Shared mailbox shows emails and subfolders of the users mailbox in Outlook
After We migrated the Exchange from 2010 to 2013 any shared mailbox has been migrated is showing the inbox and all the subfolders from the user's mailbox in Outlook, instead of the shared mailbox content.
note: if we create new shared mailbox it works fine without any issue.
We have tried to removed full access permissions and re-added full access permissions, disabling AutoMapping and then added the shared mailbox manually in Outlook and that works fine but it is not a solution for us as we have 400+ shared mailbox and
we cannot do it for every user have access on each shared mailbox.
any ideas.

Hi,
Please check if this issue persists in Outlook online mode.
After you remove the full access permissions, the shared mailbox will disappear from Outlook automatically. When you add the full access permission then, the shared mailbox will appear again in Outlook. There is no need to add shared mailbox manually.
Please remove the full access permission and then re-add the full access permission. This time, you can make use of the AutoMapping feature to check if shared mailbox display properly.

There is a third-party program called Attachment Tamer that will do that for you. In the Terminal, you can type this:
defaults write com.apple.mail DisableInlineAttachmentViewing -bool yes
Also note that while Attachment Tamer does some things with the encoding that makes certain email clients display the item as an attachment, what shows up at the receiver's end is solely dependent on their email client and its settings. -

This is a user supported frum, so making threats really doesn't help, besides which it's not like any of us can really make a dent in Toshiba's bottom line despite how many people we think we can influence. Unless those people were standing in line to buy a Toshiba product cash in hand, and you pulled them out, it really doesn't add up for them.
At this point it would probably be better for you to use the 800 number. Have all your e-mails ready to forward, if needed, to whoever you end up talking to. Don;t let them off the hook. An hour on the phone is much better than weeks passing e-mails through a support site. Also contest the charge with your bank or credit card. -
I have tried a lot to find an app or some way in email to attach multiple of pdf files in one email. I could not find anything that sends multiple pdf file in one email and still keeping the file in simple pdf format for the recipient.
I am not aware of a way except for photos that allows you to select multiple files in an email. I even checked settings in the Adobe Reader app, and it does not show that ability.

I've changed my apple id email and password on the laptop and now when i go to my son's iphone which uses the same account for itunes it's still showing the old email address and won't accept either the new or the old password - help! he wanted to buy a film for a long car journey tomorrow and we're stuck! Its very simpul bro, all u have to do is to Go in Settings of iphone, go to store. U will find ur apple id their. Make it forget, re enter ur id and new Password. And u are all done, enjoy using App store

I would like to ask if there is a way to make Maill app show prefix and suffix in the address field.
This is, in my culture, very important, especially for formal situations. When I call someone such as professors, bosses, I should put prefix after their names to show my respect. In Microsoft Outlook, there is a field called 'Display as'.

Therefore, I can choose how the name will be shown in my messages. For example, Prof. Kim instead of Kim. However, as far as I know, there isn't such options in Mail app. Is there any way that I can modify the way of displaying names in the address field in Mail app?As far as I can determine, that is only how you see the email address, not how it is sent.
You can set up Prefixes and Suffixes in Contacts using the Add Field submenu of the Card menu:
If you use the Edit Template... command, you can choose to always have the Prefix and Suffix show on new cards.
However, I don't think Mail uses anything but First, Last for addressing emails.
You can override the behavior by manually with:

I have a Primary Mailbox and an Archive Mailbox -- I moved the Archive to Office 365.
I got the familiar "Your Admin has made a change ... You must restart Outlook ..."
Afterwards I get my primary mailbox "Inbox - <email address>" and "Archive <email address>" for the Archive mailbox, but the content is the Primary Mailbox
I have two copies of the Primary mailbox and No archive.
I create a new session to onmicrosoft.com then, "get-mailboxfolderstatisitcs -Identity
'[email protected]' -Archive | ft Identity, ItemsInFolder, FolderSize", I see names, counts, and sizes that are definitely my archive.
No License on Office 365 is checked -- I assumed the migration of the Archive would take care of that.

My issue is resolved after disabling of Outlook Anywhere on EX2007 servers.
I have to install new certificate & root certificate into all the clients & issue was resolved.
But my non-domain join clients like WinXp with SP3 with Office 2007/Office 2010 who connects from branches like Banglore, Hyderabad they are getting password prompt pop-up but its working fine for Win7 & Win8 clients.
For password prompt issue i ran this command on EX2010 cas server but still no luck;
Set-OutlookProvider EXPR -CertPrincipalName msstd:*.domain.com
But I found the solution for this;
by adding below 5 registry keys & uncheck of Proxy settings in Outlook settings resolved the password
promt issue.

I cannot send an email from my iPad 2? No problem receiving, why does this happen? Have tried the suggestions for setting up email and after doing the sync mail through iTunes receiving worked great but still cannot send? Any help would be great!
The fact that you can receive means you have a valid e mail address, and have established the connection to the incoming server, so all of that works. Since the send does not work, that means your outgoing server is rejecting whatever settings you used formthe outgoing set up. Try them again.
Google your particular isp, and ipad and many times you will find the exact settings needed for your isp. Or tell us here, and soneone else may be on the same isp. Some mail services need you to change a port, or have a unique name for the outgoing server.

With an Apple iCloud account, there is a preference setting with the account settings on the iPhone to archive messages - save deleted messages in your Archive folder.
I believe the same is available with a Gmail account. -

When I execute a report in background, I get spool. I need to convert the spool to xls format and email through attachment to the user.The xls file should not be saved on local system.
If I use the Spool Recepient tab in SM37 it mails the spool list as .txt file to the mail receipient. But I need to send it as an .xls file.

I have set up my airprint wifi printer which works perfectly with the HP eprint app. However, when i view an email and click on the top right arrow button and select "PRINT" on my ipad nothing happens????...
Also, when im viewing websites and i find something i wish to print, same again, if i simply click on the print option at the top right of the screen nothing happens... the only way I can print is if i copy the weblink of the site page then click on my HP eprint app and paste the web link, then select print, it prints off fine.. but its it such a pain to keep copying and pasting links or screen dumping emails just to print...Just to recap, this is a collection of ports I have collected over time for people who needed this information when setting up the HP ePrint app so that they could view their email from within the app. I am certain other applications also need this information. Although lengthy, I could not find a more comprehensive place to retrieve this information. Feel free to post additional information, faulty information, or other related topics below as this is simply a collection of data and it would be practically impossible to test all of them. Then there's nothing you can do. Only the previous owner can help you. They must either provide the ID and password, or erase the phone and remove it from their account as explained in the article you were reading. There's no way around this.

I'm having a difficulty with countin files in a Regular folder and subfolders of the folder. I've tried to use SI_ANCESTOR in a query; however, it gives me innacurate results.
I used this hierarchy to create the code below, and it works to count all the files:

As you can see, the code is too complicated, and what if folder C has subFolder?
I'm guessin maybe recursion would be one way to got, but I'm not really good with it, so I was wondering if anyone has any idea on how to go about doing it.

Sorry, there is nothing you can do until the device is removed from the sellers Apple ID.

Your purchases are permanently tied to the Apple ID (account) used to purchase them. They can't be moved to another account and you can merge accounts. You can start making new purchases with your iCloud ID if you want, but you will end up with two sets of purchases under two different IDs, adding further complication to your life.
Also, your @icloud email address is an alias of your existing @me address; emails sent to either address will be routed to the same inbox. You can decide which one you want to use as your default (as discussed here: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5441) but you can't separate them.
