Sftware and driver compatability

Is the software and driver for the Pixma mp150 possibly be compatable with the pixma mp 160??!!

Hello matrixmoment,
The drivers for the PIXMA MP150 are not compatible with the PIXMA MP160.  The latest drivers for each printer can be downloaded from the Canon USA website.  So we can provide you with instructions for downloading the drivers to your computer, please reply to this thread with what operating system is on your computer (Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8 or Mac OS version), as well as which printer you need the drivers for.
We look forward to hearing from you!

  • NI Motion Controllers and Drives compatibility with stepper motors

    Hello:
I'm trying to setup a motion control system and I'm facing some trouble. The final goal is to be able to control a couple of stepper motors. We already have a PXI System with a PXI-7354 motion controller, and a UMI-7774 connector block. What we don't have yet is the stepper drives and motors. It's likely that because of torque requirements we may need a gearbox. Here I disclose some of my doubts:
We are considering the P70360 or the P70530 drives, but I would like to know if it is possible to connect thrid party drives to the motion controllers? What requirements this drives should comply?
Similar as the first one, Is it possible to connect third party stepper motors to the NI stepper drives? What requirements this motors should comply?
Finally, Is it possible to adapt gearboxes to the NI stepper motors? If so, Which ones are recommended?
    Thanks in advance,
    Robst.

    Using LabVIEW since version 7.0

       Hello Robst,
Either the P70360 or the P70530 will be good drives depending on your wattage requirement. A loose rule regarding wattage is not to exceed 80% of capacity. If you think you'll exceed that, buy bigger.
Regarding third party drives, though many are compatible we cannot guarantee compatiblitty of all drives nor are we able to support them. That being said you may want to take a look at these KBs which describe some issues to be mindful of when looking at third party drives.
How Do I get the 73xx Controller and UMI-7764 to Drive a Third Party Stepper Motor?
How to Connect NI 73xx Digital Outputs to Third Party Equipment
How to connect the 73xx inhibit and command signal outputs to third party drives.
Some points to glean from the above links are what kind of current gets sinked and sourced by the drives to insure compatibility. Regarding stepper motors, again we will only be able to guarantee compatiblity and provide support for stepper motors provided by NI. That said, the majority of stepper motors I've seen are compatible with our equipment assuming the drive it's connected to is compatible. Below are some articles that may help you make a decision on what type of stepper motor you choose.
Selecting the Proper Size Stepper Motor
NI Stepper Motion System Selection Guide
How Can I Determine My Stepper Motor Wiring Without the Stepper Motor Pinout?
As for gearboxes, you will just need to make sure that the gearbox you select fits properly with the motor you are using. Often the gearboxes are standardized to NEMA sizes that correspond with the stepper motors. Kollmorgen, who manufactures the motors that we sell, also makes gearboxes. Their gearboxes would be a good place to start.

  • How can I get the Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility driver installed on Win7 LC master?

We recently migrated from a Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2012 print server. When recomposing a linked clone pool with the old 2003 server, drivers were taken care of for the printer when the user printed for the first time after desktop recompose. With 2012, any printer using the Point and Print driver doesn't seem to obtain the driver again from the 2012 server. All of our clients are running Windows 7 which means the Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility driver is not installed in the OS natively.
I apparently need to figure out a way to get this installed on the host image so it trickles down to snapshots when recomposing the linked clone pool but I haven't been able to dig much information on doing this. Does anyone out there have any insight on how to accomplish this? If I recompose a pool now for a user who is using a new Point and Print driver, they get the following message that is resolved by removing the printer from their account and re-adding it:
"The 'Microsoft enhanced Point and Print compatibility driver' printer driver is not installed on this computer. Some printer properties will not be accessible unless you install the printer driver. Do you want to install the driver now?"
I figured the easy solution would be to just install a printer using the Point and Print driver and then remove it...leaving the driver behind (unless it cleaned up after itself). The problem with this is in my testing, even after removing and re-adding a printer that set off installation of this Point and Print driver on the client, any other printer that was using it still required the remove/re-add process in order to work, else I got the same message. That tells me that the driver may be custom for each printer installed?
Color me a little confused. I do NOT like the way that Server 2012 handles printers. I've come across a few other issues as well (such as duplex capabilities not being remember on the print server for a printer) that I never had with the 2003 server.
    Thanks!!

I was able to get it to work using your instructions off of here and your other thread
    Thank you!

