Shared distribution list CCMS_OnAlert_Email_V2 doesn't work

My name is Raul Aguilar. I'm working at GRUPOTEC which is a VAR SAP. As a VAR SAP we work with a huge number of customers.I'm using Solution Manager in he Stack 17.
The CCMS Alert Monitoring scenario is working and the authomatic email
notification to one person is working too, but now I need to send the
alert more than one person. SAP Note 176492 types that I have to create
a shared distribution list with the email addresses I want to send the
alert.

I'm using a copy of the method CCMS_OnAlert_Email_V2
(ZCCMS_OnAlert_Email_V2). SCOT transaction is configured at working
client (010) and also at client 000.
I use RECIPIENT-TYPEID "C" as mentioned at SAP Note and at the following

At the tab parameters:

Please, remember that if we use only an email address it works, but if
we try to use a distribution list it doesn't work.

I checked manually send message to distribution list and it works. This distribution list contains only internet address.

I have some 500 Distribution list created in Private distribution list of SO23 Tcode. I have to assign same distribution list fo some other number of user. So,is it possible to copy all the content from Private distribution list to Shared distribution list in SO23 . Then i can share this shared distribution list all other user .

Hi Juan,
I tried that but it is not showing the shared distribution list for moving.
I found 1 sap BC office document which stats that moving the distribution list form Private to public is not possible due to security reason.
So, no options for me and to create manual shared distribution list.

Update 10.5.7 "You cannot open Sharing preferences because it doesn't work"

After installing the 10.5.7 update, I can not access my sharing settings in System Preferences. It says "You cannot open Sharing preferences because it doesn't work on an Intel-based Mac."
Any Ideas?

Install the combo updater. Somehow, the Intel slice of the binary got stripped out on your machine (and/or the binary patching failed in a way that corrupted the relevant part of the Mach-O header). Don't ask me how that would happen, but apparently, it did.

You can't open Sharing preferences because it doesn't work on an Intel-based Mac.

Leave to list-processing doesn't work

I have a problem with LEAVE TO LIST-PROCESSING. I have developed a module pool (type M) and screen with the screen painter of type Normal. Now I want to go to the report from my screen with LEAVE TO LIST-PROCESSING, but it doesn't work. I am trying to do this when the button is pressed ( at my application status). The operation is performed but then the Init_screen_xxxx module is called again. Highly appreciate your help.

Yes U can do it.
We go from module pool program to report program and vice-versa.
1. From report to screen (transaction)
       Call transaction
      Leave to list-processing and return to screen
2. From screen to list (report)
         we can write a report program for fuction key available in the screen.
          for example.
    case sy-ucomm.
      when 'fctcode'.
       select .......... from tabl   into ..
    write:/.........,
endcase.
reward if useful.

Shared iCloud photostream link doesn't work

Dear friends
Could you please help me. I'm trying to share my photo in iPhoto using icloud photo stream. After I upload all photos I click on a link "Visit Site" and get an error "icloud can`t find this page"

Spoke to an Applecare rep but he explained it's too new for them to know what's going on.
While on the phone tried sharing older images, newer images, smaller images and got it to work off and on. Tried creating an album from iPhone that did not work either, the link was a dud.
There's really no rhime or reason to when it works, for the most part it doesn't work.
It appears that you can add to an existing album without any problem so if you were lucky enough to be able to create a few you can manipulate these.
Also would be curious to know if you can set the main thumbnail image, and manipulate the order of the photos?
I'm really missing the MobileMe Galleries, those were a wonderful way of sharing photos and videos!

Shared memory - free_instance method doesn't work

I am using shared memory to store data, set the data in a program and then read in an update task. My write and read both work, but I would like to "delete" the shared memory instance after the read in the update task. I am using the free_instance method - it works sometimes, but a very small percentage of the time. Here is the code I am using:
To write to shared memory:

    Set the root back into the Area
      lo_shared_area->set_root( lo_root ). "<- Note the 2 spaces before go_root (didn't work without!)
    Commit and detatch
      lo_shared_area->detach_commit( ).

If an UICommand element inside a UIData table does not invoke the method behind the action binding, then this generally means that the row object is out of the scope while the action event is getting to be fired. Test it by putting the managed bean in session scope and see if it will solve the problem. If so, and if you want to keep the managed bean in the request scope, then change/rearrange your data loading logic so that the data is available during at least the invocation phase of the JSF lifecycle. Or split the backing bean in two beans, one for strictly request-scoped data and another for strictly session-scoped data.

Scanner sharing in System Preferences doesn't work

I have an Epson AcuLaser CX11NF networked by ethernet with a couple of other devices and my Mac Pro, and a wireless LAN connected to BT Infinity for broadband access. The various MacBooks and remote desktop Macs rely on the wireless network for access to the Epson. Print access through printer sharing works fine, but I can't establish scanner sharing. In System Preferences > Sharing, Scanner Sharing is ticked, but no scanner appears in the window (I was expecting something analogous to the Printer Sharing pair, Printers: and Users:, but there is just one window). In System Preferences > Print & Fax, with the Epson and the Scan tab selected, if I tick the box for "Share this scanner on the network", it doesn't stay ticked. If I navigate to another preference pane and return, it is unticked.
Further evidence that something is failing to work properly comes from System Preferences > Security > Firewall > Advanced..., where File Sharing (AFP), Printer Sharing, and Web Sharing all show "Allow incoming connections" as they should, but Scanner Sharing doesn't appear.
NB: 10.6.8 on all OS X machines in question. We've got Lion on a MacBook Air, but we're not even trying this with the Epson yet.
What's going wrong?

