Setup Survey determination in WebUI

Hello,
it is possible to create a survey in the WebUI, but for the steps "Define Determination Criteria for Questionnaires" and "Define Determination for Questionnaires" there is no WebUI functionality for this. Is this hidden in another function or is the use of the SAP GUI necessary?
Thanks in advance!
Cheers
Thorsten

Hello, for the criteria, you should pass by:
Customer Relationship Management
Transactions
Settings for Activities
Questionnaires
Define Determination Criteria for Questionnaires
then
Define Determination for Questionnaires: Business Activity or Define Determination for Questionnaire: Task

  • SAP IDM 7.2: How to setup SSO functionality for WebUI of CRM and GRC?

    Hello IDM-experts,
where can my customer find information about
SAP IDM 7.2: How to setup SSO functionality for WebUI of CRM and GRC?
    Customer situation description:
The situation is that we are using SAP IDM 7.2. We are using a functionality to allow our users to access a webpage from where they can gain
SSO access to the Abap systems via the SAPGui. See screenshot as an example.
Now what we want is to access the CRM and GRC WebUI also with the same SSO possibility. We cannot find any guide/best practice on how to do
this or if it is possible via SAP IDM 7.2.
You can see a weblink in the first screenshot but it does not work. It will ask you for a username and password, see second screenshot.
    Kind regards,
    Daniela

Do you know how the SAP GUI SSO is setup ? Is it using SNC/Kerberos ?
If it is (I suspect it is), then you will need to use similar method of authentication for the ICF Services. These cannot use SNC since they are accessed via browser, but what you want is possible.
    Thanks

  • Criteria set for survey determination in Complaints

    Hi,
Is there anyway to customize the criteria set for survey determination in complaints?
The field is in IMG activity > CRM > Transaction > Settings for Complaints > Questionnaire for Complaints > Define Determination for Questionnaires. But I can't find no IMG activity to set this criteria field for complaints.
    Any ideas?
    Susana Messias

    CRM Survey: Criteria Set ID
In this field, you can narrow down the determination criteria for the determination rule further. For example, you can specifiy a particular system status which the transaction must have. The determination criteria you define depends on the transaction you are working in: the determination criteria for activities is different than that for opportunities or leads. You define the further determination criteria in another Customizing activity, depending on your application.
I guess criteria sets are not available for complaint questionnaires but only for activities. You may try maintaining the criteria set settings under settings for activities and see if it reflects. Not sure though

  • No survey determination in activity when assigning target group

    Hi Gurus, how are you?
I`m pretty new to Marketing so I really need your help if possible. I`m using CRM 7.0 and the thing is that I have created a Questionnaires with no problem whatsoever. Then I`ve created a Campaign and again I did it with no further errors.
However I think my problem is in the determination criteria for Questionnaires. For example, I have define the questionnaires determination for a business activity establishing the ID Determination, Description, validity, Transacction Type but without specifying any Criteria Set ID. When I save this customizing and go to to IC to create the transaction type (the same one used in the determination) the Questionnaire is determined automatically which si correct.
The problem arises when I define a Criteria Set with its corresponding description, the Object Type BUS2010020 (Campaign) and the Object Key which is the campaing created before.
After making this definition, if I go to "Determination for Questionnaires:Business Activity" and make a new entry with Determination + Description + Validity + Transaction Type + Questionnaire ID + Active Check + Criteria Set, then when creating the transaction type beforementioned the system does not determined the quesionnaire any more. However, if I delete the Criteria Set from that entry and create the same transaction type again, in this case the system does determine the questionnaire.
    Could you please help me?
    Thank you very much,
    Regards,
    Lore

    Hi Lorena,
The criteria that you have in Criteria Set might not be matching what you enter without the criteria set. You might want to recheck that. And as far as I remember, you can't setup questionnaire determination for campaigns.

  • Acrobat Pro XI will not install.  Error says: Setup has determined you have a more functional product.

I have Standard XI installed and Pro will not install.  Says Setup has determined you have more functional product.  Setup will now terminate.

It may be that it is seeing the version number and not the product itself. All I can suggest is for you to deactivate and uninstall Std, then install Pro.

  • BADI for Survey determination for Activities

    Dear Gurus,
I am wondering if you can help me.
We need to set up a survey determination for activities in CRM 4.0.
Unfortunately the survey determination criterias are based in several possibilities, like Org unit, Activitiy Category, etc, but we need to have the determination criteria based on a custom field which was created in EEWB.
Do you give me a tip, which Function Module should be changed in order to have the survey dinamically changed on this field change?
E.g. if the Field value is 'A', Survey 'A' must be loaded
When the field value is 'B', Survey 'B' must be loaded.

  • Dynamic Survey determination in Complaint document

    Hi,
Is it possible to dynamically determine a survey in a service complaint transaction type? There is the standard determination configuration rules but I'm looking for a dynamic way to select a survey based on for example the user status in a transaction. Is there a BADI or something like that?
    Thanks,
    Patrick

    Hi Patrick,
have you found a solution for this issue? I'm having the same requirement and am currently looking for a solution.
    Thank you!

