i am facing issue like shipping instructions from STO header are not getting copied correctly to delivery , what may be the problem , please help.

how is the text copied from STO to delivery in your system?
there are a some alternative options, which need to be implemented before a text copies from STO to a delivery.
However, if it is not an error in a routine developed by an ABAPer (reading text from the wrong STO), then a text certainly does not exchange its content when getting copied.
Maybe you should check whether the text is maintained in the customer master and does default from there instead of coming from the STO.

Condition types not copied correctly from Me11 to Me21

Dear All,
I am facing a problem in my client place, it is a import scenario where i create ME11 for a material with a combination of a vendor. After maintaining condition types like J1CV, JSDB when I am creating PO for that vendor condtion types are not copied exactly..system excludes some condtions i dont know why but it is working perfectly ion the Qlty system problem is only in Production..pls help me to over come this problem

Mike is right, it is likely to be a problem aith the priccing procedure.
The procedure allocated to the PO may have been set up without the conditions you used in the Info record?
Check the assignment of the pricing procedure to the PO (there may be a vendor schema group on the vendor master record purchasing view that is pointing to a different schema)
Check in SPRO Logistics > Materials management > Purchasing > conditions > define price determination process > define schema determination.
Look for any setting that uses the schema group from the vendor (if the vendor schema group is blank then the system will use the schema associated qwith a blank schema group).
Then when you can see what schema the P org and vensdor group are pointing to, check the condition types linked to that in the "define calculation schema" menu above the one you just used in SPRO.

Some words containing 'ti' are not copied correctly from PDF.

After exporting my Pages doc to PDF, if I try to copy text and paste it into a browser window it replaces any ti in the word with the wrong characters (such as P, (), or A). This doesn't happen in the main body of the text but does happen with words in text boxes or in my bibliography. According to Adobe Reader, the fonts are being embedded. Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated.
Using the latest versions of OSX, Pages, and Endnote X7 (don't get me started on the whole Endnote thing... ugh!).

Actually I did copy and paste from the Preview app and used Adobe Reader to check if the fonts were embedded. However, the reason this is an issue for me is because this error is problematic for creating accessible documents for those using screen readers. I found that Pages fails mightily in this regard and had to spend a lot of time in Adobe Acrobat Pro fixing the PDF.

SPRO -> Material Management --> Purchasing --> Purchase Order --> Set up Stock Transport Order --> define Shipping Data for Plants
Open the Recieving & Shipping plant ID's and maintain their own shipping data and save.
Maintain: Sales Org:
Distr Channel:
Div:
Aside: your shipping plant is already configured with Sh.Point - Tcode: OVL2

Hi Amod,
Please use Standard Text Type (TCODE: VOTXN) under Customer --> Sales & Distribution --> Text Procedure 01(Customer Sales Text) --> 0002 Text Group for copying shipping instructions from STO to delivery document.
So, maintain Shipping instructions under customer master data linked to Receiving Plant for STO process & the same data will copy into STO & delivery document.

You can't do it directly on the iPad - the new album functionality basically only allows you to copy photos into those new albums, you can't move them. The way that I think of it as working is that you are just creating pointers to the photos in those new albums, so if you then delete the original photo on the iPad you therefore automatically delete all the pointers to it.
If you want to re-organise your albums then you will need to do it on your computer and then sync those albums over to the iPad

Why does text I copy from a .pdf to a Word document, not copy correctly words containing the combinations 'tt' or 'ti'?

When I copy text from a .pdf to a Word document, all words containing the combination 'tt' or 'ti' come up as blank boxes,or question marks. How can I correct this?

To comment a bit further, several letter combinations like tt and ti as well as many combinations with f are given as a single character in some languages and apparently you do not have that special character on your system.

Projects first created in Windows are now not publishing correctly from a Mac

I've been using the Windows version of Captivate for months without issues, putting together a large number of HTML5 courses, non-responsive. Lots of custom javascript via the 'Execute JavaScript' action for smartshapes, etc.
I just purchased a new Macbook Pro and then purchased a subscription license for Captivate. Now my cptx files that were working fine when opened and published from Windows Cp are very not publishing correctly - the javascript does not execute, etc. Everything *appears* fine within Captivate but I get issues upon preview/publish.
Thank goodness I have the 30 days to cancel the subscription and get a refund...but before I do that - has anyone else tried switching to a Mac and run into problems with Captivate projects?
Both machines have 8.01 installed. The only thing I can think of is, after installing 8.0 via the subscription download, I then did the 'Check for updates' and it went and downloaded and installed the 8.01 update. When I did this on Windows I followed the directions on a blog post somewhere (sorry - I forget the name!) that stressed deleting some directories on the machine first before running the update. I assumed the subscription files would be fixed/patched....

After struggling with this last night I took a look again this morning and narrowed down and corrected the problem. Basically, this is what happened to cause the issue and how I resolved it. Hopefully it helps others in the future.
Steps
Create project in Windows version of Cp (I was using version 8.01).
For my client's requirements, which are quite unique and complex compared to the typical Cp project, custom quiz questions/scoring had to be developed. Since these are HTML5 (non-responsive) courses, and Javascript is the fastest/most efficient way to do this, I used Javascript extensively for quizzes via the 'Execute Javascript' action. So for quiz questions, each answer is simply a smartshape (transparent, with answer text in it) that triggers the 'Execute Javascript' on click. In addition, on many of the quiz slides there are Edge Animate/HTML5 interactions embedded.
Worked fine on windows upon publish. But when I opened on a new Mac and published, when a question answer was clicked nothing would happen.
Turns out the problem seems to be with the text in the Javascript window. I think it somehow gets corrupted, though it looks fine. I had to literally delete the javascript, save it, and then copy it back in. Once I did that, it works.
I've invested too much time in this project so far, so don't want to risk any more major issues popping up like this, so I switched back to Windows and canceled my subscription this morning. Fortunately I have a license from my employer for Windows and will just use that with Boot Camp.

VOFM copy item text from STO to delivery

Hello,
Has anyone succesfully copied item text from a stock transport purchase order to the delivery by using a rule defined in VOFM data transfer > text ?
I can do it for the 1st item of the PO, but the second item just pulls the info from the sales order text from material master.
I know that SAP has an OSS note saying that this way is not anymore necessary, you can adopt text from STO with customizing settings. However I have to add some more text, not just copying the PO text, so I have to use this way.
