Ship to Canada from US in iphoto '09?

How to change shipping country from US to Canada in iphoto '09. There's no option to change shipping country in advanced preferences. And in order window, US is the only drop down option. According to help menu, I should be able to ship to Canada from the US. Anyone?

Items can only be shipped to the same country as that of the billing address of the credit card used to order the item regardless of the iPhoto version being used.

    Have you set the Print Products Store to Canada in the iPhoto Preferences > Advanced Panel? 
    This determines the address format.
    And your billing address and shipping address must be in the same country, as defined for your AppleID and credit card.

    Just wondering if Apple ships the books to Canada? I have ordered several before and shipped to a US address. No problem. When I wanted some shipped to Canada, they billed my card but I didn't see the books. No luck getting a response from anyone. Gave up in frustration and quit using their service.     I have ordered submitted roughly 15 orders for books through Apple and had them delivered succesfully to my address in Vancouver. I always order express now, so the package can be tracked and it arrives in 3-5 days total.
    Only once did the order not arrive - when I sent it "regular" I called them , they credited my account and I had the book resent express.

    Your billing address,  and the Credit Card used with your AppleID have to be valid in Canada, if the shipping address is in Canada.
    To order from the Canadian Store set the "Advanced > Print Products Store" preferences in iPhoto like this:

    Usual cause: printing at the wrong aspect ratio for the image - trying to print 5 x 3 in the shape of a 6 x 4 for instance.

    Anything Downloaded with a Particular Apple ID is tied to that Apple ID and Cannot be Merged or Transferred to a Different Apple ID.
