Shared data plans not available when upgrading to iphone5

Last night I upgraded two 3G smartphone and a basic phone to iphone5's for all three of us.  Currently on shared unlimited data/text and 1400 min. shared voice.  The ordering process would not allow me to select the new tiered shared data plans.  It only made individual data plans available and these were combined with aspects of the old plan ($10/month access fee, 1400 shared minutes, etc.).  My chat with customer rep "Sunny" was inconclusive as he/she only stated that I couldn't order new phones and the new shared data plan all at once, but would have to order the phones and then switch the data plan after phones are activated (shipping 10/26).
Anybody else gone through this frustrating process?  Should I just wait until the iphone5's show up and try to switch plans then?  Or should I sit through the 30-45 minutes customer service hold time and try to resolve this now?

Ordering online usually doesn't allow for more than one change to the account at a time. You have to complete the upgrade in one step. Then once that is finalized in the account, then you can change to the Share Everything plans.
You might be able to complete both changes at same time if you ordered through customer service via phone.

    Please go to T code SE16--> Table RSDDAGGR
    Here AggrUID(STARTUID)  give not equal to blank, you will get list of all the cubes which has aggregates.
    If your cybe is in this list , you need to rollup the data to mae this available in reporting.You can rollupp the data by going into Manage of the cube.

  • Pivot on Query - Date Grouping not available

    With the current version of Power Query I've found that the Group feature for dates is not available when you select the Power Query query as the data source for the pivot table.
    It's an easy fix to load the query to a worksheet then pivot on the table.

  • HT201270 I connected the ipad to itunes...and the iphone...phone is OK..ipad isn't..I get a message saying I don't have a Data Plan..but when I try to rectify that..the message says I'm not connected to the server..help.

    I connected my ipad and iphone to itunes this morning and downloaded updates...the iphone is fine..but my ipad is giving me the message...you have not signed up for a data plan..but, when it asks me to sign up..the message says Safari can't open the page because it isn't connected to the server...Mail isn't working either...help.

    Try this:
    1. Turn off iPad. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button for a few seconds until the red slider appears, slide to turn off.
    2. Connect USB cable to computer
    3. Press and hold the Home button down and connect the docking end of cable to iPad
    4. Continue holding the Home button until you see the "Connect To iTune" screen
    5. Release the Home button
    6. Open iTune (make sure you have the newest version of iTune)
    7. You should see "iTunes has detected an iPad in recovery mode"
    8. Use iTune to restore iPad
    Note: You need to be patient and repeat the above many times to recover your iPad

    I have a simple crosstab, which will show,
    Country as a "row header"---only one country is available
    Department as a "column"
    No.Of employees in "Body" of cross tab.
    The table will how much percentage of employees are contributed under each department in one Country. Data is also coming correctly. But if there are no employees or there is no data the crosstab is not showing that row. it is displaying the records which is having data. But I need to show all the departments even there is no data. how can I do this?

    By default those two options will be selected. those will work on null values. But in my case there are no null values. I don't have any data for particular departments. eventhough I need to visualize the things by giving a default value, say '0'. for example, the following is the report I need
    DeptName | country
    Marketing | 10
    Finance | 0
    Production | 0
    packaging | 76
    (Here the numbers under country are the count of employees. this is a crosstab report).
    I am getting the following report
    DeptName | country
    Marketing | 10
    packaging | 76
    I want to show all departments even though the data is not available. Please help me.

