Shift report error in transaction SHR1

Hi Experts,
In transaction SHR1(CREATE SHIFT REPORT) , when i enter the work center, system throws the below error" Not possible to create shift report for work center VMC"
Reasons: work center doesn't exist in system.
2) no shift report has been entered in work center.
3) you don't have authorization to create shift report for this work center( authorization object C_COCF_SRA bzw. C_COCF_SRH).
i have maintained the shift in work center.
any help in this regard

Hi,
This is authorization issue. Take Basis consultant help, go to t code SU21, Under PP Class/Object , check C_COCF_SRA and C_COCF_SRH authorization object .

i created shift report type and assigned to Resource and the same resource used in Master Recipe.
i can create Shift note using SHN1 but when i am creating Shift Report (SHR1) i am getting error --
Not possible to create shift report for work center

I've implemnented shift report (SHR1) based on work centre.Shift note, confirmations, list of goods movement is coming in shift report but
I'm not able to generate list of notifications created with T-code IW21 in shift report?
Also i'm not able to get customer own data and graphical views.
Please provide your valuable inputs.

Assume LOG_PP_SRN_CONF business functionality is enabled. and use transaction SFP to check the layout" PDF and try SHR4 transaction for list shift report.

ADhoc query : reporting error

Hi Experts
I am getting an error with Adhoc query.
When ever i open a report in the transaction code S_PH0_48000513,the query is not allowing me to open the report.
Any help in this regard wud be appreciated.

Please be sure that you are using right <b>Work Area</b> and <b>User Group</b>.select the query and double click on the infoset name. I hope it will work.

Vista got corrupt after power failure. sfc reports error and Event log service is unable to start itself.

Hi,
After a sudden power failure, I guess vista file system is corrupt.   I am able to start vista in normal mode, but it seems there are errors like Event Log service unable to start itself, when I start IE, it closes automatically ,
Norton antivirus does not start itself. and so on.
After Bing search, I went to safe mode and executed sfc /scannow and it reported error as below.
"Windows resource protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them"
Unfortunately I am unable to upload log file, so I am pasting CBS.log content here....   Please advice.
Some parts of logs are removed due to limit of 60000 characters.
Please advice.

We have recently upgraded our ESB environment to 10.1.3.4 MLR #6. and I get this error when I try to deploy ESB web services into ESB container.

Have you made sure that the DefaultSystem (in the ESB console) has the correct hostname, and port. I can't remember but it may get updated in the upgrade.
Also there is a sql script that needs to be run for the esb schema, has this been run?
Is it just new esb processes, or do existing esb get this error?

The report get a Error report error: ORA-1403: no data found. If I copy the printet sql String in a new Report Region with SQL String, the Report is OK. When I write IF(true) instead of IF( Condition) the Report is OK, too.
I try ist with Varibalen V(name) and with :name. Its always the same problem. I cant use IF-THEN-Else Conditions in a Script.
Please help me and say me what is the problem???

Hi Simona,
In the sql region below the region source see that you have " Use Generic Column Names (parse query at runtime only)" check and not " Use Query-Specific Column Names and Validate Query".
This error you usually get when you have a mismatch in your report heading.

How to create a z-tcode for a report in FSI3 transaction

i want to create a z tcode for a report in FSI3 transaction, i have copied the program of the report and created a tcode in se93, but some more tabs are getting displayed in selection screen when im executing my Z Tcode, and report is not getting executed. kindly help.

