    Hello,
    Thanks for reply..
    Let me explain the process we are following
    I have two operations in an order.
    Operation 1) Control Key M111(Internally Processed) - One component attached for this operation ( its a not stock item)
    PR, PO and GR has been done and no issues in that.
    Operation 2) Control key M222( Externally Processed) -
    a) One Service attached with this operation which i want to delete from the order.
      b) One Component also attached ( non stock item) and PR , PO, GR has been done for same.
    For point a : Service is present in PR but not released therefore no PO , GR is done.
    Now when i try to delete this serive from the operation then system does not allow me to do so. Also i want to delete from PR too and again i was not able to delete from it.
    Please let me know how this can be possible.

  • Confirmation of Prodcution Order Operation in RR

    Hi experts,
    Can we make the confirmation of the QC operation in Production Order mandatory and/or a warning message  while doing the RR of the inspection lot in std SAP? (For 03 ins type)
    Changing the control key option to 2  "Confirmation required"  does not seem to work.
    Any user exits ?

    Hi,
    First u have to create inspection point field combination in IMG,otherwise u can use standard inspection point.Assign tht in routing header.then go to operation overview screen,if u assign this in routing header,automatically in operation overview screen u will get QM-inspection point tap.its  standard,no need of customizing.

  • Custom exit or badi for changing the user fields in operation of process order

    Hi all
        I want to find a exit or badi to set default value to the user fields in operation of process order when COR1.
        I have tried exit 'PPCO0001', but this exit is call after commit work, so I can not change any thing
        I also tried to use badi 'workorder_update', 'before_update', but all parameters in this BADI are importing, can't be changed, I've tried to change it and then program dump.
        Do you have any solution for this question?

    Hello Experts,
    Here is scenario that i need help :

    Parent Item: A0001 ( Price of A0001 is $10)
    Components  : A0002,A0003   ( Price of A0002 is $0 and Price of A0003 is $10)
    When we create a prodcution order for A0001 with a quantity 1000 and close , i noticed that in the summary tab of Prodcution Order and noticed that Actual component cost : $10,000 and Actual cost : $0 and Total Variance : $10,000.
    Due to this there is variance in Prodcution Clearing Account. Could you please help me a right approach on how to enter correct cost for Production BOM.

  • Creating Prodcution order using workflows

    Hi all,
    Iam new to workflows. I have been reading the documents on Workflows on SDN and few  other sites.
    I want to know whether we can create a production order using Workflows. If so, How we need to
    pass necessary data like Material, Plant, Order type, Quantity and Basic Start date/ Basic finish date to
    the Workflows? I have idea about Business objects, Events,Step types and  overview of the workflow
    terminology and pracitced few examples on workflows. Can anybody help me  please?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Manjula.S

    I dont know about standard existing workflows available for your requirement as mentioned in one of the posts here. so you better check the availale standard first and then decide if you want to build a customised one
    and wat i told you is wat u need to do if you go for a customising one................ first of all identify what abap you are going to write to create your prodcution order. either its BAPI or BDC whatever.......maybe you create your own function module for doing that stuff...............then you extend the busines object of the prod order , then you add another method in it and call your function module in this method.........
    ok now you create activity step in your workflow that you have already made with all the start events and things like that.........this activity step will have a task that calls this new method of yours..... .
    you need to know some basic fundamentals of workflow for doing all this and if its your first time then it wil take some time.......

  • Scheduling issue for splitted operations in process order

    Hello All,
    I am facing problem after scheduling splitted operation in process order. The scenario is as follows.
    In process order there are 5 operations. 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50. Out of the above operations 30 is splitted and two different resources are assigned to it. Control key assigned to splitted operation (30) is also scheduling relevant. Now the flow of operations will be as below.
    1. Operation 10
    2. Operation 20
    3. Operation 30 - Operations is splitted (Resource used is A), qty to be produced - 10 kg.
    a. Operation 32 - Quantity of operation 32 is changed to 5 kg. Resource used is B.
    b. Operation 34 - Quantity of operation 34 is changed to 5 kg. Resource used is C.
    4. Operation 40
    5. Operation 50
    Relationship exists between opearion 10-20, 20-30, 40-50 and between 30,32, 34 with 40. But there is no relationship exists between splitted operations 32 and 34 with any of the previous operations for eg. 10 & 20.
    Issue is after scheduling all operations relationship remains maintained between operations 32, 34, 40 & 50. As operation 30 is splitted to two different operations equally total time for scheduling gets reduced but after scheduling of all operations all previous operations before operations 30 does not get resceduled? Scheduling type maintained for order is Backward Scheduling.
    Please check this and guide me how all operations before operation 30 can be rescheduled as per changed timing of operations 32 and 34.
    Best Regards.

