SharePoint Picture Libraries How to Remove Folder

Dear MS Partner Support,
I can't seem to delete this folder from this picture library any help would be appreciated...please see attachment below:

You can modify the "All Pictures" view by setting it's style to "Basic Table", then add the "Name (linked to document with edit menu) field. Then you get the context menu to delete the folder. Alternatively, you can create a new view with these settings.

the folderOpenIcon is a style so you have to set it with the
setStyle method
try:
tree.setStyle("folderOpenIcon",null);

How to remove picture in Desktop Pictures Folder

I'm fairly new to my iMac...I've had it less than a year. Somehow (don't ask me how!) I've managed to get a couple of personal pics under the" Desktop Pictures" folder that is found when you right click on the desktop and select "Change Desktop Background". When it opens there are several folders under "Apple" one of which is "Desktop Pictures". The ones in question are pictures I'd previously used as my desktop background, but I do this all the time and none of the others have ended up stuck in this folder. I don't know how I did it, but I did and I can't seem to remove them. It's not a life or death situation and I can live with it, but to be frank they are pictures of an "ex" and I'd prefer to remove them if possible. Please advise. I think the warning is very clear.
What warning? Where do you say that this plan you suggest will lose at least some, and possibly a whole lot of metadata, plus the original files of edited photos. This is significant dataloss. And you should warn people that this is the case.
While your metadata and originals may not be important to you, that is not necessarily the case for other users.

This is nonsense. The iPhoto Library has no need of "cleaning" and certainly not in any way that trashes a whole lot of data.
I'm very impressed that you assess the application based on the sound of the name. It's not a common way to review applications, but I'm sure it has some merit.
FWIW it has been recommended on this - and other - sites for many years and has proven safe and effective.

1) Find the templates :

Depends on whatr you mean
Deleting from your phone does not delete from anywhere else
HOWEVER deleting from your Photo stream does delete from the Photostream so anyone looking at the PS from any device will no longer see the photo
But if your Mac iPhoto is set to automatically impor tphotos form PS or is you have manually imported photos from PS then onc ethey are imported they are on your Mac and change to PS will not affect them

The direct "copy and paste" from the post did not work: I had to retype it :
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/Frameworks/LaunchSe rvices.framework/Versions/A/Support/lsregister -kill -r -domain local -domain system -domain user
but then it worked like a charm!

And btw: I turned on the "-v" option for the lsregister to see, what was going on, and saw plenty of error messages (error -10811); so I repeated the command with "sudo". After that I still saw five iPhotos. Repeating as regular user finally got rid of the redundant iPhoto entries. It looks like registering as super user may be causing this trouble.

To make the rider stand out, I create a mask around the rider and then blur the background with Gaussian Blur. This results in a noticeable blur around the outside of the selection. I have tried using Feathering as well as other Refine Edge Tools. The only thing that works is to go around the edge with the Clone Tool. This is time consuming and not totally successful. So, my two big questions are: (1) Is there a better (simpler) way to avoid the aura? and (2) If not, is there a way to remove the aura that is simpler??

Not sure exactly what you mean by your, "finder folder."
However, in your Finder's preferences, under Sidebar, do you have Music and Pictures checked off?

Um... that does not contain "duplicates".
It's just a view that shows you everything that's in your other albums and events in one place...

I did post a question but for some reason it didn't post. What I typed was removed for some reason. So I'm trying again. I'll keep trying until it posts. I had installed a 3rd party sound editor program which added a sound device to the list with Mic and line in. It's also in the output list. All I need to do is remove the device and then AU will allow me to select line in as an input device. Right now AU is confused by the extra device and wont let me select an input device. AU is a developer app. But that's not the problem. The problem is removing the device from the list of sound devices.
If someone knows where this device might be and how to remove it, please let me know.
