Several planning apps: any way to integrate task list?

We are working with 4 planning application environment and would like to make the process for users as smooth as possible. So instead of jumping from app to another, is there any way to integrate task lists (4 ones, each in different app) or to ease the navigation in workspace? We tried URL, but didn't work out....

i am afraid there is no way to create integrated task list, because every task list is connected with particular application.

Then you need to install clearcase extension in your JDev.
1. Download the zip file from

2. Follow the instruction from the below link to install the extension.

I'm currently dealing with this issue myself, except that my rMBP has NO articles in the reading list. It's a brand new rMBP too, purchased just this week, with the 2.6 Ghz Processor & 16GB of RAM.
Let's see what we can find. I may just take it back to the Apple Store.

Any way to have a list of "most often used folders"?

is there any way to define a list of folders most frequently accessed (by opening them or saving files to them) in the last X days? I'd like to have such a list in my dock, or on the left panel of Finder windows that open up (e.g., for file saving). Is there any way to do that? I work on stuff that's divided into a pretty deep folder structure and instead of a static Favorites list (which would get too unwieldy), I'd like to have it dynamically figure out for me which are the most commonly-used folders for the recent week or whatever. Sometimes it takes quite a while for a new computer on the network to show up on the finder sidebar. Is there Any way to manually refresh list of network computers?

i am running osx 10.8.4 and if you right click on finder and select "connect to server" you can easily find the servers you usually connect to or be able to find a new server manually by selecting browse.
to prevent this from happening again the server that you want to remain connected to will be easily joined in the future by hitting the "+" button next to the desiered server name
select "connect" from the bottom right
next it will ask you to select the hard drive you wish to connect to. [in my setup i have two optons here 1. the hard drive which starts with "_" and also "user"
in my case and most likely yours, select the hard drive.
from this screen you will be prompted for password or to select guest.
from this new menu depending on what type of connection you have with the server, whether it be (home) or (business) type selecting guest will connect without a password.
but some office servers use password protected servers and for this you must know that servers connecting password. occasionally it is the same as the WiFi password but sometimes it can be more secure and require a different password.
normally guest will do just fine as long as the server has not been set up with a lock on it.

In the Podcasts app, is there any way to remove the list of recent podcasts that can be downloaded?

I'm wondering whether there's any way to remove all those recent podcasts (either unplayed or only partially played) listed as downloadable from the Podcasts app on the iPhone. If I'd wanted all these additional episodes on the phone, I would have put them there. I don't want them there, yet the app insists upon larding up my podcast lists with these useless episodes. Nor do I want to mark them all as "played." There's a reason some of them are only partially played and others not at all. I prefer to keep them marked that way in my master list. But I do not want them on the iPhone.
I've tried searching online, but am not coming up with a solution. Do I have to go to some third-party app to have cleaner, tidier, and smaller lists? When I intend to carry around only three or four episodes for a given podcast, it is really REALLY annoying to have to pick through a list of forty-some-odd offerings to find the ones I want.
I sure am hoping some techie-inclined soul has a solution for me.

If you have a text plan just input the email address in the to field of the text and send away. If you don't have a text plan then I think you would be charged per text. Mary

Dang, and here I go adding iPad apps to my wish list while I wait for my 3G to come in. Was hoping I could see that while out and about on the iPad so I didn't have to sync. Flag certain apps for later viewing, check updated reviews, etc. Bah!

(IOS 7) Any way to show calendar list view in notification center instead of day view?

I updated to IOS 7 and I hoped to be able to check my schedule for the next day from the lock screen. Unfortunately at 1 AM the next few hours in the Calendar Day View in Notification Center was empty. The Today Summary just tells me when the first appointment is the next morning but not much else. Is there any way to change the calendar day view to the list view of appointments? Representing the relative times of the appointments with empty space seems like a waste. Especially when the Calendar Day View is 100% empty space and my appointments are just out of view in the wee hours of the morning.

My biggest regret in updating to IOS 7 is the calendar. I often to tap from date to date and wish to see in LIST view my events... not in a today view as mentioned by the various posts above. As someone else noted, events are hiding below the screen view and one must scroll around to see if there are other events scheduled. I'm so afraid I'm going to miss something and make a committment in error. A list view is much more desired and efficient.
Change for the sake of change...why Apple why?
I have sent mass texts and Face Book messages to friends telling them not to upgrade to IOS 7 because of the calendar disaster and variouse other changes. Such as why is the font everywhere so small and light? One needs a magnifying glass to see everything that could be seen so clearly before. I've given friends a "tour" of IOS 7 on my iPhone and after seeing it many have thanked me and opted not to upgrade. I only wish I could have been saved.
