Several DB servers but run SSRS on only one or each?
Is it better practice to just turn on SSRS on each instance or designate one server as the primary "report server"? Im tempted to turn on the service on each instance where the DB is located referenced in the report(s).
That depends on your Reporting requirements!
If you enable SSRS on each instance there is admin overhead on managing them.

You need to define which reports are to be deployed to which server

Security can be maintained easily if for example each department has it's own Reporting Server
+
Load balancing is available, each group of users has different server specially for them.
On the other hand, If you have a single Report Server it's easier to manage

Managing security will require extra work if some reports should be available to group of users

Work load will be higher if all users are using single report server

I added a custom ringtone . Then later I tried to add another three set but now after sync . Am not able to get rid of the first one... It's still there as my custom ringtone. But my iPhone in iTunes shows all four... But the phone shows only one...?
Paul--you are a life-saver!! Worked great. I did have to look around to make sure I was getting 4.9 instead of 4.7 (even when the file was named 4.9 at techspot.com), but I finally got the right file, did the install as you suggested, and everything is now fine. One note, though, that I haven't seen mentioned in any of this thread: when I first tried to open up iTunes after getting back to 4.9, the following message appeared: "The file iTunes Library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes." I merely went to the old .itl file that was created when I did the update to iTunes 5, renamed it, moved it over to my now new 4.9, and iTunes opened fine. My library was a few days out of date, because of the few days' lag from the time I did the iTunes update, but that was easily taken care of, and everything's now working fine. Thanks again!!!

BUT here is the problem, i cant access the familys icloud account. they all have the same one, but i am stuck with one odd one:/. so now i want to switch mines to the one everybody in my family has, but it wont let me ;l. how would i be able to switch it? thank you sooooo much!!!!To change iCloud accounts on your phone, go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password when prompted, then sign back in with the family account ID. If all your data is already in the family iCloud account, choose Delete from My iPhone when prompted after deleting the existing account.

PR created by MRP only one item each PR
Hi Gurus,
I ran MRP using T-Code MD01. Running succesful. But when I check PR created only had one material each PR, so too many PR Created in the system.
The requirement is How can we run MRP then PR created in lot (each PR has many items) ? I've set in configuration (T-code: OMI8) to specify items in each PR created. But still only one items material each PR created.
Any suggestion ?

This is standard SAP behaviour and you cannot change it as per my best knowledge.
When you create PO you can convert several PR into one PO. You can even convert several PR into one PO item (as separate schedlue lines provided vendor, material, etc are the same).
(PR is only for internal use,)

Multiple events per date with only one photo each - Unwanted
I have the eyefi wireless sd card in my camera and it is setup to transmit my photos into iphoto automatically, which it does. However, the problem arises in that iphoto creates multiple events for the same date each containing only one photo. I would prefer that iphoto create individual events per date and have the multiples of that date's photos within. I thought I had the settings configured to do so as I have preferences set for autosplit events one per day but I still see events such as - July 3, 2008 - July 3, 2008 - July 3, 2008 - each with only one photo inside.
I am wondering if it is something in iphoto's settings or the way in which eyefi transmits the photos into iphoto.
Any thoughts?I do not have a WiFi connection to my camera so can not test but am just guessing
I can think of two possibilities
- 1 - if you are taking the photos with the WiFi connected then each time you snap a photo it may be being sent which would be looked at as a new import and therefore create a new event - to stop this I believe you would have to not have a full time WiFi connection to your camera or somehow set the camera to send batched - not each one - iPhoto will take each batch into and follow the rules for making events for that batch even if you camera is sending many batches of One photo
- 2 - You have the preference for making batches set to one every two hours and there is a long time between photos - I'm guessing that #1 is more likely

How do you auto tone a group of photos. I tried command a to select all and then auto tone but it only did one Photo. I troes several times and yes all photos were selected
In Develop you can highlight a group of thumbnails in the filmstrip, then right-click and choose Develop Settings -> Auto Tone
In Library you can highlight a group of thumbnails in the Grid and click the Auto Tone button in the Quick Develop area.
What you can’t do is click the Auto button in Develop and have it do more than one photo—this is by design, except, maybe if you have Auto Sync enabled. -
Safari 4 opens multiple windows but when pressing F9 only one is shown
So when i open safari it really only opens 1 window but when i press F9 to show all things i have on the desktop it will show that there are 3 or 4 other boxes - as if there were windows there but when i highlight and click on them it just takes me back to my original safari window. it will do this even when the only things running are safari and then dashboard and finder. I've done restarts and reset finder. Is anyone having this problem or has it already been resolved??? i'm going to the apple store sunday but i'm out of town till then.

2003 Dodge Durango RT with automatic transmission
2006 Volvo V70R with 6-Speed manual transmission
I am looking to purchase a keyless entry / remote start on BOTH vehicles but use only (1) FOB to control both as I will only be using either vehicle at a time. If I need to use both, I will use 2 FOBs. Is there any current breand or system that can do this, like have switch and can be programmed for more than one vehicles ??? Best Buy has 2 brands that can control 2 cars. Viper and Compustar. You said you would like keyless and remotes start. Are these the only features you are looking for? Security? The system below is a Viper 1-way with around 2000 foot range that offers 2 car mode. They also have a 1 mile range and also a 2-way system. This is a nice feature if you don't have visibility to the vehicle, the remote will tell you if the car started.

With any of these system you are also going to need some additional parts and labor. Also because the Volvo has a manual transmission there is a certain sequence you must do every time you park the vehicle. If this is not done the remote start will not work. Doesn't effect the keyless entry.
Stop in a local Best Buy and speak to the AutoTech. They can educate you on the different model, feature and the manual transmission sequence. -

According to your description, you want to select some records in the report when export it to Excel. To achieve the goal, we can add a parameter to filter certain rows by following steps:
Add an additional Multi-value parameter to the report.
Set the Available Values and Default Values are all got from a field which can be used to select the records in the current dataset.
Add a Filter based on the new parameter in the tablix to filter the rows.
The parameter does not affect the data when we view the report. While we can use the parameter to select certain rows when we want to export the report to Excel.

I have recently been experincing this error and i am the admin on the computer and it is the only apple ID i have ever had or used yet it seems to think there is another one. My wife has an account on the computer and her itunes is signed under her name, same with my brother-in-law, i deauthorized all the accounts and then just set mine and still get the error.
Sorry: once a device has been authorised for a particular iTunes account you can't change it to another until 90 days have passed. This is to prevent people cirumventing the restrictions of purchases to one account from consteantly swopping between accounts. You will have to wait for the 82 remaining days, and there is no workaround.