  • Query on Driver Compatibility with Oracle 9i & Oracle 11g

Technical query on Driver Compatibility with Oracle 9i & Oracle 11g of our client scenario
    1. There are 2 databases, FCDB and FCR DB. Both the databases are running on Oracle 9i. FCDB Application present is using the same version of JDBC driver (classes12.jar) to communicate with FCDB Local and FCR Host Database. And it is JDK 1.4 compliant.
    2. We require upgrading the FCDB alone to 11g Release 1 and FCR DB with same Oracle 9i.
    3. In this case, if the application is using the same version of JDBC driver (classes12.jar) to communicate with FCDB Local and FCR Host Database, will there be any issues.
    4. Need to check if there is any issues related to the classes12.jar with 11g Release 1 DB whether oracle will extend their support to us and how and when they can they provide it.
    5. If there are any issues, can that be resolved by Oracle Support?

  • Info regarding Diswarrior 4 and Leopard compatibility

I emailed Alsoft regarding Diskwarrior 4 and Leopard compatibility. Here is the response I got.
+DiskWarrior 4.0 will successfully rebuild a disk that has Mac OS X 10.5+
+Leopard installed or a disk that has been attached to a computer running+
    Leopard.
+However, some operating system functionality has changed within Leopard+
+itself. As such, there are some compatibility issues when running an+
+installed copy of DiskWarrior 4.0 while started up from Mac OS X 10.5+
+Leopard. Alsoft currently recommends that you do not run DiskWarrior 4.0+
+while the computer is started from Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard.+
+Instead, to run DiskWarrior, you should start up the computer from either:+
    +1) A DiskWarrior 4.0 CD.+
+2) Any disk that starts up in 10.4.x and then run DiskWarrior 4.0.+
+An updated version of DiskWarrior that has complete Leopard+
+compatibility will be released soon as a free download for existing+
    +owners of DiskWarrior 4.0.+
+-- What you can expect when running DiskWarrior 4.0 under Mac OS X+
    +10.4.x and rebuilding a Leopard disk.+
+All features work as expected with one exception: FileVaults created+
+while started from Leopard are not visible to DiskWarrior 4.0 and cannot+
    +be rebuilt (repaired).+
+-- What you can expect when running DiskWarrior 4.0 under Mac OS X 10.5+
    +and rebuilding a Leopard disk.+
+While not recommended (and discouraged), if you do run DiskWarrior 4.0+
+while started from Mac OS X 10.5 you might encounter some problems such as:+
+1) There is a lengthy delay whenever DiskWarrior is determining which+
+drives are currently attached. This delay is dependent upon the number+
+of attached drives and may last up to 2 or 3 minutes. You will+
+experience this delay when first starting DiskWarrior, whenever a disk+
+is attached or detached while DiskWarrior is running but idle, and+
    +whenever a rebuild is completed or canceled.+
+2) You cannot rebuild FileVaults or disk images.+
+3) In step 9 (comparing directories) of a rebuild, the progress bar+
+might get to 100% even though the comparison step is not finished.+
+4) When performing Check All Files and Folders the progress bar might+
+get to 100% even though the check is not finished.+
+5) After rebuilding a disk, DiskWarrior may report that some files or+
+folders have had their permissions changed. This is inaccurate and the+
    +permissions have not been changed.+
+To repeat, an updated version of DiskWarrior that has complete Leopard+
+compatibility will be released soon as a free download for existing+
    +owners of DiskWarrior 4.0.+
    +-- What about DiskWarrior 3?+
+DiskWarrior 3 and earlier versions are not compatible with Mac OS X 10.5+
+(Leopard). Alsoft does not recommend running DiskWarrior 3 or earlier on+
+a disk that has Mac OS X 10.5 Leopard installed or a disk that has been+
    +attached to a computer running Leopard.+

So, it seems it will work but you need to run it from the disk or if you have it installed on a external drive running Tiger, it will work.
    Thom

If you open your Tiger Address Book, select all cards, drag them to the desktop, it will make one big "mega-VCF" card with a name like "Alan Adams and 543 others.vcf" Dump that to a flash drive or email it to yourself, then doubleclick on it on the Leopard machine. They will all import just fine into your Leopard Address Book.
Try doing something similar with your iCal data, Open the application, choose your calendars one at a time, and select File > Export. That should make a big "mega-ics" calendar card with a name like "work.ics" or "home.ics, i.e., "originalcalendarname.ics" with all the events of that calendar. Then same drill: dump that to a flash drive or email it to yourself, then doubleclick on it on the Leopard machine.
Both generation methods create text files, which should import just fine into the Leopard applications.

