Ship-to address line item issue in ISA

We're facing a problem regarding ship-to addresses when placing orders in the B2C scenario of the ISA with a CRM backend. When an order is placed, the ship-to address is correctly populated in the header of the order. However, in the line items, this does not reflect. Instead, the ship-to value is the partner's standard address (the address used for bill-to and sold-to).
This occurs intermittently, and is inconsistent across the same partner, delivery address and line items: most of the time the correct behaviour will occur with a given combination, but from time to time the problem manifests with that same combination.
I realise this is a vague description, but would appreciate it if someone could suggest a direction of enquiry, or has any ideas. We are struggling to determine what could be causing these identical inputs to have divergent effects.

I have seen a similar problem in CRM ISA 4.0 on an early SP. It was however rectified in further patch releases. Please check in SAP OSS for updates.

    in tag column put "=" ... so it will cont with the prev line...
    in case u r using smartforms ... keep all the values in single text element ...
    is there any problem in putting them in single column ?

    We  are trying to ADD line items in an RFx , when i click on ADD button in the Line items TAB ,the timer just revolves and nothing happens , no line item gets added , It's  a  Very  peculiar issue since it's an standard SAP  Functionality .
    I've  checked net weaver logs  and every possible corner  in the system , but  unfortunately nothing  worked

    Dear All,
    When I post a MIRO having more than one line item, I am not able to find a material in the Material field in BSEG table for my MIRO Accounting document.
    Note that I am using 4.7 version & for tax item entry's since the material is not captured in the std. BSEG table I am unable to get how much is the Sales/Service tax Payed against each item/Material.
    Kindly suggest Is this anything to do with my SAP version??
    or Is there anyway to make my material appear in the std. BSEG table??

    dear all,
    I was done one ME22N, GR and Down payment validation BADI : ZMMGL_BI_POVALID. In that i raise some error messages based on the line item level. Error everything is getting fine.
    But problem is suppose  line item 2 having error, the error message is coming on pop up menu,but error traffic symbol is showing always last line item. How we will solve these issue.. Kindly give one valid solution for this.

    Here's my take on how to fix:
    *Manually change Config TCode OMT4 - change message MM 326 & 327 to type "W"   (if open order exists...now you can enter through warning messages)
    *If inventory exists, then issue out of stock to a cost center
    *Change valuation class
    *Put stock back into inventory (reverse to that same cost center)  Note issue out and reverse back into inventory must happen in the same posting period.
    **Valuation class should be changed as expected
    **Manually change config  TCode OMT4 - change message MM 326 & 327 back to type "E"

    PO # - Purchasing order Number from EKBE  -source field is EBELN

    While creating a posting document (Payroll posting) for FI, the maximum number of line item allowed is 999 where as I have 1464 line items. I am creating only one document based on Company code and it is giving me the following error, which is because of number of line item;
    Acct determination not defined for trans. HRA 1002  in chart of accts AGCA
    Message no. F5113
    Diagnosis
    An automatic posting cannot be created because the account determination for transaction HRA with keys 1002  is not defined in chart of accounts AGCA.
    System Response
    The document cannot be posted.
    Procedure
    Depending on the type of processing, you can hold the document and post it later. If this is not possible and the error cannot be eliminated straightaway in customizing, you must leave processing and enter the document later.

    You have tried to delete a sales document item that is assigned to a project but this is not possible.
    Procedure
    Please enter a reason for rejection in the item.
    In general if you would like it to be possible to delete items that have been assigned to a project, but which still do not have a WBS element, go to Customizing -->  'Define variable messages' and change the message category to blank.

    I hope you are doing Batch Determination for the materials @ sales order level.
    But in Std.SAP there is no restriction as per your requirement. You can check for some user exits in Sale order  to restrict the delivery creation for line items if a Batch doesn't exist in the sale order item level.

    1.I'm not sure that the interval can be like that, cause in standard it will increased as the define interval.
    2.The mandatory field is the same with standar transaction like when u process ME21N and ME22N.

  • Line item issue

    Hi,
    I used a custom program.it displays the sales order details.we can change/view the details.If I have more Line items it populating more than one page.After scroll down if i select any cell and enter on it, it is comming to begining of the page. It is not staying at the place where I clicked(double click or Enter).
    Is there any way to stay the cursor at the same place after enter or double click also.
    Please any one can reply for this.

    thanks this makes it more visible to me. But I stil have a concern. If I switch off the query for BIA than the access to the cube would take longer, right? but the overlall OLAP processing time should be the same in comparison to the BIA usage.
    For us we will have large scaled cubes with line items, so only your proposal would work.
    What about the announced option that with one BIA rev. only partly data can be uploaded to BIA, like last year data only.
    Is this option available and would this reduce the SID access as well?
    Lets say I go for a very "worse" option, switch off lineitem cube flag. would this help, or will I earn long runtimes during the cube's load with SID conversion or any other impact.

    How to achieve the same way as in FB01(6 items or so)..

    Can you try and use 'CALCULATE_TAX_FROM_NET_AMOUNT' instead of the one you are using and see if you are getting 6 entries?
    In this the tax lines come as an internal table. This is the same FM that SAP uses to derive the tax lines within the standard transaction. Please let me know if this was helpful.

  • Ship to party at line item using BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI

    I am using BAPI_BUSPROCESSND_CREATEMULTI to create a sales order in CRM. The sales order is successfully generated in CRM.
    I am inputting Sold to party, Ship to part, bill to and payer at header level. I am also inputting different ship to party for each line item.
    But when i create the order, i observe that every line item is having the same ship to party that i provide for order header. i.e ship to party at header is being copied to each line item...but i dont want that to happen..i want to give a different ship to party at each line item.
    I used the crm_order_read report to find out how partner table is filled and incorporated the same in my code....
    still i am unable to populate different ship to party at line item level
    here is my code...i had been trying to figure this out since 3 weeks and i am unable to find out why i am unable to put different ship to party for each line ite m.....
    some one please help me if they encountered this earlier...

    I know how to trace the Ship to party at line item. When i create an order manually on CRM then the table CRMD_PARTNER has the required entries and the Ship to party at line item is getting populated correctly. Also if i open the order in CRMD_ORDER the ship pto party are being populated correctly at line item..
    But if i am trying to replicate this programatcally using the BAPI, i see that the ship to at header is being copied to each line item and this is not what is expected.
    If i go and check in the CRMD_PARTNER the data is not filled
    correctly as I dont have any ship to party at line item
    So finally I even tried to insert the data manually in the CRMD_PARTNER table using an
    INSERT statement and even that doesnt work...
