Shared Calendar Exchange 2010 SP3

Question

We have a medical firm with Exchange 2010 running. They want a scheduling calendar that can be edited by any of the scheduling coordinators and some doctors. But they also need to see it on their mobile ios and android devices. They have about 75 users that
would need at least read access to the calendar.
What is the "best practice" for setting up a group calendar like this and make it visible to mobile devices?

Hi,
If you want to view your own calendar on Mobile, you can enable ActiveSync on Exchange server. More details:
Enable Exchange ActiveSync

However, you can't view shared calendar when using ActiveSync, it doesn't support.
