Setup hangs at Getting Files Ready for installation (22%)

Technical preview Enterprise is hanging during setup on the "Getting Files Ready for Installation".
It's done this twice now. Doing a clean setup on a Dell OptiPlex 7010. Any ideas??
It never gives an error or anything, just sits there forever. Hard drive light and DVD drive light on constant.

As this is still very new OS you are going to be bound to run into issues like this. How long dies it stay on 22%?

Windows 2012 Getting files ready for installation.....zzzzz

Hi,
I am using a windows 8.1 management workstation to manage my hyper-v 2012 R2 core server via Hyper-V manager.
So I went to create my first Windows 2012 R2 STD with GUI, selected the Dell bootable ISO (6GB) and the installation has started.
I wait 50 minutes and it has only done 33% of the install and it is sitting on "Getting files ready for installation":
Is this normal?
If it were being install on a physcial server I think it would be quicker.
Can anyone explain to me how long this should take?
My hyper-v server core runs on a Dell R720 quad core Intel CPU 2.4GHZ, it has SAS drives.
My management workstation has an I7 2.2Ghz.

As I am writing to you I am making a copy of an exported virtual machine and my windows 8 file explorer is telling my that it is copying it between 16-22 MB per second.
I think it is slow.
Once again here is the config on the PERC H310 controller on the Dell Poweredge R720 server with Hyper-V core 2012 R2:
1 RAID 0 Virtual Disk with 1 x 7200RPM 2TB SAS drive (This is where the Hypervisor is installed)
1 RAID 5 Virtual Disk with 3 x 7200RPM 2TB SAS drives (3.7TB storage used for VMs and VHDs)
I read that the Dell Perc H310 raid controller is sort of OK in a RAID 1 config.
But I also have a RAID 5 config which may suffer performance.
I am coming to the conclusion I should have obtained a Dell Perc H710 raid controller because it has battery backup as well as 512 MB of cache that the H310 does not have.

You can transfer iTunes purchases from the old iPod to your computer then sync the new iPod.
Connect the old iPod, launch iTunes. From the menu bar click File > Transfer Purchases From
Now connect the new iPod and sync Apps, Music, etc.
As for selling the old one tap Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content and Settings
That will erase all personal data from the iPod.

Mention file type in filter parameter. ex: *.DOC

Do a hard reset, put it in DFU Mode and do a manual install, as outlined in the link below.

How do you remove all personal info from a notebook when getting it ready for the recycle program?

I havae purchased a new notebook and am getting my old MacBook Pro ready to submit to the recycle program at Apple. The list of "to-do's" asks that you remove all your personal info and take the notebook back to it's original settings. Does ayone have any advise on how to do this?

Boot from the original OS installer disk and do an Erase & Install.
When the Mac reboots into Mac Setup Assistant you quit and shut it down.
It's now a brand new Mac... just like when you got it.

you can cfset it as a vriable first and then use that in
filename
attribute and to insert into your db...

i am uploading files to sharepoint 2013 document library. due to some problem when a file is not uploaded request is failed and failed callback handler is executed. at this time how i can know for which file has not been uploaded.

it will be hard for any one to understand the code. how ever I have provided bellow.
theme is I need to upload multiple files selecting one by one asynchronously when a file will begin to upload It will show status of file name with processing image. similarly for other files.
ones file successfully uploaded processing image will get hidden. and delete will appear.
when error occurs for a file then processing div need to be removed for which I need file name when request failed. in failed handler

Build.vi does not output Generated files list for installer

In LV 2011, Build.vi does not output a "Generated files" list when used on an installer. Example attached. When run on my system, "Generated files" is an empty array and "error out" shows no errors or warnings. The built installer can be found on disk, so I know the build succeeded.
I critically need to know the target folder for my built installer so I can use it in an automated build tool. Assuming this is a real bug, can someone help me with a workaround that doesn't require an operator to point the VI to the target path?

Date display setup - is there configuration file option for this?

I have just installed SQL Developer and am loving it BUT since I am a long time SQL*Navigator user, one thing floored me.
In SQL*Navigator, there is preference you can set that will display all dates in the format you want, I don't see that option here in SQL*Developer. It is defaulting to yy-mm-dd. I understand I can alter my session or use a to_char function to get the date in the format I want, but isn't there a configuration file somewhere or preference I can set to the date/time format I would like to display each time I use SQL*Developer???????

Oracok, there is no way to do this in SQL Developer according to the oracle.com website:

As for wanting to be able to do this - Seconded. I would love it if there was an equivalent to the SQL*Plus glogin.sql that could be run every time SQL Developer opened.

Chris Poole has an [XUTIL_FINDFILES package|http://www.chrispoole.co.uk/apps/xutlff.htm] which can do this in pure SQL. It does require, though, that your DBA install code in the SYS schema and that you rely on the behavior of an undocumented X$ table. That may not be possible in certain environments.
I personally prefer a small Java stored procedure along the lines of [this one from Tom Kyte|http://asktom.oracle.com/pls/asktom/f?p=100:11:0::::P11_QUESTION_ID:439619916584]. It isn't a pure PL/SQL solution, but it tends to fit relatively cleanly in any environment. Most DBAs will be willing to grant the privileges this sort of approach requires where they would be hesitant to grant the access necessary for XUTIL_FINDFILES.