    Hi,
    I hope u r doing in this way:
    In the capacity header screen enter individual capacity as 2. then click on Got( on top of same screen) and go to individual capacites. Enter the names of two individual capacities, for example 1 and 2. These are the names of two work centres where u r splitting ur operation.
    Double Click on operation 0030 and go to tab 'splitting' . Tick on ' required splitting' and enter maximum no. of splits as 2.Then go to capacity requirements assignment tab. enter the individual capacity as 1 and 2 and enter the splitted quanitites.Save and reschedule .
    Check and revert.

  • BOM selection in Prodcution Order

    Hi
    Need help
    I have alternarnate routings ( group counter 1 and 2)  and BOMs (alternate 1 and 2)
    for e.g. I have assigned Alternatte BOM 1 to routing GC1 and Alternate BOM 2 to Routing GC2 using component allocation in routings.
    But when I create prodcution Order and select the Routing GC 2 also system is picking BOM 1 buy default..why its happening..
    Could you pl share your thoughts on this nad help me?
    Rewards points will be given immediatly
    BR

    Hi SAM
    BOM explosion during MRP is based on the lot size or validity date. *Differentiate BOM from to lot size for both the BOM's.* Ex for BOM 1 from qty may be 0 - to qty 500, for BOM 2 from may be 501- to 9999999.
    Then the system will select automatically the required BOM1 or BOM 2 based on the lot size.
    If you maintain Both the lot size same. The systme will automatically select the first valid BOM.
    As you said Routing also selected based on the lot size.
    Otherwise as senthil said used PV scenario.
    Hope this is clear.

  • Left-shift operator used on byte values

    Hello,
    I'm reviewing some problems, and I need some help. I have a program that has some code like the following:
    byte y = 10; // 00001010 in binary
    byte result = (byte) (y << 1);
    System.out.println("result: " + result); // 20.  Ok.
    result = (byte) (y << 7);
    System.out.println("result: " + result); // 0.  Ok.
    result = (byte) (y << 8);
    System.out.println("result: " + result); // 0. Why???
    // I was expecting a shift of 0 bits because the
    // right-hand operand is equal to the number of
    // bits for the size of the result type--in this case
    // 8 bits for a byte.
    // 8 % 8 = 0 number of bits for the shift.
    result = (byte) (y << 6);
    System.out.println("result: " + result); // -128.  Ok.
    result = (byte) (y << 10);
    System.out.println("result: " + result); // 0.  Why???
    // Shouldn't it be 2 bits for the shift?
    // That is, 10 % 8 = 2.
    // I was expecting 40 as the the answer for this one.I understand that for binary operations that the operands will be promoted to at least int types before execution occurs, but I still don't see how it would make a difference for the left-shift operator. Any help and clarification on this will be appreciated. It would be helpful to see the binary representation of the the "result" variable for the ones that I'm asking about. Thanks in advance.

    result = (byte) (y << 8);
    System.out.println("result: " + result); // 0. Why???
    // I was expecting a shift of 0 bits because the
    // right-hand operand is equal to the number of
    // bits for the size of the result type--in this case
    // 8 bits for a byte.the result of (y << 8) is an int, not a byte. the byte "y" is promoted to int for the bit shift. so the int result of the bit shift is 00000000 00000000 00001010 00000000. when you cast that back to byte, the 24 leftmost bits get lopped off, and you're left with zero.

  • To Control status of the operations of maintenance orders individually

    Hi,
    To Control status of the operations of maintenance orders individually
    Anyone know how to control individually the operation status of maintenance orders?, see the image below?
    Exsample: I need complete (TECO) only the operation 0010
    Thanks,
    Adilson Delfino

    Adilson Delfino
    The system-statuses cannot be set manually by the user (like you can with user-statuses).
    You need to process a function to make these statuses change, e.g. releasing the order header, TECOing and order or dispatching operations. Alternatively you can develop a solution that may be able to change these statuses (see above post).
    I don't think you will be able to set the TECO status on individual operations.
    Have you considered user-statuses on the operations?
