The Shockwave Flash window keeps coming up when I am on the Internet. Most of the time. It says Warning: Unresponsive Plugin. Shockwave Flash may be busy, or it may have stopped responding. You can stop the plugin now, or you can continue to see if the plugin will complete. I need help fixing this issue. I am using Firefox also. Let me know how to resolve this issue. I appreciate it. Try to remove all the Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable and Visual C++ 2008 Redistributable Packages (both x86 and x64) from the Control Panel

My ipod won't sync to my itunes. If you have 64bit Vista or Windows 7, look for the seperate download of iTunes for that further down the page.
Once installed, use the Apple Software Update under your Start Menu to fully update all Apple components.
Your content will remain on the drive in the Music > iTunes Folder, nothing is deleted.
You should be making backups of your content regularly, either through iTunes or via copying the iTunesFolder in your Music folder to a external drive.
Windows is notorious for having "other" issues that make it unstable, we as volunteers helping others can't always resolve those issues. -

If not, try to move or delete the IPSW file and let iTunes download it again.
Rename, move, or delete the iOS software file (.ipsw)

This will cause iTunes to download a new copy of the IPSW. When a restore issue is specific to a user, it is likely due to an unusable .ipsw file. These ones are typically caused by underlying problems on the PC that also often cause Windows Updates to fail to install. If we can fix the Windows Update trouble, we can usually get the iTunes trouble cleaned up en passant.
Go into your Windows update and try to check for new updates. If updates install, stock up on the ones you're behind on, restarting the PC if requested to do so. After the restart, try installing iTunes again. Does it go through this time for you?
If windows updates fail to install, go into your Update History and doubleclick the failures. What alphanumeric codes appear for you? Are they also 80070BC9, or some other number? (If they're another number, what number are you getting?) -

Have you tried rebuilding your iPhoto library?
And your comments indicate that you may not understand iPhoto at all - you should not be inside the iPhoto library - there are no user servicable parts in it - and iPhoto does not duplicate photos - more details of yoru work flow would help sort this out