No, it's located in a different room from the router; neither can be changed. It's not plugged directly into a Mac, but into an ethernet switch into which the Mac is also plugged.
Surely if I could plug it into the router, that would make it directly accessible to all devices on the wireless network. That's not the issue. Because I can't do that, I want to make it available through Scanner Sharing. This is what isn't working, although Printer Sharing of the same device in the same configuration is working.

[SOLVED]Wifi sharing over ethernet cable doesn't work Gnome 3.16.1

Hi I wanted to share my Wifi from my laptop to another Pc via ethernet cable. On Gnome versions older than 3.14, that was pretty simple. Now I tried this solution and this.
None works. I know my cable works as it worked perfectly on previously installed Arch Linux systems and I tested just now on my Windows 7 system. Just on my Gnome 3.16 system it doesn't.
Any solution for this ?

Someone who uses gnome MAY pop in, but really this is an issue with how gnome works (and when) so you may have to go to them (gnome's official support outlet) to get answers as to why its not working.... I do seem to remember seeing a post very similar to this with gnome, so maybe its some kind of bug right now? Perhaps check their bug reports?

The following example doesn't order a list the way I'd expect. Is this being done wrong? Sun Studio 12 (not update 1). Current patches as of Monday.

The program as you wrote it will sort the contents of the list. The list consists of the addresses of CMyClass objects, and after sorting, will contain those addresses in sorted order.
If you want to sort by the contents of the classes that are pointed to, you need to provide a comparison operator that compares the contents, and use the other form of the list::sort function that takes a comparison function as an argument. That is, add the function

The revised code will compile with the optional STLport library, or with other 3rd-party libraries like Apache stdcxx. Options-content- exceptions is NOT working. I put a website on exception list but doesn't work

I go to : Tools, options, content. it has on top: Load images automatically . it has a button: exceptions. I enter a web site there so it will NOT load images automatically- does NOT work.
OR I un-click the load images automatically which makes ALL websites not load images. I then go to exceptions and put a website so it WILL load images from that specific web site - does NOT work.
When I put the website in exceptions it goes/gets saved to the list of exceptions- but firefox ignores it and does not make an exception for that website. (Also mostly after sometime that I close firefox the list would get cleared by itself)

You need to make an exception for the server that stores the images. Some websites store their images on a separate server for load balancing or other reasons. You can check the images in Tools > Page Info > Media to see which sites you need to unlock.

1.4 change log enhancement listed but doesn't work on Pre (Call history)

Per the change log, the phone app history will now show the length of the call. When you tap on a photo in the call log, the call history does group multiple phone calls to the same person but it doesn't show the length of the call. Myself and many others are seeing this behavior over at Precentral.net.

Yeah, for some reason, the value is being reset to hide call duration but it happens at random intervals of luna restarts. The preferences are in the phone app (show call duration = on/off)
The previous patch had to be rewritten to enable it correctly.

File sharing while logged in doesn't work

I have been experiencing this problem for a few weeks now, but I don't know how it started. I used to be able to simply enable file sharing on my iMac, and while logged in on my MacBook, see all the volumes on my iMac. Lately, though, even while logged in to my networked iMac, my MacBook will only show the Drop Box and whatever drives I've explicitly enabled as 'shared folders'. In other words, despite being logged in, I am only given guest-level access. I suppose I can define all the volumes on my iMac as shared folders, but then I will have that ugly bar that says 'shared folder' along the top of every Finder window. I just want things back the way they were. What to do?

Serviio will do the trick. Also very easy to do. Download and install serviio console. In Serviio console select Library tab. Add path then choose the folder from your computer that you want to share. I checked all the items on the right side of the folder box. Save!
On your Xtreamer, go to media library then UPnP (make sure that UPnP is "on". Settings, Application, UPnP Media Server ON). Wait awhile then Serviio (your computer name) will appear. Select your computer then Video then Folders. That's it! The contents of your shared folder in your computer can now be streamed. Enjoy!

Iphone 4 contact list search doesn't work after upgrading to ios 7

After upgrading I can't find any of my contact list while searching, it's like I type for example 'A' and it's sais no match found
how can I fix it ?

File sharing lion and xtreamer doesn't work - asks every time for id

since I updated to lion, i can not share my files via smb and i have a xtreamer.
now xtreamer asks for id and password.
when go to connect with server and connect with server then i see on my tv the screen for loggin in. before lion i connected as guest, BUT I didn't HAVE TO put any details as id and pw?
can anybodey help me to solve this annoying problem?