  • Survey Problem

    Hi
I face an issue in "Survey" tile in a Service Order.I have a survey "Customer Responsibilites" which has been changed in
CRM and brought down to mobile. The survey is displayed fine(with the new changes) in the "Survey Details" tile.
I then click on the few options(checkboxes) in the survey and then click on the "SAVE" button at the end of the tile.I belive this should update the table SMOSURXML wth those new values. Along with this it should also populate the table SMOXMLVAL table whose bdoc is a child bdoc of MSV_SRV_WRITE.
But I dont see the table SMOSURXML or SMOXMLVAL having the new XML in the "contents" field.
I checked the profile to see what queries are being fired in the click of this "SAVE" button. There were none!
How and When is this table SMOSURXML populated??I see the table SMOSURXSLT table and that has all the new changes
    done in CRM.
    Just for the information
I need the new options that i selected in survey in the table SMOXMLVAL as this table is queried for doc generation.Since this table SMOXMLVAL does not have the new values selected in survey tile, the document generates the old survey.
    Thanks & Regards
    Abishek

In that case it can't be the issue. Here two other things to check:
    I)
    Symptom:
You get the following error when downloading object DNL_SURVEY_XML
    Solution:
Add the following entry in SPRO u2013 CRM u2013 CRM Middleware and Related Components u2013 Mobile Scenario Setup u2013 Activate Mapping functions
    BDoc Type                     CRM_SURVEYXML
Context                           MOC mBDoc Initial Load (additional calls)
    Sequence                       10
    Service ID
    Service Function           CRM_SURVEYXML_MSG_MSA
Restart the initial load in R3AS
    II)
You MUST NOT enter any AMPERSAND (§$%&§", etc.) characters in questions and answers!
    III)
    Symptom:
A survey has been maintained and a valid survey determination rule. All objects have been synchronized to CDB.
The survey determination displays the survey in the selection list in tile set Questionnaires but an error pops up u201CNo Survey for this IDu201D and no survey is being displayed.
    Solution:
The issue lies in the java version. Please also refer to Note 1261281 - Mobile Sales with Java5(JRE1.5) and note 1430857
On the laptop, navigate to the folder C:Program FilesJavajre1.5.0_16axbridgelib
Delete or rename the file msa.jar
    Register the files:
    DataDigestBean.dll
    MsaSchemaSurveyBean.dll
Result: The msa.jar file is being recreated. This should fix the issue and the survey should be displayed properly now.
abi... above are 3 problems and solutions - please check all of them if they apply, this should solve the problem
Hint: Please check your survey carefully for ampersand character!

  • Determination Criteria for Questionnaires with Target Group howto transport

    Hi Experts,
if I do the Determination Customizing for my Surveys in the Development System I don´t have the Target Groups I am having in Quality or Productive System. As the Determination is Customizing in SPRO, I wouldnt want to change the Target Groups in P System.
How do you handle/ transport this? Do I have to have the same Target Groups in all Systems (with same name)?
    Thanks,

  • Not able to see the Surveys on Mobile Sevice

    Hi,
We are currently facing problem regarding display of survey on Mobile

When we use the following combination, surveys are displayed properly and the system allows to modify the Survey in Mobile Service and then upload the same to CRM Server
    1) j2sdk1.4.2_09
    2) j2re1.4.2_09
    3) Microsoft .net framework 1.1
    4) MSDE 2000
    5) Mobile Client 5.0 sp07
But when we use the following combination its not displayed at all . When i try to create new Survey on Mobile- It gives a message that Survey Determination find no records in Determination
    1) j2sdk1.4.2_09
    2) j2re1.4.2_09
    3) Microsoft .net framework 2.0
    4) Microsoft SQL Server 2005 - SP2
    5) Mobile Client 5.0 sp07
We have implemented following notes and it seems there are no problems with
regards to download of Survey data to CDB .
Note 1088655 - DNL_SURVEY_XML: Survey translation not downloaded to CDB
Note 774198 -  Unable to download surveys to CDB using DNL_SURVEY_XML
Please suggest if someone has faced this problem and got a resolution of the same.
    Regards
    Hemant G

    Hi Hemath,
FYI, SQL 2005 is not supported with MSA 5.0 SP07, the support for it begins with SP09. This might not be affecting your problem but there is no way to be sure and I doubt you would get official support for it. Have you checked if the data is properly downloaded to the ides tables SMOSURXML and SMOSURXSLT. Run SQL Profiler and check if the queries are returning you anything.
    Best Regards,
    Ankan

Have an existing ex2010 sp3 organization.
Could not run ex2013cu1 setup from my newly built 2012 server, getting the error in the subject line.  I used the command line to run the AD preparation steps successfully from my 2012 DC/GC, then tried to run setup again from the new 2012 server and
still get the same error.  The error itself in the log is pretty useless:

    Hi,
    Let's try the following resolutions:
    1. Check if the discovery SearchMailbox is present on Exchange 2010 when you run the Exchange 2013 Install.
    2. Reinstall your Exchange 2013 server:
    Open ADSIEDIT, CN=Configuration, DC=your domain ->CN=Services ->CN=Microsoft Exchange ->CN=First Organization ->CN=Administrative Groups ->Cn=Exchange Administrative Group ->CN=Servers ->CN=Server name
After remove the exchange server, please reinstall your exchange server to test the result.
    Thanks,

  • Crm survey suite extractors into BW

Does anyone know whether there are some Business Content extractors for the survey data in CRM. My CRM colleagues have setup surveys using the CRM_SURVEY_SUITE transaction and it would seem to store at least some of this data in the table CRM_SVY_DB_SVS, but not all. However I cannot find any standard extractors to extract all the survey data.
There are extractors for the web survey stuff but the CRM_SURVEY_SUITE transaction does not appear to be a web survey.
Any help would be much appreciated on this.
We are using CRM 4.0 with BW 3.5
    Thanks
    David