Hi,
follow these steps:
1. enter into transaction SE43 and change any Z area menu (we won't save it anyway)
2. choose to add a new entry
3. in the popup, choose to add a new report
4. select "Drilldown"
5. the application class depends on the area from you are trying to define/launch drilldown reports. In case of transaction FSI3, the appropriate application class is "FBR FI:FIS - Balance sheet, balance sheet key figures
6. then choose the suitable report type. This corresponds to the nodes that you'll see in transaction FSI3
7. finally choose a report, and optionally a variant.
8. you'll return to the screen "Transaction code for reports" (same as in step 4)
9. expand the button to display further options
10. optionally, specify a custom transaction code and/or description
11. accept all popups. This will create the transaction
12. finally, exit and don't save the area menu

I am trying to write a query to calculate aging report at line level. The user needs a query which calculates the aging value at at line level because the ra_customer_trx_lines_all has attribute1 populated with a value from (A,B,C,D).I need get the aging value for each group(attribute).

Also I dint yet add the as of date parameter.I suppose the tables have to change in that case.Can any one help me with that tooo.
The above query kinda generated the value I was looking for.But when I ran the query for just a few more lines included.The query took forever to run.
Can you please help me on this ASAP.

You can run the Transaction Register report for specific Transaction reason/ a range and see the related material transactions.

Hi all
I've got a error msg when try to generate a report using Cisco history report tool:
Error | An Exceptional Error occurred. Application exiting. Check the log file for error 5022
It only happens when choose report template: ICD_Contact_Service_Queue_Activity_by_CSQ_en_us.
User tried samething on other PC, it working fine.
only on user' own PC and only choose this report, error appears.
user runing windows 7 and do not have crystal report installed
tried reinstalled the software, doesn't work.
also tried this: (https://cisco-support.hosted.jivesoftware.com/thread/2041254) - doesn't work
then tried https://supportforums.cisco.com/docs/DOC-6209 - doesn't work

I have completely uninstalled the HRC, and download from server install again -- still doesn't work with exactly same error.
this matter only happens on this PC, when user try same thing on other PC, it works.
so i think it not relate to server or account.

Passing selection screen values to the next report using CALL TRANSACTION

I have 2 reports. In the first report i have the 3 input fields in the first report, how do i pass the values to the next report which is transaction: ZKKBC_PKO_2.
I want to display in the next report the selections that the user previously selected.
First report:
SELECTION-SCREEN BEGIN OF BLOCK b1 WITH FRAME TITLE text-001.
PARAMETERS: COMP     LIKE AFRU-WERKS OBLIGATORY MODIF ID s1.

Using SUBMIT
First Report

Then says

The oracle application express environment is created by installing the HTTP Server on the windows server and the application express 3.2.1 components on the 11.1.0.7 oracle database on UNIX. The installation is successfully and have not seen any issues during the installation. After completing all the steps, when tried to login and click the application builder or workspace components, I see the error message
report error:ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character to number.
This error message is seen on most of the pages when trying to accessed and not able to understand the reasons behind it. Its a brand new environment setup and not even presented to developers to test it.
Below error message is always seen when trying to access most of the components like application builder, schema comparison and some other tabs. Please advice

I think its better you use APEX 4.x version ratherthan using old version.
You will get more features and some bug fixes and also it's easy for you to get some help when you need.

We face the above error in HTMLDB (APEX) application Ver 3.1.0. This occurs when we try to display more number of rows/records in drop-down list (LOV in tabular forms). We are able to display 200 records in LOV. When the list of records exceeds 230, we face the below error
report error:ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
the values listed in LOV are from tables (one of the columns in table)
Could anyone give us a solution?

As you are using a tabular form, you could actually do the following:
1 - In the tabular form column's attributes, set the following:
Display as: Select List (query based on LOV)
Display extra values: Yes
List of values definition: SELECT null d, null r FROM DUAL
2 - Add a new page item and set it to generate your select list
3 - Create an HTML region with no template and use the following for its source:

(Change "f05" and "P1_MGR" as appropriate to your column and your new page item respectively)
Now, when you load the page, the select list contains a null entry plus the entry already on the database. The javascript kicks in automatically, loops through every entry in the "f05" column, copies the existing value, replaces the select list with the new page item version and sets its value to the copied value.
Your new page item could be in a DIV tag that has a style of "display:none" to hide it from view.