  • Seagate ST9750420AS HDD and W700ds compatability issue

There seems to be a compatability issue with the Seagate 750GB drives (ST9750420AS) and the W700ds (and possibly other W series notebooks).
With the controller set to RAID in BIOS Windows 7 and possibly other OSs can not access the HDDs. This configuration results in a 7B "inaccessable boot device" error BSOD.
Testing revealed only the ST9750420AS with FW 0001SDM5 (the only FW avaible) results in the 7B BSOD regardless of the RAID driver version installed. I have not phiscally removed the Turbo memory device to see if it plays a role in the problem or not.
The W700ds (2757) system I have available to test is compatable with the following Seagate (drives with various FW versions):
    ST9160823ASG
    ST9500325AS
    ST9500420ASG
    ST9500420AS
    ST9640320AS
These were tested with Widows XPP 32bit, Windows 7 64bit and Linux 64 bit, these were tested in both RAID and non RAID configurations.
    And not compatable with:
ST9750420AS, tested with Windosw 7 x64 in RAID configuration.
Any comments, corrections or resolution welcom.
    Thanks

  • Mega PC Optical Drive Compatibility List

So you've just parted with the cash for your shiny new Mega PC barebones, now you have to choose which optical drive (CD-ROM, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD-RW) you want to go inside. Of course MSI recommend you use one of their optical drives, but they would say that!  You might prefer other manufacturer's units (myself am very happy with NEC drives) so the aim of this thread is to provide as comprehensive as possible a list of drives **known** to work correctly with the Mega series, as well as pointing out drives to avoid.
If you have a drive that is not listed here, but works correctly in hifi and PC mode, or works fine with a couple of quirks, then please post below, and i'll add them into this post at a later date. Please state the manufacturer (eg NEC), model code (eg ND2510A) and drive type (CD-ROM, DVD-RW etc), and i'll make sure you get credited with the comment.
Unfortunately, I have not added some drives listed in the old thread due to not enough information being given (eg Toshiba DVD-ROM doesn't really narrow a particular model down). Comments from users are credited to them.

  • Would you be willing to install WinXP using a floppy and driver w/ BootCamp

I think Apple may be able to provide us full SATA compatibility quickly if they were willing to program the AHCI controller device in enhanced AHCI mode.
This would require us to install (reinstall) windows and use a USB floppy to install the intel AHCI drivers, since they are not a part of WinXP. This is generally what users of the server-class Intel motherboards have to do if they want full SATA performance.
Users who are not accustomed to WinXP installation may find this too difficult.
Perhaps instead of a BIOS set up, Apple can provide an OS X utility that allows configuration of certain system resources. Many WinTel manufacturers provide similar utilities, to simplify BIOS setup. Such a utility would allow more advanced users to enable enhanced-AHCI mode, while the mess experienced users can continue to work in PIO mode.
If you are interested in learning more about the Intel SATA controller in the WinTel environment, you can find more information in the following links:
    http://www.microsoft.com/whdc/device/storage/serialATA_FAQ.mspx
    http://www.intel.com/support/chipsets/imsm/sb/cs-021736.htm
ftp://download.intel.com/design/chipsets/manuals/30144401.pdf (Not specific to the 5000X chipset, but AHCI is a standard across multiple intel chipsets)
    Mac Pro 2.66   Mac OS X (10.4.7)

