Shared Tasks not visible to other User

Hello,
I am facing a problem that I have shared Tasks of User-A to User-B. But when I open shared Task at User-B MS Outlook it opens but no tasks of User-A are visbile.
For Testing
I Shared User-A shared tasks for myself with same permissions & are visible to me.
I Shared my Tasks for User-B & are visible to User-B.
I Shared User-B Tasks & are also visible to me.
I Created new Outlook profile for User-B, Upgraded Office Version from 2007-2010, Created new Windows login Profile, login him on some other PC but still User-B is unable to View User-A shared tasks.
I login User-B on OWA (Webmail) still User-B is unable to View User-A shared Tasks.
I have checked for User Mailbox permissions but found nothing.
Please help me to resolve this issue.

If User-A shared a calendar folder to User-B, could User-B open the shared calendar in his Outlook? or are those calendar items visiable in that time? 
If yes, please separately get the
Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity
[email protected]:\Calendar
& Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity
[email protected]:\Task
And then compare their permission to find the difference entry.
Or you may directly check the User-B's permission under User-A's folder:
Get-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity
[email protected]:\Task -User [email protected]
This might not the problem on User Mailbox permissions level but Mailbox folder permissions level. Thanks.

  • Initiator Task not visible to other users in the Group

    JDeveloper 11.1.1.6, WLS 10.3.6, BPM 11.1.1.6
    I have a Process and the swimlane containing the Initiator Task is assigned to a Group.
    All the users in the group are able to Initiate the Task.
    But when the Task is initiated, the Task is assigned to the User specifically, but not to the Group. I guess this is the default behavior.
    The Human Task Assignee - defaultPerformer for the Initiator Task is uneditable in the initiator.task file.
    What I was expecting is that, since the Initiator swimlane is assigned to the Group, All the users in the Group should be able to see the Tasks initiated by anyone in the Group.
    I want this behavior in the Initiator type of tasks specifically. (The normal Tasks other than Initiator tasks are working as expected.)
    The reason why we want this is, let us say after the task is created, and before it is submitted, there is a lot of work to be done, for example, data entry, should be done by many people in the Group.
    If all the users in the Group are able to see the Initiator Task, then it will help to share the responsibility of data entry among the users of the group.
    I tried Reassigning the task to Group, and it works, but we am looking for something automatically assigning to the Group when the Process is created. (We may not be using the Oracle BPM Workspace at all).
    Can anyone please tell us if there is a way to make the Initiator Task automatically assigned to the Group instead of just the user?

    Thanks for replying.
    I did the same and it was working for me even if the Type is Single.
    I just gave the Group name and all users were able to see the task. This is fine with me.
    I just observed one more thing.
    When the task is created, all the users in the Group are able to see it in 'Me & My Group'.
    But the data entered by the creator is not seen by other users.
    There is an action 'Save' in the Task. If the creator clicked on it, then the task is automatically 'Acquired' by the creator.
    Other users in the group are able to see the task and the saved data, but are not able to Submit.
    What I expected the Save button to do is only to Save the data in the Payload. Not Claim it.
    Is there a way to make the payload data only to save but not to claim the task?

  • Human Task: Claimed Group task not visible to others in group

    We've recently upgraded from SOA Suite 10.1.3 to SOA Suite 11.1.1.3.
    We're using the standard worklist application in both versions.
    In 10.x, if we assigned a Task to a Group, all members of the group would always see the task in the worklist application.
    If a group member claimed the task, the other group members would still see the task in the work list, and could see the task details (read-only) in the detail screen
    All group members could also see all group tasks, regardless of status/outcome (completed, withdrawn, refused, etc.) and regardless of the group member that completed the task, if they chose the filter "Any".
    In 11g, a group task that is claimed by another group member disappears from the worklist (on refresh), and users only see completed group tasks if they completed the task themselves.
    We did grant "View Task" to all roles for the *.task in JDeveloper ("Actions" Tab)
    and either "Read" or "Write" for all combinations in the "Content" Tab.
    Is this is a "feature" ?
    Is there some way to configure the old behaviour ?

    Can anyone put some thoughts on this.
    For normal report if I give u2018view instancesu2019 right over the folder for users, they can see instance ran by other user. However if I try to do the same thing with publication it doesnu2019t work this way.
    Only publisher or recipients can see the instance created in the folder ,for rest it shows a blank page saying u2018No items to displayu2019 . I tried to add other users in u2018administratoru2019 group and with that access also they could not see instance there for publication. Is this the expected behavior of publication. If so we might have to look for another approach to meet the requirement.

  • Data Uploads done with one User Id not visible to other users in SPM

    Hi,
    Data uploads were successfully carried out by one of the SPM users. However, other users (with different user id) are not able to see anything in the Data Upload Summary screen.
    Is there a restriction on the visibility of Data Upload Summary for data uploads carried out with one User id to other users in SPM? A similar behaviour is observed for other screens within the Data upload workbench.
    Incase this is not the expected behaviour, it would be great if you could please provide pointers to possible reasons for this.
    Just for your information, all users have been granted same privileges in the SPM application.

