Hi All,
I have a problem-in customizing is definated that
this type of sales order takes shipping cond ''06''.
But its not taking-its taking the standard as has ''sold to party''.
By rule it should take directly ''06''.
where i should check more?
NB:I already checked VOV8 and IMG ande everywhere its in
place.
Thanks and regards
William

dear william
system alwasy gives the priority to master data
when your sold to party customer have --standard , it will pick as standard only
do u have different ship to party or same sold to as ship to?
and also check the Tcode: OVL2 settings
rewards if it helps

  • Different shipping condition getting copied

    Hi Gurus,
Flow1: SO - Delivery - Billing docuement: The Shipping condition entered at the SO is 'Air' and it same across delivery and billing document
Flow2: STO - Replenish Cross Company Delivery - InterCompany billing: The shipping condition enter at the STO is 'Air' and the same got copied to the delivery but some how changed to 'Liner' at Billing document
Is it a Standard SAP behavious? If not, How do we correct this Flow2 so that shipping condition should be same across the documents
    Kindly let me know
    Best Regards
    Yash

    Dear Yash,
for Flow-2, check the Ship cond for Sales doc type-STO in VOV8.
he rule for determining the shipping condition in sales document  will follow the below sequence:
Manual entry will have the highest preference
Shipping point from the sales document
    Shipping point from customer master.

    Dear Shobana
Go to VTFL, select the combination of your billing type / delivery type and select "Item" tab on your left screen.  Now select the item category and click on blue lens on top left.
Here see what is maintained for the field "Pricing Type".  Please maintain "B" if this is not maintained and retry.

  • Start conditions not copied when copying the standard WF

    Hi
I have to copy the standard WF WS10400002 into a custom one having same start conditions
but only with an additional step.
but the start conditions are not copied on doing so.
and when trying to create the start conditions similar to the original one
i dont find the container element Gross Amount(USD) in the copied one
How can i resolve my issue , what else do i need to take care when copying the standard WF.
    Please suggest.
    Thanks in advance

    Hi Raj
The start condition defined in the std WF is
    Gross amount(USD) < 9,999.00
and the in the container varaibles that i can see while defining the start conditions there are two varaibles for gross amount
    they are
    ->EC Confirmation goods
->Gross amount              Gross Confirmation Amount in Document Currency
->Gross amount(USD)       Gross Confirmation Amount in Document Currency (Currency:USD).
and the BO BUS2203 has only Gross amount in the below format
ProcConfirmationEC.GrossAmount   Gross Confirmation Amount in Document Currency
The std BO doesnt have Gross amount(USD)
    Copied WF
In the container variables i can see only
    ->EC Confirmation goods
->Gross amount              Gross Confirmation Amount in Document Currency
So i dont have the variable Gross amount(USD) to use it as in the std WF.
    Please suggest.

  • FOC condition not copied to Proforma Invoice

    Hi,
I have configured the FOC Process, and it is working perfctly for the Sales Order and the Final Invoice. But when i create the Proforma Invoice, the FOC Condition is not shown in the Proforma Invoice.
But in Final Invoice it get correctly appeared.
Please help me to solve this.
    Thank U

    Abhinay,
Whatever routine you have created is a custom one ,coded. 928 is not SAP standard but a custom one.
To remove a might or probable custom error you created another custom to rectify.
Here in the thread we try to use SAP as much as standard.
I have also faced the problem before it is primarily because of pricing type 'G' which is normally given in copy control.
It also looks form where the pricing is to be taken as a referece " Price source" if you check the copy control between delivery to billing at the item. If placed blank it takes as order as source.

  • Shipping instructions not copying correctly from sto to delivery

    hi ,
i am facing issue like shipping instructions from STO header are not getting copied correctly to delivery , what may be the problem , please help.
    regards,
    veeru.

how is the text copied from STO to delivery in your system?
there are a some alternative options, which need to be implemented before a text copies from STO to a delivery.
However, if it is not an error in a routine developed by an ABAPer (reading text from the wrong STO), then a text certainly does not exchange its content when getting copied.
Maybe you should check whether the text is maintained in the customer master and does default from there instead of coming from the STO.

The data on the sales organization, the distribution channel or the division is missing for the plant
a shipping point could not be determined

If the message is a warning, you can continue your processing.
If it is an error message, you cannot do so.
If necessary, check the settings for the plant in Customizing for Logistics (General).