           Well, the red devil ******* the pooch this time, the forums are lighting up with news from the 'leak'  about shared data plans. Again CS reps were ignorant of it all and made it all more confusing by not knowing anything about it although it was/is their employers fault for not 'training' them. But I have another theory, OK either Satan (the red one) wants us to know and is just probing us for feedback, OR there's a mole inside who wants us to have a timely 'heads up' to rally a response. Nah, evil is evil, greed is greed, corporate america has neither shame nor conscience so they just wanna know how mad we'll get when we see what they have in store for us. A little time to 'warm up' to the idea of being pillaged. You know, just get use to it and suck it up. That is the 'humane' way . . right ?  Better than an OUTRIGHT sucker punch. Nothing 'leaks' without someone in charge wanting it to leak.     lol.  If you say so.  Those supervisors are still clueless.  Call and ask the rep to talk to their supervisor and see if you can keep unlimited data if you pre-order the Galaxy SIII.  I bet you can call 10 times and get 10 different answers.  Problem is that Verizon tells their phone people absolutely nothing. 
    And no doubt that the whole thing is a money maker.  After running the numbers it looks like only those already with unlimited talk/text and mostly low data smartphone users will benefit.  The new 8GB Share Everything plan for 4 smartphone users and 8GB of data is about $40/month cheaper than the current unlimited talk/text plans with 4 smartphone users that have 2GB each.  Pretty much everyone else will only break even or actually pay more.

    You have to call the carrier so they can add the blackberry data plan.  Without that plan it will not work.

    I created a view that retrieves data from one table to select a row in the table and proceed to the second view but I get an error like this:

    I did check the mapping between my view and the componentcontroller

    There are several possiblities for this error.
    1) In your table, is there any field name starts with Number?
    2) Is your application 2 level process?( i mean two views? based on alv another alv)

    Was this a trace started on an already running task? Was the trace stopped before the task completed? Did the trace file reach its set size limit before the task compled?
    In all three cases above you would have cursors that were not closed and stats information not written to the trace file resulting in incomplete data for some SQL.

    Back up all data.

    From the folder that opens, remove any items that have the letters “PDF” in the name. You may be prompted for your login password. Then quit and relaunch Safari, and test.
    I've seen an unconfirmed report that the "Silverlight" web plugin distributed by Microsoft can also interfere with PDF display in Safari, so you might need to remove it as well, if applicable.
    If you still have the issue, repeat with this line:
    ~/Library/Internet Plug-ins
    If you don’t like the results of this procedure, restore the items from the backup you made before you started. Relaunch Safari again.

    I have a PSC 1315 printer I have been using for several years on a system with Windows XP without any problem.  After
    purchasing an HP Pavilion 500 with Windows 8.1 Pro, I migrated my printer to the new computer.  I was disallowed to use the
    original driver, and was directed to download the latest driver and software for this printer from an HP website.  At
    first, things seemed ok, until I ran across several issues, one of which is this one.
    Whenever I try printing a PDF file, Windows 8 does not let me see printer preferences.  My work around is to go into
    printer properties and save changes as default, then I can print PDF files.  What happened to the preferences window?  It
    appears I have lost functionality with the upgrade.
    Is this a known problem, and what's the solution?

    while trying to configure the 9i db on grid control I installed the statspack data while configuring it. But now when I try to see the historical data as part of the performace tab for the 9i db it complains as below
    Data Not Available. Statspack data is not available for this database instance. Make sure that Statspack is installed on the target instance.

    Hi kiran,
    The data is generated in the R/3 when the business transactions take place.
    No one loads the data into R/3 as it done with BW. R/3 is a OLTP(online transactional processing) system which aides the day to day transactions of a business & theese transactions are stored in the R/3 in there respective tables in the form of records, so one record is generated for each transaction done.
    For example there will be record generated in different modules when there is an order placed or when a material is delivered against an order.

    I try to help you. The OEM Grid Control in some times not discover the Oracle 9i databases and you must to add manually.
    First, check in your target machine that the user owner of agent software have rights of read and write in the ORACLE_HOME directories of Oracle 9i databases.
    Go to Grid Control Console
    Select Targets ---> Databases
    Press Add --> Select the host ebisdb2.oneshield.com and press continue
    The automatic discover process begin. When finished is very normal that nor discover the Oracle 9i databases. You press the Add manually button
    in the page that appear you must entry all the configuration information of database:
    ORACLE_HOME directory
    DBSNMP USER
    DBSNMP PASSWORD
    HOSTNAME
    PORT
    SID
    Check that the dbsnmp user in your database is unlock and press the TEST button to verify the connection work fine.
    After this many windows appear of configuration process, and you will put the sys password and host credentials.
