Shipment IDOC stuck in status 03, having segments 86,255

Hi experts,
We have a small issue in the idoc being sent to partner.
An outbound idoc is stuck in status 03 , the idoc is from a shipment and has
448 deliveries in it. The idoc is with the 86,255 number of segments.
Idoc details:
Basic type SHPMNT05
Extension
Message type SHPMNT
The idoc is having all the deliveries of the shipments in the segments
E1EDL20.
Do we have any specific limits for : 1) Max Number of segments an idoc can
hold.
Please let me know. How we can over come this problem and send the idoc
successfully to partner.

Hi,
Process with program RBDMOIND to bring the idoc from status 03 to 12, and check the SM58 also.
1. Status 03 indicates "idoc ready to pass to port".
2. Status 12 indicates " Dispatch ok" means data transfered through port.

Hi,
Check with the packet size you have mentioned in the outbound parameters.. May be by increasing the packet size it may accommodate more records in one idoc..
or
Otherwise there may be a possibility that it may accommodate only 65535 segments.

Urgent:Idoc stuck with status 03 in TRFC

My Idoc is in status 03, but it is not reached to destination.
I guess It is stuck in Rfc layer or in some QUEUE.
There was quality system refresh last week here with Production system.
Pelase suggest what seetings need to be changed and where.
in SM58 it give the following error
'RFC address XXXXXXX doesn't exist'
(where XXXXXXX i m not mentioning here for Client security reasons)
is there any program to clear these layers?

whnevr ur idoc is in status 03 just run the transaction BD75.
the status will be converted to 12 and datawill be passed.

Idocs stuck in workflow at status 51

Hi all,
There are lot of Idocs stuck in status 51 in workflow. Work flow error message reads as "Document OvershipCl does not exist". Can someone explain what does this mean and how do we clear these items.

Hi Santosh
You could also use transaction BD87 for further analysis and processing. This is more interactive. Please select the IDOC and on the left screen the the status record with entry 51 will have the details as to why the IDOC failed. Please correct as required in order that the IDOC will get processed.

I know the tcode WE30. I am searching for the a single point document explaining each segment fields in details. Any sites or link to bring me to this document/specification.

EDI / IDoc : While posting inbound IDocs, IDocs gets into status 56

EDI / IDoc : While posting inbound IDocs, IDocs gets into status 56 with message "EDI: Sender port in control record is invalid".
But if I reprocess the same idoc without doing any changes using RBDINPUT and select radio button to processs idocs for status 56, then it gets successfully posted.
So not getting why this stucks for the first time.

Syntax error in IDoc (too many repetitions of a segment)

Hi,
I tried to load master data from R/3 into BW system. The load is not ending and the IDoc error message is displaying,
The error message is " EDI: Syntax error in IDoc (too many repetitions of a segment) with status 26" .
I tried to analise the issue and checked in the Idoc List Outbox of BW system. I found Red status message with number 26 stating " Error during Syntax check of IDoc (Outbound) and the message type is RSRQST.
Could any one help me out in solving this problem. Reply to the message if any more information needed.

I'm getting the same error. I think it is because I have a InfoPackage selection routine, that selects more than 1000 select conditions. I guess it is a parameter that needs to be changed somewhere. Any help on this one?

IDOCS stuck

Hi All,
I have infopackage running in BWP side which fetch data from R/3 side via IDOCS.
In BWP System the infopackage is stuck for hrs, usually get over incouple of minutes. Its an IDOCS issue.
1) In RSMO i am trying to refresh but not a single PSA is proceeding.
2) I dont have access to Tcode BD87 in R/3 side so cant check stuck IDOCS in that system.
3) From BWP i choose the PSA and went to Transact.RFC -> in the source system, but here i dont find any LUWs stuck, as here no stuck text status are in red,it says Transactional Recorded.
I am not able to find any other feasible option, can anyone have some other soloution to this issue.
All suggestion are welcomed.

Check the RFC connection between BWP and R/3.
From R/3 side check the IDOC status and also check t-rfc qeuue..

How To Process Inbound Shipment IDOC of IS-OIL ?

We are on 4.7E IS-OIL. We have one requirement thru which we are getting the Shipment IDOC from SCM system which is coming to R/3. The IDOC Message Type Which is Flowing From SCM To R/3 is OILSH1 & Basic Type is OILSHI01.
I want to Know how to Process this IDOC as InBound IDOC in R/3 & create the Shipment Doucment from it in R/3.
What is the Process Code & Function Module I should use.
Kindly give me the Step By Step Settings if Possible. like Partner Profile etc.

IDOC STATUS - 51 " IDOC HAS TEST STATUS"

I am trying to simulate store orders using WVFB transaction. Idoc is getting generated , but with the staus : 51 " IDOC HAS TEST STATUS". In WPER its not showing any erros. Idoc is - ORDERS05.
Pls let me know, from where its getting test flag.

The IDOC is getting the status 51 saying that an error has occurred assigning the data in the segment.
This segment is a MANDATORY segment.

Mapping shipment idoc with XI internal structure.

we are sending shipment idoc to PI system, there mapping is required like
for each Matnr of EIEDT43 , we need to map with EIEDL24-ARKTX with XI data type structure
where material number and Item description field is at same level but in idoc it is not.

If i try to make out some sence out of your post ..it would be like you have an idoc to file scenario ,where you are trying to map a particular IDoc field under subsegments and for each occurance of the segment you need to create a field in target.
you can handle this easily if you try understanding context handeling in mapping.

Only first IDOC stucked with 64 in BD87

Hello Experts ,
scheduled a batchjob for processing the
IDoc's , Issue is when i check in BD87 only the first IDOC is gtting stucked with status 64 and rest all are in 53 .
Note :
- No lock entry created for idoc in Sm12
- Processing mode in we20 is "Trigerby background program"
Could any one help me to find the issue .

i am using Function Module IDOC_INBOUND_ASYNCHRONOUS to post inventory records.
its posting the data sucsessfully but it does not return IDOC number and status.
i can see the status and number in WE02 but please tell me how can i get that in my program.

Hi friend,
       U can get the status and number of IDOC in WE05 and WE07.
       Once u get the number of IDOC got to table EDIDC(Control Rec table),
       EDID4(Data Rec table) and EDIDS(status Rec table) to get the information
       related to status and content of idoc.
       Directly, u can specify it in ur program as Tables:EDIDC,EDID4,EDIDS
       and get the info according to ur idoc number.

IDoc created with status 03 checked via we02, but couldnt find in XI

Could you please do me a favor? implement a idoc to idoc issue. it has been created successfully .
as It is found that the idoc created with status of 03 -
data dispatched to port ok (rather than 12 dispatch ok). however, I couldn't find it via SXMB_MONI on XI, there must be something wrong . coudl you please give me a hint ?

hi,
you need to check transaction SM58 (remove the user from it) and F8
it might be the reason that you didn't create a port in IDX1 on XI/PI
but you will see that in SM58