The real problem with the Mac Pro and Windows right now is how it sets up the SATA controller device in the CSM, I believe.
Apple can fix this one of 2 ways:
    1. Give us PATA emulation with full DMA support, but this does not give us SATA NCQ.
    2. Give us Enhanced AHCI support, with NCQ, but this requires us to install an intel driver at windows install time using a USB floppy.
I believe #2 shouldn't be hard for apple to implement, but it makes Windows harder to install. That is why I called for an OS X application that lets the user choose which mode they want the SATA controller to run in.
I included the links above as background material into the full problem, from how to program the device in a BIOS (or CSM) to installing the drivers.
I am asking people, if Apple could provide a firmware update, would you be willing to install Windows again using a USB floppy and driver, or would you rather wait for PATA emulation with DMA support.
I previously wrote a posting that describes this problem:
I have spent a few days researching SATA, and how it is handled under Windows, especially Intel's implementation. Intel is pushing a standardized controller interface called AHCI. AHCI does support legacy PATA emulation. In WinTel platform, it is a requirement of the BIOS to configure the AHCI device properly. The AHCI PCI device will present different PCI subcodes depending if it is running in PATA or native mode. These PCI subcodes are used to choose the appropriate driver at boot time.
For best performance, SATA wants to run in native mode which, on the Mac Pro platform, means running the controller device in AHCI mode. AHCI fully supports DMA as well as Native Command Queuing (NCQ). Combining these two technologies give the best performance.
The PATA emulation can support DMA, depending on the actual BIOS implementation. PATA can not support NCQ.
With Boot Camp, Apple is providing a BIOS layer on top of EFI, the new standard for low-level PC firmware. This layer is called a CSM (Compatibility Support Module). I believe the CSM is not programming the device to enter AHCI mode. Also, the CSM is not providing anything other than Programmed I/O (PIO or non-DMA) in their PATA emulation support.
How do we work around this? I don't know. I am hoping to bring others into this discussion to see if we can figure something out. Considering Apple released Boot Camp 1.1 with the same flaw, I don't believe we can expect them to resolve this issue soon.
Putting the device in AHCI mode may present more difficult problems for Apple. They will have to change their CSM to support loading the boot sector using AHCI instead of PATA protocols.
There is one other thing to note, when you boot with device in AHCI mode, and then install Windows, you must install a 3rd party driver provided by Intel at installation time. Pressing the F6 key early on in the install process, inserting a floppy, which contains the driver, and then choosing the driver for installation. The CSM will have to support USB floppies (I have not tested to see if it does, yet). It also means that any user that currently has Windows installed will have to reinstall Windows once we determine how to put the device in AHCI mode.
If we were willing to give up NCQ, it might be easier for Apple to extend their CSM to include better PATA emulation. We may be limited to 100MB/s, or 133MB/s at best. This is more than enough bandwidth to support any single drive.

  • Car and driver digital subscription no audio

I purchased the digital subscription version of Car and Driver magazine through Newstand on my New iPad.  When I play the embedded videos, no audio is played.  I've tried turning off all other apps, but the Car and Driver app is still not able to output audio.  I sent my question to Zinio, but they don't recognize me or my iTunes account info, so they're not willing to assist.  Any suggestions on addressing the problem or directing the question to the 'proper authority'?

The problem with the EFI mode and Windows is that Apple doesn't support it and that there are no drivers for it. Moreover, there may be conflicts. For example, when I installed Windows 8 in EFI mode on my Late 2009 21'5-inch iMac, my GPU and my speakers weren't recognized, and there wasn't any workaround.
If you can, always run Windows in BIOS mode, so you can install the Windows support software and get everything working correctly. The reason why you can use Windows in EFI mode is that Microsoft added EFI 1.x compatibility in Windows 8, the specification that Apple uses for Macs

  • Running 2 stepper motors with LabVIEW using RMV ST400-NT controller and driver

Hello, I am new to programming as well as motors in general so please bare with me in my attempt to explain myself. I have a project involving laser therapy and I am attempting to control two stepper motors from Falhauber, Type AM2224-R3-AV-4.8. I will be using a RMV ST400-NT controller and driver. Original plan was to use 3 stepper motors for control in 3 axis but realized 2 axis is complicated enough. My power source is an Agilent E3630A. I am new to this whole thing and from what I have read form examples and other posts is that NI drivers seem to work best for these applications. I've written simple programs from examples, reading and watching videos. I want to know whether it's possible for these to work together using LabVIEW and also a nudge to help me get started would be much appreciated. Can someone please help guide me in the right direction, I feel a bit lost when it comes to all this. Thank you for your time and consideration.  Also, I will be using Windows 8 laptop with Labview 8.5. I have attached pics of components I will be using.

    Hi jtarula,
I want to preface this response by saying that I am mre familiar with NI controller and driver rather than the one that you have. I am assuming that you are using the dll provided by the manufacturer here:
    http://www.rmv.com/download.htm
With these, you should be able to interface with LabVIEW using the call library function node. What the controller is capable I am uncertain of. I am certain that you should be able to since another user has commented on the use in LabVIEW before in another forum post.
I also want to let you know that LabVIEW 8.5 is not supported on Windows 8, which means that you may run into some compatibility issues. Here is the compatibility chart.

