I have a new 4GEE Extra plan which apparently gives me the use of calls and texts while abroad..... however i cant get any signal at all and all the networks under a manual scan can connect either. Anyone got any ideas?

    Hi ,
The extra plans will need Roaming set up before you leave the UK. This will require a credit check and can be subject to a deposit.

  • 4GEE Extra -Roaming

It's great that with a 4GEE Extra plan you can use your regular minutes and texts while travelling in many European countries. The only caveat seems to be that this doesn't extend to Voicemail. Why? Voicemail is particularly useful when travelling and yet we are being advised to turn it off altogether to save costs. This seems like a pure money spinner from EE as they know that most people would not want to turn of their voicemail and so will have to pay high rates to access it from abroad. If 4GEE Extra customers can dial from Europe to the UK without extra charges then why not to their voicemail as well. Could someone please explain?

Hi there,  I know EE has changed its T&Cs on global roaming plans from Feb 2015. Is there any way I can sign up to the old EE roaming plan so I can get india, china, USA etc included in the plan.  Thanks for your help!

  • Unlimited minutes after 9?

Do unlimited minutes after 9pm on weekdays include all networks or just verizon?

How does it work when the two parties are in different time zones?  Each phone will be charged based on the time zone it is in.
If it's 10PM in Chicago, and I call someone in Alaska, where it's 7PM, do those minutes count as nightime?  Your phone in Chicago will be free minutes; the phone in the 7 PM time zone will be charged airtime (based on their calling plan).
    Hope that makes sense.
Additionally, if you are calling a Verizon Wireless phone, the minutes would be free whenever the call was made as Verizon Wireless to Verizon Wireless is ALWAYS free.
If you are calling a landline, there wouldn't be any minutes.
If you are calling a different cellular carrier, well that has to do with the plan the other carrier is providing.
The ONLY thing that the caller needs to worry about is that their minutes will be free if they call after 9PM.

  • Is there anyway to increase the number of minutes to your plan without changing the rest of your plan?

Is there any way to increase the number of anytime minutes for your plan without changing the rest of your plan?

        CBaker13,
An important question. Most calling plans established by Verizon Wireless are designed to cover calling plan minutes as part of your calling plan rather than a separate feature. You can generally keep most other features if you change your calling plan if that is what you are concerned about.
Maybe I can provide a better answer with some details and make a recommendation to you. Could you advise us what calling plan you currently have? What specific concerns do you have regarding what features you might lose?

  • Extra Planning seen in MD04

    Hi
For few materials we see tha that the system is planning more qty than the demand.
For example if a customer order placed for 3 EA in a DC, once the MRP is run system is generating Pur requisitoin for 4EA.
The planning strategy used is 52 and the lot size used is MB.There is no safety stocks defined in the material master.
As suggested by SAP,the pre requisite for planning strategy 52 is to maintain lot size key as EX. I have changed the lot size to EX but still the system is planning more qty than the demand for the material.
Please help me understand the reason for the extra planning.
    Thanks
    Vithal

    Hi
    Thank you for the response.
There is no min and max lot size defined in the material master.
Also there is no assembly scrap defined in the material master.
There is no other requirment for the FG seen in the MD04, only one customer order for which a PR was generated.
Let me know if anything else has to be checked.
    Thanks
    Vithal

  • When using imessage, does it count against your minutes in your plan for texting or is it totally free?

when using imessage, dos it count against your minutes in your plan or is it totally free?

iMessage does not use call minutes or SMS message quota in your plan.  It does use data when when the phone is connected to cellular data.  When you use WiFi, it's completely free.

  • Is there any way to get rid of the audio message that I have unlimited minutes when I make a call? I want that 10 seconds of my life back :)

When I make a call I get an audio message that I have unlimited minutes and then dial the number. Is there any way to get rid of that message? Because I really want to get back those 10 seconds back, Ha, Ha, not!

Whoever thought this new search box GUI was a good idea was mistaken IMHO.
I've used the method shown above to return it to the old constant icon/text display with instantly available drop down of my alternative chosen search engines. All back to how it was in the previous version. Yay!
Displaying the chosen default search engine icon/text in the search box just seems a better and more sensible GUI feature to me than needing to hover over the box to show the same information (minus icon) . As for having to start entering search terms before the other search engine options become available - that is just plain ill conceived design.
The old design is more user friendly and should be the default setting but if some users want the new GUI for the search box why not include that under Tools > Options?

  • 4GEE Extra EU Roaming Turkey

I'm a little confused. Today, I called EE to confirm what roaming I have included in my contract and they confirmed that I had a 4GEE Extra contract that allowed for EU Roaming using my inclusive allowance. I then told them I am travelling to Turkey and they said that some areas in Turkey are not covered by EU Roaming so to double check the region I'm going to and also check that I'm connected to an EU network when I'm over there. I know Turkey have been in negotiations about entering the EU but I wasn't aware this had happened yet and also whether Turkey may share a network with an EU country or something?! I then found the address of our hotel so went on EE chat to confirm whether I would be able to use my EU Roaming and the Live Chat staff said I can use it in Turkey. I then told them what EE had said on the phone where they said 'yes that's right, not all of Turkey is covered'. So I then asked if they could help me find out how to check if my region was covered and they said I could find out from the Coverage Checker, so I thanked them an ended the chat. I then looked on the Coverage Checker and it was only for the UK, the EE website doesn't list Turkey as part of the EU inclusive roaming and I'm beginning to lose patience! I just want to be sure before getting a high bill. Can anyone shed any light? I am flying into Antalya and staying around Alanya, if it was just for a holiday I wouldn't mind, but I need to keep any eye on a few business things whilst I'm there.

    Hi,
    You have checked : http://explore.ee.co.uk/roaming
The 24 month roaming tariff T&C dont list Turkey http://ee.co.uk/content/dam/ee-help/e-gain.s3.amazonaws.com/external/content/EE/Price%20plans%20and%20costs/EE%20Pay%20monthly%2024%20month%20plans%20terms%20from%2011th%20Feb%202015.V1.pdf
Turkey is not in the EU but I am assuming that CS  mean when you are near the border your phone may connect to an EU carrier rather than a Turkish one. This happens in places like Cyprus but could happen on the coast with Greece/Bulgaria?
You should try and use WIFI as much as possible when abroad to save costs.

  • Subscription to Unlimited World, Unlimited Minutes

I have a subscription to Unlimited World with Unlimited minutes, but I am unable to make any international calls. I have a 12 month unlimited subscription that I activated on December 17th 2014 and expires December 17th 2015. I am trying to make calls to both mobile numbers and landlines in Kenya. I keep getting an error message stating I need to add credit, but this is a one year pre-paid subscription so I should not have to add credit, which was the point of getting this. Can someone tell me why this not working? Thanks.

The 'world unlimited' subscription is actually limited to specific countries and, unfortunately, they don't include Kenya.
There is a full listing of what is included at the bottom of this page: http://www.skype.com/en/offers/unlimited-world-calling/

I have a subscription with "worldwide unlimited minutes". But I can not call an Italy landline. It says "Buy Skype credit" and hangs up. Why?? Italy is included in my subsciption.

Great! I finally found how to cancel the subscription, but is a little tricky, and hard to find, anyway, hare is the solution I found to share with the most as possible:
In iTunes, go to account details, and there is a section to cancel automatic subscriptions!!!
