Sharing perfectly. Five minutes later, not sharing any more.

Question

I have two computers – both XP Pro – Network Magic installed and running on each – AVG 2012 firewall on each – I have a wireless router, Linksys 4200 v 2 but the computers are linked not wirelessly, they are wired together at the router – Cisco Connect was used to “hook up” the wireless router. Running Network Magic version -5.5..9195.0-Pure0
Here’s the problem: I **am sharing** a folder perfectly. I am sitting at my computer 4, sharing a folder which is on computer 3. Everything is fine. Perfect.
Computer 3 is unattended. No one is at that keyboard.
Two minutes, later, still seated at computer 4, I can’t share the folder any more.
Who knows why is this happening?

For this case, try to verify if File Sharing is enabled on your antivirus software. If not, you can add Purenetworks or Network Magic on the exclusion list on your firewall or antivirus software. If that won't work still, you can try to uninstall and re-install the software.
