Share songs and create tracks between users using only iPhones

Me and a friend from out of state want to collaborate on tracks but we only have iPhones. We like garage band, how can we do this. Right now we think the only option is to have 1 iTunes account that we share. It seems like there should be a better option but we cannot figure it out. Please help.

To share GarageBand projects as project and not as audio file, you can either save the project in iCloud or share the project to a Mac, mail it, then upload it from another mac
Both options are not feasable for you, since you have only iPhones and not macs as well. And the iCloud solution would require you to be using the same AppleID on your iPhones and share your iCloud, including mail, contacts, ....
As a workaround - you can solo the tracks and mail each track as audio file.

This error is often related to USB timing. Try changing USB ports, using a different dock connector to USB cable, and other available USB troubleshooting steps (troubleshooting USB connections. If you are using a dock, bypass it and connect directly to the white Apple USB dock connector cable. If the issue persists on a known-good computer, the device may need service.
If the issue is not resolved by USB isolation troubleshooting, and another computer is not available, try these steps to resolve the issue:
Connect the device to iTunes, confirm that the device is in Recovery Mode. If it's not in Recovery Mode, put it into Recovery Mode.
Restore and wait for the error.
When prompted, click OK.
Close and reopen iTunes while the device remains connected.
The device should now be recognized in Recovery Mode again.
Try to restore again.
If the steps above do not resolve the issue, try restoring using a known-good USB cable, computer, and network connection.

hmm, that's a trick one! what I would do is go to Messages>preferences>accounts and then select imessages and then select account details and then sign out. Then your wife will need to sign in with her apple id.

simply adding both of your accounts to be reached at will prove to be faulty because when you reply you can only reply with the one email address. And even if you switch caller id's it probably still won't work. So I think my method would be the easiest way to do that at this time.

don't just sign out!
if you simply sign out, the stuff you recently purchased will be an issue in the future when an update comes out for apps or anything else. restore the device as new from itunes then restore from a back if you have one as stated above...or set up as new and use correct apple id. this will ensure you will be using the apple id that you used originally without issues from the new one.

Not really. You should not be sharing an Aperture library over a network. It's not designed for that and you'll likely corrupt your library at some point.

Here goes : was bored and thought of Space Invaders , hadn't played that in a while so offs I go to find , (AUR) , found it and thought alright , coupla games and call it a night. Well I'm strictly Newbie and sure enough haskell , ghc, haskell-hgl ? , flashed up and I naively thought upgrade ? , why not - Space Invaders right ?

All cabalized and yaourt-installed packages need to be reinstalled now.

I thought , ok , I can deal with this . So off to find above mentioned found it but couldn't run it ? , . O K looked for aforementioned pkg list - no go . tried to downgrade and got this ;

So offs I go to var /packman/pkg , thats were I found ghc-6.10.4-1-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz and haskell-x11-1.4.5-2-x86_64.pkg.tar.gz and looked for older ones , no go . Found older ones but i couldn't fix it , not much on Google and found 1 post here , but didn't make a lot of since to me . Affected pkg.'s, ( so far ) , claws won't open and no icon for pidgin when running , no mail at all .
Excuse the infrequent postings , hey I 'm running Arch and most always can find an answer by searching but must admit I's hit a wall and dread the thought of losing Claws and the E-Mail that is in it . This is probably a simple fix so I Thank You all in advance .

Did a little more research and not to sure if it had anything to do with the "game and/or Haskell " , don't know .But reread the Wiki Downgrade and came up with this .

Claws is updated , but can't find the list , ( ghc-pkg list --user ) , I think Haskell probably needs to be configured and don't have a clue .
Shaman icon , when running , isn't visible nor Pidgin ! Use System Monitor to kill it but Pidgin shuts down when window is closed , whats in common with the two and not others , is it still related to the
Haskell install ? Now the spam icon in Claws is greyed out too .

I don't know the answer but I hope someone who does will respond. I know Skype is encrypted and I know Google talk is not. I am a psychotherapist, and I use webcam to conduct therapy occasonally, and naturally, I need an encrypted audio/video to help maintain client confidentiality. I would love to use FaceTime. Despite some on this forum, I use it with Lion and I have less problems with FaceTime than I do Skype. But I can't use it for my clients until I know for sure that it is encrypted. Ive been pulling my hair out on how to do this all day and im getting no where i dont even know where to begin! Please help if anyone knows how to do this.

This is Classroom in a forum.
I believe the first line should have read Use 40 black 1 pixel x 400 pixel vertical lines, and create an experimental composition using varying vertical > horizontal spacing.
One way (she may be following this thread, you know) would be to:
1) create a horizontal/vertical (composition Three/Four) line with the Pen Tool with a length corresponding to the whole composition and two or more Anchor Points, ShiftClickDragging at each with different lengths of the Handles;
2) Create a vertical/horizontal line by ClickDragging with the Line Tool (or just Click with the Line Tool and set the Length and direction, then move a copy (ShiftAlt/OptionDrag the original, start dragging a tiny bit before you press the keys);
3) Object>Blend>Blend Options, set Spacing to Specified Steps, 38 steps;
4) Select the lines from 2) and Object>Blend>Make;
5) Select both the Blend from 4) and the line from 1) and Object>Blend>Replace Spine.
Other ways include creating the first line and then ShiftAlt/OptionDragging to create the other lines up/down/left/right depending on composition, or creating or all the lines (maybe using the blend) and then ShiftClickDragging individual lines.

You are asking about a Database User I hope.
You can look into the Oracle 8i Documentation and find various privillages listed.
In particular, you may find:
Chapter 27 Privileges, Roles, and Security Policies
an intresting chapter.
You may want to do this with the various tools included with 8i - including the
Oracle DBA Studio - expand the Security node and you can create USERS and ROLES.
Or use SQL*Plus. To create a
user / password named John / Smith, you would login to SQL*Plus as System/manager (or other) and type in:
Create user John identified by Smith;
Grant CONNECT to John;
Grant SELECT ANY TABLE to John;
commit;
There is much more you can do
depending on your needs.
Please read the documentation.
