system).
But transaction SM13 gives you all the details.
There you see a line for each posting failure. Double click this line again to get more details.
There you will certainly find a line in red that indicates in which function the failure ocured.
Double click this red line to get more info. Use the buttons above to see the content of the posting. For some failures you can create a dump that gives you much more details.
Best you sit together with an ABAPer who can certainly tell you more how to read a dump and how to find the reason. -
Number range for object MDTB does not exist - Message no. 61501
Hi All ,
I have done the necessary configurations in PP say
Order Type
Order Type Dependent Parameters
Scheduling parameters for planned & production order
Confirmation parameters
Availabilty check etc
and iam able to create planned & production order and confirma the production order.
I want to configure for MRP: -
Settings done are
Have activeted planning file entry for all plants.
When i run MRP system throws a error <b>Number range for object MDTB does not exist - Message no.61501 </b>
Is there anything to do with plant parameters OPPQ and Mrp Group OPPR.
I just tried plant parameters, standard 0001 is not available for copying.
Suggest me how to proceed to set MRP.
ShankarHi shankar
it is a good practice while creating the plant copying the plant from the standard plant so that all the standard table enteries will be copied for the plant as the standard plant is not there youcan think of copying from any other plant similar to your plant which has the required entry. else
in SE16N check the NRIV table for the Object MDTB. if enteris found then make the table entry with the help of abaper.
hope this helps

Number range "PO" does not exists *****Classic
Hi Friends,
We are in SRM 5.5 and classic mode is on and we require backend PO to be created. We have replicated all data from backend and trying to create a PO (ECDP Direct Material) and when we click the create button in 'Process Pur Order' it does not allow to create a PO and gives error "No range PO does not exist". The same error is thrown while we convert an accepted Bid into a PO from Bidding engine. We have made the following settings.
Classic mode is on.
internal No Range "PO" created in SRM under shopping cart and follow on document.
Defined trnsc type ECDP and assigned this no range PO to it. It is Active.
Defined External no range "PO" in ECC B/E client with matching range. (Marked external)
Defined Doc Type ECDP in ECC and assigned this no range to it.
In SRM under "Define Number Ranges per Backend System for Follow-on Documents" Maintained Log Sys as ECC Backend client and "PO" in PO number range.
Also all relavent attributes are maintained including BSA.
Is there any sttings which are missing how can we locate the problem. Any help in this would be highly appreciated.
Also post this are there any special tips for PO Creation and transfer from Bidding Engine in Classic Mode? where can I find the links?
Answers will be surely rewarded. Thanks
HussainHi Guys,
appologies to reply late. Actually the resolution is taken from the SDN itself with little changes.
What we resolved is to fool the system by passing an ACC with a dummy cost centre.
use ECC BADI u2018BBP_BADI_EXTREQ_OUTu2019 to assign a standard ACC but with a dummy cost centre.
the SRM process for direct material is hardcoded hence this converts the direct procurement into indirect. The SRM SHC will contain the cost assignment tab.
Now when you process this document and generate a PO the document type should be ECPO and then it will pick up the number range defined under "Shopping Cart and follow-on documents".
**For a Direct Material system is hardcoded to look for a local number range irrespective of your scenario.
Now while creating a PO from SRM use BADI BBP_CREATE_BE_PO_NEW to check if the dummy cost centre exists then remove the CC and the ACC before creating the backend PO. The ECC PO will be that of direct material type.
Thanks

11g SOA Composite Rules Error - Rule session pool object does not exist
Hi all,
I'm hoping someone has experienced this and found a way through it. We're looking at exposing Oracle Rules DecisionFunctions via the automagically created web services in JDeveloper. We've tried several Rules examples, including the OrderApproval one available online, and are getting errors everytime we try and test the web service.

Has anyone had any luck actually getting this to work? If so, how? It simply seems like this particular aspect of the product is broken!
Your help would be VERY much appreciated!
Regards,
RhianHi SR,
Thanks for your response. I attempted what you've suggested (1=1 - asset new fact in output), however nothing has changed.
This is occurring across several Composite Rules projects, including the Oracle provided Chapter 5 Order Approval example. Unless someone can suggest a solution to this issues, it looks like we're going to have to shelf our plans to utilize the Business Rules component via the composite service.
Very frustrating couple of days, that's for sure! :{

Archieve does not exist for purchase order
Hello Gururs,
When i tried to change the delivery date for the PO and when i trying to save the PO
then it throws the error messages-'Archieve does not exist for purchase order'.
PO was created in feb.
Please help me how can i solve this issue.
BR
AshishCan you give a more detailed information.
What transaction you actually use, what you enter step by step until you get to the error: 'Archieve does not exist for purchase order'
This message sounds like you want change a PO which is already archived.
A change to an archived PO is not really logical, as you can only archive closed business cases. and if the business case is closed, then why would you change the delivery date.
A PO from February should not really be archived already in June. I never saw it in practice, as you could not do any anual reporting
I would assume further that SAP found the entered PO number in the archive index but did not find the way to the archive itself. This can happen if the archive file was deleted or moved manually.
I am not sure if the next messae has really anything to do with your purchase order, thats why I ask you to post the exact steps until the messages come up:
Le fichier archieve 000524-002SD_COND n'existe pas is the message discription
But even this message explains more or less the same, that the physical archive is no longer in the same place where it is expected to be found according to the info in records of table ADMI_FILES. -

Sales order stock 110000193 000050 does not exist
Hi Friends,
I have a problam in Confirmation of Production order against sales order. Every time I confirm the production order system give an error message Sales order stock 110000193 000050 does not exist.
where I check the material in mb52 transaction , the stock shows on that material.
Please give solution .
thanks in advance.
Ajit SharmaHi,
It seems you have activated back flush some or all the components.
In MTOscenario, system looks for sales order stock for all the components.
Since sales order stock is not available with your system the message.
Try with movement type 412E in MB1b to transfer components from U/R to sales order stock.system propmts you to give sales order number Pl. provide there & carry out transactuion.
Then the system will pick up the stock & post.
