Sharepoint 2013 - OWA sometimes doesn't open the review frame

Hello,
I have an issue with the feature review file of Office Web Apps, this is an sometimes issue because sometimes it's able to open the review frame to review the PDF file but sometimes it doesn't as below
Could anyone help me on this issue? thank in advance

Hi Binh,
By default PDFs are not previewed in OWA in document libraries, you will need to do some additional configuration. Wictor Wilen has written an excellent blog covering this subject.

When i click on the search result link *.eml, the browser open for the email file, i can only view the content of the EML file, but actually i want to see the full info of it like using an email client application outlook express including From:,To:,Date:,Subject:,ect.
How can i click on the search result link to open an email client application to view the result?

I'm unable to expand stories in Facebook when I click on 'see more'at the end of the story.I click but it doesn't open the rest of the story.Why?

In Facebook, stories that are to long for display in current window are followed by the 'see more' tab.When I click see more in Firefox It doesn't open the remainder of the story,However It does work when I use this feature in IE,Must be a Firefox issue,How can I fix this problem I would rather use Firefox as my Internet Browser.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
*Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
*Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Try this ...
Open a Finder window then from the menu bar click Go > Go to Folder
Type or copy paste the following:
/Library/Internet Plug-Ins
Click Go.
If you see the: AdobePDFViewer plugin (or anything Adobe related) in the Internet Plug-Ins folder, move it to the trash.
Restart your Mac and try opening a PDF file.

If I use open from Photoshop it opens the file. If I drag and drop into photoshop(and there is nothing open in photoshop) is opens.

I'm running Flex Builder Professional on Windows XP

I've heard this can be caused in IE when the pop-up blocker is enabled. Disable it so pop-ups are allowed, and the Flex Start Page may load.

The lack of details in your post makes it really tough to figure out what you are talking about. What do you mean by iBooks doesn't open the books? You do realize that you have to actually buy the book to read it. When you tap on a book in the iBooks store, it does open to a description of the book. That is how it is supposed to work.