    No this is not the expected behavior. We have seen this issue for other customers in the past but the reason has always turned out to be role related.
    Can you ensure that the required SPM roles are assigned to the user who do not see the DM data both in ABAP as well as portal.

    I have created a new subarea (having few services) and assigned it to a Benefits and payments Area.
    Now the issue is its only displaying to Administrator Role not for other users.
    if iam giving SAP_ALL  to other user then we are able to see this.

    to the role assigned to the user, you need to select end user visible in the role.

  • Public Foler Calendar Categories not Visible to Other User

    My company uses calendars within the public folders for staff to be able to check their schedule.
    When I add an event to one of those calendars, and change the category colour, I can see it, but none of the other users accessing the calendars can see them. It shows any text changes I've made, but no category. If those users open up the event, the category

    There is no feature in Exchange server to manage calendar view in Outlook. Based on my research, it seems a known issue that Outlook does not recognize or coexist with color category in the public calendar folders since Outlook 2007.
    If you want to see the same colored categories on all of your computers, you must create the same categories and colors on every computer. The following article is about share color categories for Outlook 2010:

    If you are talking about pricing condition control through authorizations in sales transaction VA01, VA02 etc. - please check SAP Note 105621: Suppressing display of Sales Order Conditions.I would suggest that you search for this auth object and note and work accordingly) and it shall enable you to restrict display to specific conditon type (for example VPRS: cost).
    For this you need to know the pricing procedure and step number relevant to your sales order. Please seek guidance from functional consultant on it.
    Secondly as you want to restrict access on geography you have to use org level controls as applicable along with the above auth object.

    Since I started working with Message Beta my account visibility for other users is offline.
    With 'the old'  iChat my online status was visible to other users.
    With Message however non of my chatfriends can see that i'm online even if my status shows online and visible in Message.
    The only thing other friends see is that i'm offline!

    If you have multiple accounts/Buddy lists go to the Messages Menu > Preferences > General Section and use the item to unlink the Buddy Lists
    Now check each one and also the setting to make them all the same.
    If that does not work try Deleting the Account and then re-adding it/them

  • Services for object box not visible for some users

    Dear All,
    PM module experts please help. In equipment master transaction IE02  in left hand top corner we get  box for SERVICES FOR OBJECT which is useful for attaching external documents like word and excel. but problem  is it is  not visible for some users.  Our security/authorisation team has also done some check but didn't get any solution.
    anybody knows the reason why there is no box availabe?

    Due to an error in the coding, it was possible to link a Word document to a Document in IE01. Because the data cannot be saved in transaction IE01, the linked document is lost after leaving the transaction.

    one of our users defined in Active Directory is unable to log into the portal. We have Kerberos authentication.
    I've checked this user is also not visible in portal user administration. The rest of the users are visible and are able to log in.
    Any ideas what could be the cause?
    Maybe some settings/attributes for this user on the Active Directory side could be the cause?

    Hi,
       Could you please check and confirm if the user,group path are the same for the
    particular user on AD as that referred to by the portal. If not he would not be on the portal and
      then there would not be kerberos too in place for him.

    I am not a developer, so pardon me if I misunderstood this question. I thought screens and other repository objects are client independent. That means the change should be evident in all clients without a need to transport.
    Is this to do with security by any chance ( though it seems unlikely )? Can the other users see the change in the original client in which the request was made? That should help you determine whether the problem lies with the transport or outside. Also you can check the contents of the transport in SE01 and see if it holds the kind of data that you are expecting it to. I am guessing you have already generated the screen after saving the changes.

    Some updates and clarifications:
    1. I already have my 2.4 channel fixed.
    2. Wireless network name is 8 alphanumeric characters; no spaces
    3. Already using WPA2 security with a 10 alphanumeric key (again, no spaces)
    4. I am running Airport Utility 6.0, Mac OS version 10.7.4
    I should also say that these problems started happening less than a month ago...prior to that all devices where working normally.
    An added update: My two e-readers (nook ST and Kindle 3) are also refusing to connect...perhaps confirming that I have 2.4 GHz issues?

    I shared a HP C3180 (Printer+Scanner) on a server running SnowLeopard. While I can still scan from other SL-machines via the preview application, the scanner is not visible from machines running Lion. Printing from Lion is no problem, but it just does not show up as a scanner in the networked devices list of preview and image capture applications. Any idea?

    Having very similar problem and have not solved it yet. Got some diagnostic info, though.
    I downloaded the Bonjour Browser on the Lion Mac. IT can see the scanner service being offered by the Snow Leopard Mac. But the System Perferences - Print & Scan cannot (although it see the printer part of the all-in-one just fine; it works, too). Neither can Image Capture.
    For what it is worth, downloaded latest all-in-one driver from the vendor. Vendor says it is for Lion. Doesn't seem to make a difference. Sigh ...
