Ship to party search help address not display

Hi,
Using 'Edit internal address' We added one plant address, and the address no also generated. plant having several address.
But when we creating shopping cart, trying to select the ship to address from the search help, address not displaying in the list.
even we tried adding this address in the attributes as delivary address also .but the address not displaying in ship to party search help.
If any one faced this problem let us know how to proceed.

it is strange .
whatever you have defaulted ship to adress has to come.
did you maintain at position level and make ensure that you have really inherited.
FM bbp_read_attributes
for your user execute and make ensure that you have inheited ship to address
when you create ship to address . did you check this box Ship-to Address in Use Address as:

Vendor Help is not Displaying in the Front end Screen

Hi,
Iam Working in SRM 5.0, Extended Classic Scenario.
I have Replicated all the Vendors & Materials from ECC to SRM. While Iam trying to create SC, if i select the Preferred Vendor Search Help iam getting the vendor Pop Up Screen in that i have all the vendors which got replicated from the ECC to SRM. If i select a vendor which is related to the same Purchasing Org. its not coming into my Input box, but an error msg is displaying saying that.. "No vendor assigned" & "No vendors/contracts/info records exist". Can any one help me in this, its very urgent.

Search help does not work when view context is mapped to comp context

Hello,
I am trying to display search help for an input field of a view. The context to which the input field is bound is a node with an attribute. I have specified Dictionary Search help for the attribute. Now when I execute the application, I am able to get the search help in the screen.
But, I need to map this view context node to its comp controller context. When I do the mapping, the search help does not appear when executed.
It would be a great help if someone can point out an answer to this.

Hi Maya
Follow these steps:
1.Delete the context node/attribute which is bound to search help from the View.
2.Now Save metadata.
3.Perform Context mapping again .In the Edit Context Mapping window drag the node/attribute FROM RIGHT PANE TO LEFT PANE and select the entry.
4.Delete the Input Field from the view.
5.Save again
6.Close NWDS and reopen it.
7.Create input field again and bind it to the context element.
Hope this solves the problem.

Ship-to party vs. delivery address

Dear All,
We have the following conditions
sold-to party - Italy
ship-to party - UK (distribution)
We should deliver our FGs into UK, but they (UK) requested us to deliver the goods directly to end users into Austria.
What shall we do with SO? Shall we change the ship-to party to a new one (and create a new ship to party)?
In the future if they request us to deliver directly to end users, what sall we do? Shall we create hundreds of ship-to parties?
What is your opinion?
(if we use only UK ship-to party, the delivery address will be wrong in such cases [incoterms is CPT Budaors, but we organize the whole transportation process])

hi,
go to transaction code XD01 and create a New customer number by taking ship-to-party as a account group and assign the required incoterms , payment terms .
go to transaction code XD02 and enter the account group and customer number for which you want to assign this ship-to-party , then go to sales area tab , partners function and assign the number so that when ever a sales order is raised for this customer you will get the multiple ship-to-parties
or if you want to change delivery address only for one sales order then you can change it when you are raising the sales order.
when you are raising a sales order go to goto partners tab and select the ship-to-party and double click on it and change the address ,

Formatted Search icon is not displaying for the UDF

I have fifteen UDF's in the Marketing document and I have applied formatted search on each of the fifteen.
But for one paticular UDF formatted search icon is not displaying even though the formatted search is active on the field but it is working fine for other field of same kind in same scenario.
Please help me.

Search help is not triggering second time in interactive form

Hi,
I have online interactive form in WDABAP. And I have few search helps in the form, If i click on any search help it is opening and I can select the value and the same is populated to the field. But if i click it again search help is not opening.
Only one time it is triggering and also after I clicked one serach help, other search helps also dont work.
Can some one guide me? Is it something to do with scripting or any other configuration?
Now Im using ALD7.1 and Reader version is 8.1.0.
did any one faced this problem? Really appreciate if some one can help me on this.

Hi
I dont think that a field can be disabled and allows to choose data using f4 simultaneously. you can enable the field and allow the user to select whatever he/she wants.
Then in any action like on press of save or submit button which the user will trigger after entering the values, get the value entered by the user in that perticular field and fire a query on the table/view, which you have used as selection method of your search help, it help is coming from data element then look for check table in domain. if sy-subrc comes 0 than go ahead else give error that value selected is modified.

I have already written a test program which display all the values in proper structure format. But I wanna do the same in the search help. It has to display the output in the structure format.

hello,
you could write additional report based on ALV tree. So you would have the stucture which you want to have and on value request call your custom program. i doubt that there is FM or class which could generate search help tree. So basically you have to write your own logic. Or you could use GuiXt tool. Example and tutorial.

Click on following Menu;
Help > Settings > Under F1 Help Tab > Select Radio button in modal dialog box (R/3) and click on "Enter" button just after selecting it w/o clicking anywhere else.

1. Create the order and than change the required fields with this bapi, BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE
2. Get the customer infos and add a new partner roles 'WE' with the same kunnr and than give the infos to the partneraddresses, i solved with this way and working very good for me. maybe some needs the solution

Ship to party and Delivery address Different?

The requirement is that the Ship to party address be different than the delivery address.
Options i have thought about is
1) Maintain the ref address in TEXT.
2) Maintain a separate partner function.
Please give suggestions as to how can we maintain 2 different addresses for the same ship to party?
The user wants to have both addresses on the document.
The TEXT option is not acceptable by the user.
Please help.

Search Help in Webdynpro displays specific text in German language

We have created a custom search help which is being displayed using a custom Webdynpro application. We found that for this search help, although all other texts are displayed in English, a specific text ( 'Show filter criteria' ) is being displayed in German. Also, the same problem exists for search helps used in certain standard Webdynpro applications as well ( eg. WDT_FLIGHTLIST, TEST_DDIC ). Is there any SAP note to address this issue?
