Setup online class room
Hi all,
Can I setup a swf file in browser which can setup online
class room, in that swf , we can chact and draw pictures and draw
diagram so that the person who is using anothet computer at some
place can also intract with us in the same way.
It would be great for me if you can give me valuable
sugessions, links and tutorials relating to this topic.

Ahmad Elsafty.I assume what you want is something like live google video/you tube. If so, there are two examples. ;)
BBC iplayer supports live broadcast of almost TV quality channels to a large number of users.
All these examples use flash to play the video stream. For free products, I imagine apache could be used to send the stream.
If you really want to use Java, I suggest using it to provide the content and controls, but not the video stream itself. -
I am using Firefox while watching online class. I attempt to go to another page and a Google page pops up telling me that it can't find the other page.
First of all, we are talking about something common like facebook.com or youtube.com.
Second, I'm not using Google for anything; my search engine is Bing.
Third, I despise GOOGLE.
How the heck do I stop having anything Google interfere with my browser?

Some educational site are behind the times. At times, they require software that isn't available on the ipad. You should visit an apple store and try the educational site with the ipad. Considering that you have an iMac, I'd lean in the direction of the iPad.

I want to map a degree batch combination to a class rooms group in such away that they fully utilize maximum capacity of the class rooms within a group (Ideal case) or as close to it as possible. Can it be done with a SQL query?

I run a small web development team, and VS Online team rooms are the main reason I use VS Online. But it would be nice if they worked well on mobile. Do they? Also, does standard TFS come with team rooms?

I am taking online classes. We use Blackboard. We are going to use Blackboard Collaborate this week. Can I use the camera
on my computer to view myself and the others in my class? The camera is connected to FaceTime, so I was not sure how that
worked.Blackboard Collaborate claims it is compatible with Safari 5.1 or later and Mountain Lion, or latest Firefox. When I went to their support page, it borked and said my operating system was not compatible. It also then checked and reported that I had Java Webstart 1.6 installed.
Looks like a real pain of proprietary stuff. Probably wants to use Java to take over the camera.

I recently began taking an online class. We are required to watch multiple videos. I was able to watch the QuickTime videos before, but now whenever I launch the videos in QuickTime I get the Error code 401. My teacher does not know whats wrong, because I do have authorization to watch the videos, I am just not sure how to go about it.

LSO - Recording Attendance in IT 2002 for Class Room Training.

We had implemented LSO some time ago.
Once class room training is booked, Attendace is not recording in IT 2002.
Please let us know what are settings, we need to do to record the attendance in IT 2002 once the course is booked from back end or through portal by the user.

However, what ever timings got maintained in schedule are getting reflected in IT 2002
Suppose, course is schedule for 6 hours with lunch break. Schedule is maintainted accordingly with lunch break.
In IT2002, the timings are getting reflected exactly whatever we mentioned against schedule in course -- schedule.
Ours is positive time management, Hence, it attracts salary deduction if any deviation in IT 2002.
Though schedule is maintainted, how to maintain default timings of 8.5 hours for booked course against employee for that day without refering scheduled timings.
Please suggest me how to go about in this case.

I am attending an online class through WSU Online. The course has its own internal email and electronic forums. I have to send essays daily to my instructor, and occassionally record comments on an application they call Wimba voice board. The day I upgraded the Firefox version I lost the capability to search for my computer files when trying to add an attachment, I also lost the access to the voice board.

Mac OS X 10.7.4 Mac Pro is crashing every few minutes on start up