  • I have a serious (and bizarre!) issue with my novation impulse (Although i've tried it with two other keyboards and i still have the same problem) and its compatibility with mainstage 3

i have a serious (and bizarre!) issue with my novation impulse (Although i've tried it with two other keyboards and i still have the same problem) and its compatibility with mainstage 3.
the problem is best explained on the following one - page thread:
    https://discussions.apple.com/thread/3951518?start=0&tstart=0
(Clearly i'm not alone in this problem, although i think i figured out what's going wrong a little more than he did...read on!)
his solution, to put mainstage in jump mode, is very unsatisfactory to me, as it bounces all of a sudden to drastically different settings.
basically, my analysis is that my controller is NOT receiving MIDI date from mainstage.  in other words, mainstage knows what my controller is doing, but my controller doens't know what mainstage is doing.
let's say i turn the knob all the way to the right ... 127...and the virtual fader goes to the right like it's supposed to.
now...next...let's say i change to a different patch, where that same VIRTUAL fader is not at the max clockwise position..maybe it's only at 1pm.  now when i turn the physical knob to the RIGHT, the midi data is still at 127 on the controller!  it didn't "reset" to sync up with the new level (say 80 or so) setting on the new patch.  so i can't increase that new setting of 80 by continuing to turn the knob to the right.  i have to turn it all the way to zero,...and then continue PAST zero until the controller thinks that IT is at 0...at that point the controller and mainstage are in agreement, and things work fine....so bascially, the keyboard thinks the level is at max...but mainstage thinks the level is at 1pm.
i am using Logic 9, and i have a macbook pro 2.9 Ghz I7 with 8 gigs of memory and OS X 10.8.4

Thanks for taking the time to contact us here a Novation for technical support. Lets continue to correspond via email so we can get your issue resolved.

  • Problem Installing HP Officejet J4580 Full Feature Software and Driver

    Hallo !
I recently installed a new 2T harddrive and performed a clean install of Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit on my e-Machine Model ET-1331-g-05w. The clean install of Windows 7, installation of the e-Machine drivers, und 325+ Microsoft  Updates was successful. The System is running fine and protected by Kaspersky 2015 Internet Security. Please note this WAS NOT an OS upgrade from Vista to Win7 - just a clean-install of the original Win7 64-bit OS.
After creating an ISO and Full Backup(nothing else has been installed at this point) I wan't to re-install my HP Officejet J4580 All-in-one. I have the original CD but I know that it can only be used on an XP or Vista OS - so I went to the www3.hp.Offical  HP Drivers and Support downloaded the Product Installation Software for:
HP Officejet Full Feature Software and Driver
    File: OJJ4500_FULL_13.exe
    Released: 2014-09-03
    Version: 13.0.0
My printer wasn't connected via USB - the install ran for about 30 and when I asked to connect the USB cable the splash screen told me it was finishing the install but then it failed with a message unable to located J4580 Drivers. The install that place the Solution Center, HP Document Manager, and HP Photosmart ICON's on my Desktop - when I opened the Solution Center - it said that it couldn't communicate to the printer. The printer and USB cable work fine on my Vista Desktop, my Vista Business Notbook. and my IBM X40 running WP SP3.
    I've also tried running:
    1) HP Update Software Utility - hpsetup.exe
    2) Hp Print and Scan Doctor - HPPSdr.exe
    3) HP Officejet Software and Driver Removal Utility - OJJ4500_Scrubber_13.exe
but the 2nd attempt to re-install failed too.
I then reloaded my clean ISO - and tried the Product Installation Software for the Basic Drivers
HP Officejet Basic Print and Scan Driver
    File: OJJ4500_Basic_13.exe
    Released: 2014-09-03
    Version: 13.0.0
The Basic Drivers worked fine -but I need the Full Driver. I double checked and the WIN 7 64-bit is shown as a supported OS for the Full Driver - any suggestions on how to proceed? I'm wondering if it would be worthwhile installing  XP virtual machine and installing the Full Drivers in VM. If I go that route - it creates other issues such as sync'n file from 64-bit to VM, then switching back & forth between VM to process other work,  and then the issue of having to scan in VM then sync the folder to 64-bit side.

