SGD 4.31 upgrade error .. now what

Question

Here's after installing Linux machine - everything looked good - prepped the production server for upgrade this evening/now am - dismantle ..pkgadd - going through the steps ..... I'm doing some investigating ...
These dir's/fiels didn't get installed for some reason:
/opt/tarantella/var/serverconfig/local/
/opt/tarantella/etc/pkg/tta/install/ttab64conv
is this a bug? - using V40Z Sol10/U3 x86-pkg

Hi,
Could you please help me?
Installed SGD on Linus and it does not start
Error is:
Java.io.Exception Failed to load all beans: javax.naming.NameNorFoundException: asad.properties....
at com.sco.tta.server.JServer.<init> (Jserver.java.306)