  • Manual Princing Condition not copied using BAPI

    Hi Guys,
Something pretty weird has been happening.. when I create a Sales Order over VA01 with reference a Contract, the Sales Order take the COMPLETE Contract Princing Condition, so its perfect. But When we're trying to use the BAPI (BAPI_SALESORDER_CREATEFROMDAT2 ) it does not create in the same way, I mean the MANUAL Pricing condition was deleted of my Sales Order Princing condition or does not show up for any reason.
do you know if there is a flag or some configuration where I set "Take the contract Princing condition"?
    Thank you in advance!
    Alexandre

    Guy,
Only to let all of you know that the soluion was call the function "PRICING_COPY" at the KOMP user exit and thus load the XKOMV table. It was because the standard process did not call this step when called througth the BAPI.

    Alexandre

  • Shipping conditions

    Hi ,
Shipping condition available in customer master and in the sales document type. why two shipping conditions needed. if needed what will be the use of these shipping conditions.
where exactly each shipping conditions are used.
points will be rewarded for the good answer.
    thanks
    Kuntla

    Hi,
    Kuntla
    Reason-1
If you maintained shipping conditions in:
Sales document type (vov8) and Customer master data (from ship-to-party only).
System always should be taken from Sales document type (vov8).
    1) Sales document type (vov8)- This is applicable for all sales orders which mens irrespective of customers.
    2) Customer master data (from ship-to-party only)- This is only for puticular customer.
    Reason-2
    1) Sales document type (vov8)- This customization seeting is only in IMG part, which means user couldn't do this.
    2) Customer master data (from ship-to-party only)- users can autorised to change it.
    Reason-3
    Q) Why use both areas means: Sales document type (vov8) and Customer master data (from ship-to-party only).
Ans) To determine deffernet shipping points (using differnet shipping conditions)
    Note:
If you maintained shipping conditions in:
Sales document type (vov8) and Customer master data (from ship-to-party only).
System always should be taken from Sales document type (vov8).
    Thanks & Regards,

  • Shipping conditions in Contracts not copied over to sales order w/ref

In standard SAP the shipping conditions are pulled in from the Sold-to party's customer master unless the shipping conditions are hard coded in the sales order type, in which case they overrule the shipping conditions of the sold-to.
A client enters contracts (CQ) with their customers and creates sales orders with reference to these contracts. The shipping conditions within these contracts are different from those on the Sold-to master record. The client wants the shipping conditions from the contract to flow through to the sales orders created with reference to the contract (instead of the system currently getting them from the sold-to). I do not believe this is standard functionality but I want to be absolutely sure before I respond to the client and tell them that we will have to create a custom routine in copy control to achieve this from the contract.
Other than tweaking copy control routines is there any way the system can be configured so that the shipping conditions from the Contract (CQ) header get pulled in when a sales order is created with reference to the CQ contract?
Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks,
    SJ

    Hi,
Whatever be the shipping conditions in contracts that can be flow to sales order,
Please check your input, if you mentioned in sales document then remove from there - VOV8
Also check in copy controll - VTAA
CQ  to OR  at header level
    Copy requirement - 001
    Tickmark to complete refrance

    Dear all
Why I am getting this message when i try to add shipping point at item level in Quotation "Ship.condition 01 loading grp 0003 plant MCP1 StLoc not defined Message no.V1358"
Kindly help me to resolve this error.

    Hi
    check the following
Check your shipping conditions in sales order header shipping tab + loading group in material master + plant in sales order,
verify the same in OVL2, whether its mainatined or not.
    1. Shipping condition maintain in Sold to party of ur customer master,
    2. Loading group should be maitained for perticular Sales area and plant in Material Master for Sales: General/Plant Data.
    3. Plant should be available in sales order
IMG -> Logistics Execution -> Shipping -> Basic shipping functions -> Shipping point and Goos receiving point determination -> Assign Shipping Points. In that determine the storage location, loading group, plant, proposed shipping point and manual shipping point.
    Combination of Shipping Point Determination=
Loading Group - (1-Material Master Record)
Shipping COnditions (1- Sales doc type , 2- Customer Master Data - Sold to Party)
Delivering Plant - (1-Customer Material Info record , 2- Customer Master Record & 3-material master record)
If you have done Copy of existing Shipping Point & renamed it. Then all the shippig Point determination Combinations will be copied.
If not, then you need to maintain manually in Shipping point determination customization
