- The file sits on a shared server (SBS 2003) which is accessed over a network within the business.
- All of the computers connect to a work domain.
Did you see the "movalbe" cell if we save the Excel file onto local drive?
If yes, the problem is related to local Excel application or data file itself.
If no, there might be something wrong on Shared server or transition level.
By the way, if you enable the "Share Workbook" feature for this workbook and it would be edited among the many user in the same time. This would allow workbook merging and the wrong mirror cache might cause the problem. Let the user notice the
location of H800 before they saving for a while.

Removing the Delete Entry (Shift+F2) in SM58 through authorization object

Dear All,
Please guide me how to remove the delete entry (Shift+F2) from the following tcode SM58, SMQ1, LBWQ.
The above said tcode having the S_ADMI_FCD with NADM check.
I know to edit or copy the standard reports which is used to do the activity.
But I would like to implement this to the functional Users only to avoid deleting all the TRFC logs.
Please suggest ASAP.

I Appreciate your response.
Actually my issue was, once you execute the SM58 it will list all the TRFC logs with the criteria of all or mentioned users.
There you could find the delete icon and in the Edit menu --> Delete Entry (Shift+F2).
I want to disable this function for all the users except System Administrators.

Where is the Application Sharing defaulttrace.trc file located?

In a help document it says this:
a. Set the Application Sharing Server trace file (defaultTrace.trc) to severity info and try to start a new session.
but where is the Application Sharing file located? or it means the J2EE defaultTrace file?

Collaboration uses the logging mechanisms of the J2EE Engine. Therefore it is the defaultTrace.trc under .../usr/sap/<SID>/Jxx/j2ee/cluster/serverX/log/ .

Import creating extra entry in Location Data Tuple

Hi Experts,
I am using SAP MDM SP 04 in which I have a xml which has Plant level data and is imported in to Location Data Tuple.
On import I am using set Ruple update with all field as matching fields.
For New records - Create
For Existing records - Update Mapped
In few records I am getting an error with Two entries in Tuple,one valid and another with just one field filled in and others not populated.
Please help me resolve this, and also explain why is it happening?

Acrobat X windows shift location when a different, maximized app is opened

First, to clarify, when I say "maximize" I don't mean the new "full screen" feature in OS X Lion. I mean "maximizing" a window by using the Zoom key in OS X.
In OS X, I usually maximize my browser windows, but don't maximize my Acrobat windows. Also, I usually line up all windows, whether maximized or not, with the top of the screen.
However, every time I open a maximized app window (such as a browser window) when I already have Acrobat windows open, all of the Acrobat windows will shift their location automatically. Where they were lined up with the top of the screen before, now they will have moved a significant distance away from the top of the screen. It's always the same distance, too, for every window.
I'm not sure if this is caused by Lion, but I installed Acrobat X before upgrading to Lion, and I don't remember this happening in Snow Leopard.
Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

In OS X 10.6 and prior, Expose' and Spaces had a separate System Preference setting, along with hot corners. One of the options was to force apps to open in a new space.
That changed to become Mission Control with OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion. I haven't really used the feature in 10.8. I can't quickly find a useful Apple link, so I'll provide this 3rd-party 'Dummies book' link which might help you sort things out. Mouse and trackpad preferences also can be set to enable gestures that work in conjunction with Mission Control.

Creating a spreadsheet to graph locations around a circle

Hello,
Hope someone can help me with this.
I would like to create a spreadsheet that plots equally placed locations around a circle in degrees. For example a first mark could be at 0º or 360.º The second is 222,º third at 84º (222º + 222º - 360º), forth is at 306º (84º + 222º), fifth is at 168º etc. If a sum is greater than 360º degrees I would like to show the difference in my spreadsheet.

The formula given by Brie Fly should give you the correct result. Here are the results of =MOD(A1,360) for 0 and the first 10 repeated additions of 222 (degrees):

Shared Calendar entries won't share

I have a shared calendar with my husband through iCloud, set as my default calendar. But if I make an entry from my iPhone 5 the event will not share with the other devices. If my husband makes an entry from his iPhone 4s, or if I make an entry from my iPad Mini or from my iCloud account on my PC, the events get shared with all devices, incuding my iPhone. Ony events made from my phone won't share. This used to work, I'm not sure when the problem started. My thought is the problem lies with the iPhone 5 or ios6. Is anyone else having this issue? Very frustrating!

I'm not sure if it is helpful or not, but I recently had a similar situation happening on my computer. I was receiving events that I made on my iphone, ipad, and work computer onto my home computer, but when I was creating events on my computer, they weren't showing up on any of the other devices.
I'm embarassed to say that in my case it was because I didn't actually have my iCloud account set up correctly. The exact same calendars were created on my mac - so they looked identical, but they weren't actually my iCloud calendars... they were duplicates.
You can open your calendar app, click the top left "Calendars" button. You'll get your list of calendars. Be sure that above the list of Calendars in the gray space it says "iCloud." If it doesn't, you may have had the same issue I had, but on your phone.
Regardless if your problem is the same as mine, since all of your info is on iCloud - the best thing to do is turn off your iCloud calendar on your phone and then turn it back on. It will take a little time for all the events to repopulate.
1 - Open your Settings App
2 - Click on iCloud and be sure the "Calendars" is on. (a good test here is to turn it off and be sure your events disapear on the calendar on your phone. Then come back and turn it back on)
3 - back under Settings again, click on "Mail, Contacts, Calendars"
4 - You should have an "iCloud" account in there (if you don't - Add account)
5 - Scoll down this screen to the "Calendars" section
6 - Verify that the "Default Calendar" is one of your iCloud calendars. (You may have iCloud turned on correctly, but you may be putting your new events on the wrong calendar)

Reset File Sharing authentication entries

On a OSX.6 client I have connected to a OSX.6 server.
The client remembers name and password I have used to mount the volume.
I want to delete these entries in order to begin the connection with another user/password.
I have deleted the entry in Key Chain Access, but still a new connection does not ask me a new authorization.
What files/prefs else do I need to delete?

HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS:
(1) click on Finder and then "go to folder", type in /var/db/dslocal/nodes
(2) then do a get info on the "Default" folder and allow EVERYONE read+write access
(3) do the same for the the following two folders, CONFIG and SHAREPOINTS
(4) do a get info on the Public.plist file, and allow EVERYONE read+write access
(5) rename the Public.plist to "username's Public Folder.plist"
(6) open this file in a text editor (I used SubEthaEdit), and change every instance where it just says "Public" to "username's Public Folder"
(7) save the file, and change the permissions of that file and all of the folders above back to "no access" for the EVERYONE group
Close and Restart File Sharing in System Preferences .... and you're done!
It'll still say the folder being shared is "Public" inside of System Preferences, but when users connect, it'll say "username's Public Folder"

Sharing audio between remote locations

I'm working on some tracks for a client that lives several hundred miles away. I'm looking for a way to work on a song in one location and share the screen AND the audio with a person that is somewhere else. Screen sharing alone works fine in iChat or Skype but I can't figure out how to port the audio from Logic directly into the chat, so the person on the other end can hear a decent mix.
Suggestions?

I think you can output Logic into iChat with an app like SoundFlower http://www.macupdate.com/info.php/id/14067/soundflower ...... But I would just bounce the mix down then share the mp3 thru iTunes and ichat.

Outlook not Displaying all Sharepoint 2007 Shared Calendar entries

Hello all, we have an issue that I've been working on for a while with no success.
One Sharepoint List (Calendar) with approval workflow, connected to Outlook. Two users with the same privileges to the list. Both users see all "approved" items when viewing the list via IE. One user can see ALL (approved and pending) items via
Outlook, the other only seems to be able to view SOME approved items (not all approved items) via Outlook.
So, my questions:
1. Any idea why outlook is displaying ALL items to User 1, when the list view in IE only shows approved items?
2. Why can User 2 only view some of the approved items via outlook? Rather than all items like user 1? (At the very least you'd expect User 2 to at least see all approved items.
Anyone seen this before? I give up...

I have seen a lot of weirdness with MOSS 2007 calendars syncing to Outlook, but as far as fixes, its normally not too bad. for this particular issue, you might just want to remove the calendars from their outlook and re-add them.
However, normally the most common issue is that outlook will allow users to create calendar entries that are invalid in SP. i.e. the SP calendar has a required field, but Outlook does not allow users to edit that field as its custom (or outlook lets
you keep the title empty which also causes weirdness in syncs).
I would look and see what columns are required on the list, then export the list to excel and look for any items which have empty required fields. Either, update those items, or delete them from the calendar, then resync to Outlook and it should be
good.
There may be something different, but this is the most common thing I see on these issues, let me know if it helps or not.

Shared Reviews Multiple Network Locations

Hi,
I started using the Shared Review process in Acrobat X and the workflow is great, but when I want to send a different PDF (i.e. a whole entirely separate project) out for a shared review to different reviewers, it seems the XML folder is still being created in the first network folder I chose. I would like to have some Shared Reviews in folder "A" and some in folder "B", but I haven't been able to do that successfully. Is it possible?

When you create the new review, are you entering a "different" network path in the Shared Review wizard, or using the same profile which got created during the creation of first review? If you enter a new network folder path, the new review will use that folder path to create XML files.

Content mysteriously shifts locations in preview! Help!

Hi there. I've been having this rather anoyying issue with shapes and such in Muse. I don't really know how to explain it, so here are some screenshots.
Here's what I see in the design window. Everything is lined up the way I want it to be.
Here's what I get when preview the site. It's the same wether previewing within' Muse, in a browser, etc.
I've read plenty of discussions where problems like this have been solved by checking for text boxes and such outside of the site area, and I've tried that.
This also happens with other content, but it's always with shapes made within Muse. I can't tell if it's just specific shapes that are shifting, or if the entire site with the exception of the text is moving around.
I can fix this by moving the shape down to compensate for the upward movement, but it really screws up what I'm working on.
Any help would be GREATLY appreaciated.

New shared calendar entries are delayed

When one user creates a new appointment in a shared calendar, it does not show up on another users calendar for a long period of time. This is an intermittent problem, as the next time it will show up immediately. We are using local Outlook installations,
2010 or 2013. I remember reading something some time ago that there are some router settings that can cause delays with exchange online, but I can't find a reference to it now.

Have you tried with both users using OWA to see if the issue can be isolated to the Outlook client vs. the bandwidth?

How to edit an opened spreadsheet entry from LabVIEW

I would like to provide a GUI in LabVIEW for editing a spreadsheet (which uses custom addIns) which I open from LabVIEW. Is it possible? Any help or example is appreciated.