    Hello @Tom_Ma,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I would like to assist you today with installing your HP Officejet J4580 All-in-One Printer on your Windows 7 computer. Thank you for including all of the troubleshooting steps you have already attempted and your Operating System details in your post. At this point I am going to run you through some additional troubleshooting steps to get this Officejet successfully installed with the Full Feature driver. Please follow the steps below.
    Step 1: Uninstall Drivers:
It is important that we have a nice clean slate to work with for troubleshooting. Therefore, I am going to have you uninstall the existing software on your computer.
    Click on your Start menu
    Select All Programs
    Select the HP folder
    Select your HP Officejet
    Select Uninstall
Follow the onscreen instructions to complete the uninstall of your printer. Once the uninstall is complete, please proceed to the next step.
    Step 2: Clear Temp Files:
    Click on your Start menu
In the 'search programs and files' box located right above Start after you click on it, type %temp% and hit enter on your keyboard
When the Temp folder opens, select Ctrl + A at the same time on your keyboard. Everything in this folder will now highlight.
Select the 'delete' button on your keyboard. The Temp folder contains temporary internet files. No actual files or folders on your computer will be affected by deleting the Temp files. Should a Temp file still be used than you will automatically get the pop up to 'skip' that item.
Close the Temp folder once it is emptied
Right click the Recycling Bin on your desktop and select Empty Recycling Bin
Step 3: Unlock System Administrator Account:
There is the potential that there is something within your User Account that may be blocking the drivers from installing properly. Therefore, I am going to have you unlock the hidden System Administrator Account and install your device under there. Then, when you log back into your normal User Account the printer and all Full Feature software should be installed and functional for you. If all goes well, we we 'hide' the System Administrator Account once troubleshooting is complete.
Go to your Start menu and under the 'search programs and files' box type CMD
CMD will populate as a search option above, just right click on it and 'run as administrator'
Once CMD (Command Prompt) opens, type net user administrator /active:yes and hit enter
Next, close CMD and restart your computer
When your computer comes on log into the new account that should show. It will be called Administrator and will not have a password on it.
If your computer automatically logs into your account after restart than go to your start menu click the arrow beside 'shutdown' and choose 'switch user'. Now log into the Administrator account we just unlocked
Under the Administrator account download and install the drivers: HP Officejet Full Feature Software and Driver
Please follow the onscreen instructions to complete the installation of your printer
Once the installation is complete, please test printing and scanning to confirm that everything is now working properly.
If everything installs fine, log out of this account and back into your normal User Account. All the Software and Drivers for your product should show installed now on your account.
Under your User Account please test printing and scanning again to confirm that everything is still working.
If everything works fine, you will want to Hide the Administrator account.
Step 4: Hide System Administrator Account:
Go to your Start menu and under the 'search programs and files' box type CMD
CMD will populate as a search option above, just right click on it and 'run as administrator'
Once CMD (Command Prompt) opens, type net user administrator /active:no and hit enter
Next, close CMD and restart your computer
Please respond to this post with the result of your troubleshooting. I look forward to hearing from you!

  • Nokia Map and Drive+ Beta on Lumina 920 Feedback

So I took my new phone down to MD/DC area in the last few days and here are a few things that I would like to post as my feedback on what would be nice to have, fixes, etc.  [I used both my new Lumia 920 and my wife's Samsung Galaxy Note 2 as comparsion).
    1. Highest priority for me is that the routes from Here.net need to be able to sync down to the phone.  Nothing more is more important then this because when you have a custom route that you want to use (for example, to route around high traffic or potential high traffic areas).
    2. Extremely disappointed that a new road in MD (MD 200) was not used by the Drive+ and didn't even show up on the map on my Lumia 920 while it was used and did show up on Google map.  This road is a toll road and is over a year old already.  [And yes, I have enabled toll road in the navigation as well as selected 'faster route' as the routing to use under smart routing].  I cannot stressed how disappointed I am to not see Nokia Map have this route at all.
    3. Allow route changes on the Nokia Drive+ app.  As good as pre-planned trip and using Here.net, there are just tmes that it's much better to allow us to change the route based on latest condition.
    4. Never once did I see ANY traffic updates at all on both the Map and Drive+ Beta.  When it does shows on my wife's Google's Map/Navigation.
    5. I love that under Drive+, it tells you which lane to get into ahead of when you need to make a turn or merge onto another way. However, the flip side of that is that there's no way to know which road you're currently on.  This is probably more important for when you're in an area with a lot of highway/local way intersections.  Also, it would be great if it also will display the next major 'road' that you will be getting onto.
So far I'm happy with some of the functionality and disappointed in some of Nokia Map and Drive+ and I have about a week left to decide to either stay with WP9 and Nokia or do I want to switch back to Android and Google Map.

    hi there,
As this is a user to user forum only, if you wish to leave feedback with Nokia regarding their products and services, you can do so directly by clicking the Nokia Support link at the bottom of this page.
