Share two email accounts on icloud
I now have two iphone's on my account and two separate two email accounts on Itunes. I am having trouble sharing or syncing icloud with the two email accounts. Is there specific settings in the setup to solve this problem or what is the best procedure?
If you want to sync data such as calendars, contacts, etc. between the two phones, they will need to be signed into the same iCloud account. If you want to consolidate the data to one account, on the phone that is signed into the account you will be leaving go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out, and choose Keep on My iPhone when prompted. Then sign into the other account and choose Merge to merge the data from the old account with the data in the new account.
If, on the other hand, you are only talking about wanting to be able to access two iCloud email accounts on your phones, you can add the other email account by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud, signing in with the account ID and turning Mail on. Both email accounts will then appear in the Mail app.

I thought I had successfully transitioned from MobileMe to iCloud, but something must be wrong. iCloud seems to work fine on my computer and, with the exception of two email accounts, seems to be fine on my phone. Well, seems I managed to unscrew this...I deleted my iCloud mail account and reinstalled it on my phone. That got rid of the duplicate .me/.mac email accounts.

What do you mean by 'I had two email accounts on mobile me'?
Did you have two separate individual MobileMe accounts? Each needs to be migrated separately; one can be signed into in System Preferences>iCloud and the other in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts & Calendars.
Did you have a Family Pack with subaccount(s), or 'email only' accounts attached to a main account? Again, each sub-account/email-only account needs to be migrated separately, will become a full separate iCloud account and they can be signed into as above.
Did you have email aliases? These should be transferred along with the account. They are not separate accounts, and do not appear as such in Mail; messages to them appear in the iCloud inbox alongside messages to the main address. -

How do I change the email account for icloud on my iphone6 only. I don't want to change my ipad or my husband's iphone6. Currently all 3 devices have the same gmail account associated with them. I have created a new & separate apple id and I want that on my phone but I can't figure out how to delete his email from my phone.
To change iCloud accounts you have to go to Settings>iCloud, sign out, then sign back in with your other ID to create your new account. If you want to migrate a copy of the iCloud data to the new account, start by saving any photo stream photos that you want to keep to your camera roll (unless already there) by opening your my photo stream album, tapping Select, tapping the photos, tap the share icon (box with upward facing arrow), then tapping Save Image. If you are syncing notes with iCloud that you want to keep, you'll need to open each of your notes and email them to yourself so you can later copy and paste the text into new notes created in your new account. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Sign Out, choose Keep on My iPhone and provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted. Then sign back in with your new Apple ID to create your new account and choose Merge to upload the data to your new account. Once you are on a separate account you can go to iCloud.com and delete your husband's data from your account (and he can do the same with yours).
Just be aware that the current @icloud.com email address cannot be moved to the new account, nor can the current my photo stream album (which is why you need to save any my photo stream photos you want to keep to your iPhone before signing out of the existing account). -
How do I combine my Contacts across two email accounts into one?
Somehow my contacts got split randomly across two email accounts. One is IMAP and the other pop3. I am trying to consolidate all my contacts again under the pop3 email account. iCloud support could not understand how the mixing occurred, but I need to fix it now. Can anyone help?
Btw, I do use iCloud across my iPhone 5, iPad mini and MacBook Pro!

RobertContacts are not saved by type of account so your description is confusing. No matter if you have iCloud, Google, "On My Mac", Exchange, Yahoo and AOL contacts, Mail uses them equally.

There are two separate things you can do.
You can add up to three 'email aliases' - these are additional addresses (not accounts) which deliver into the same inbox as the main account. (In fact it's a good idea to give out alias addresses, rather than the main address, because if they attract spam you can easily change them.) (New aliases can only be @icloud.com ones; @me.com addresses cannot now be created.)
You should be aware before you start that once you've created an alias you cannot turn that address into a full iCloud account or move it to another account, and if it has @mac.com or @me.com versions these cannot be reinstated once deleted.

Or if you want a completely separate account you will have to create a new iCloud account and sign into it in System Preferences>Mail, Contacts and Calendars. Note that any one device can create only three iCloud accounts. -
I have two email accounts. Before the upgrade I was able to search them individually now it seems to search all emails by default. How can I search them separately.
I have the same issue - all inboxes merged into one.
My Gmail account provides a number of subfolders like sent, drafts, own folders - many can be selected, but not the inbox.
Another account type only provides the sent folder, this goes also for my iCloud account.

If the picture was in your photo stream you can sign into the iCloud account in Settings>iCloud and turn on photo stream to see/copy it. If it was only in the iCloud backup you can't restore just the picture; you have to restore the entire backup. Restoring a backup is all or nothing.

It sounds like you have set up iCloud on both of your Apple IDs. So, you do have two iCloud accounts. And since Apple IDs cannot be merged, they will remain separate and independent of one another. I would suggest that you decide which one you want to use and copy or save your documents to that iCloud account.
Purchases you have made via iTunes will remain with the Apple ID that they were purchased under. However, you can change the password on the ID you are going to mothball to be the same as the one you are going to actively use, and that way, when you are asked for a password to update an app, you won't have to be concerned with which Apple ID is displaying the password request.
Also, make sure that your computer is authorized for both Apple IDs so that iTunes purchases will be accessible regardless of which ID you have signed onto iTunes.

I have set up two email accounts on my iphone4, one with tiscali, my ISP, and the other on gmail. I am able to receive emails on both accounts, and can send emails from my gmail account, but am "Unable to Send Email" from my tiscali (talktalk) account. I get the error message "A copy has been placed in your Outbox. The sender address "name"@tiscali.co.uk was rejected by the server".

I have two email accounts associated with one iTunes account with two passwords, I guess it happened when i changed my internet service provider.
Could be, but i do have an old email account, whis is not used, changed carrriers. I have noticed that some songs have a cloud with a line through it. I try to play it and a dialog box from Itunes pops up: "THIS COMPUTER IS NOT AUTHORIZED TO PLAY "THE THINGS WE DO FOR LOVE(SOUND TRACK VERSION, would you like to authorize it? THe apple ID haxe my old email address " and an empty block asking for my password. Well all i know is when you start trying to authorze with an old ID or something of that nature, the account is block and you need to do a new setup again. And who knows what other problems that will cause,
I just want the songs (i think there are several songs) assosiated with this old account to move to my new account.
Any ideas?

If I have two email accounts, one personal hotmail account and one MS Exchange work account on my iPhone 4s, How can I setup individual notifications for each account? Fore example, if I get a work email, I want to hear a DING, DING....If I get a personal email, I want to hear a BEEP, BEEP. Right now, any email from any account has the same notification. I want work incoming email notification to be different than personal incoming notification. The only semi-workaround I've seen is just disable any notification for the Hotmail account, so only work emails would notify. But then I don't know when I get a personal email. Even the lowely Blackberry Torch 9800 has this feature..not iPhone 4s??

I am currently running two email accounts on my iPhone 4s.
Both accounts have email/contacts/calendar synced to the phone so I can have all contacts on the phone.
I now have to close one of these accounts due to work but I would like to keep all the contacts on the account I am closing, on the iPhone.
Does anyone know how to save these contacts to my phone so I dont lose any?

I have two email accounts on my MacBook Pro and iPhone that I have been using for a few years. My phone works perfectly for both accounts. Now one of my email accounts on the MacBook says the outgoing server is Offline? How can I fix that so that both accounts send and receive email. I have tried various things in settings but nothing seems to work.

Hi, I posted this on Azure forim with no luck maybe here is a better choise. When trying to connect a windows 8\8.1 client with a vpn connection for azure virtual network we get the fallowing error. "A certificate could not be found that can be used
