Shooting 1920x1080 but can only export 1080x720. Any solution ?

Hi everybody !
I've shooted videos with a Nikon D800. They are 1920x1080 files 30fps, which I converted with Brorsoft Video Converter to Apple ProRes 422 (HD), what I've been adviced to do. But after having edited my project with FCP, I'm only able to export it to 1080x720 (or lower resolutions).
When I look at Preferences/Destinations, everything is ok : Vimeo or Computer or everything else are set on 1920x1080, so it looks possible at first sight. But when I want to export the project, the highest resolution I found, for each "destinations", is 1080x720.
Aside from this, the video I get after the 1080x720 export is perfect, expect a terrible sound saturation but I guess it's all my editing faults (12 dB eveyrwhere..!).
Why would this be possible ?
Also I should say I'm running a FCP Trial Version, as I wanted to be sure it's far better than Adobe Premiere (and it is, no doubt !) before I move to it. Could this explain that ?

@Luis : indeed the size I created my project at was not the good one... I thought it would be automatically created at the size of the shootings I had but it didn't. I'm new on FCP and it looks like I forgot some obvious points before going into it Thanks to your advice, it's now all solved ! Thanks also for the advice about the uselessness of Borosoft, it will save a lot of time not using it ! I tried already and it works very well without. I don't know why so many people and posts say using it will avoid many problems linked to the Nikon files format...
@Russ : I checked and the dimensions of the clips after being converted by Borosoft are still 1920x1080. So the problem was only my fault But I'll be more attentive next time about all of this !

With your machine you should have received a couple of disks, one of which has application software or even a separate iLife disk...use that to reinstall the iLife software and update from there.

You access them in the event they are in or under Photos or from an album if they are in an album - simply drag them to the book project in the source pane on the left

Have you authorized the Computer to your Apple ID?
If not, sign on to iTunes.
Then got to the Store menu option at the top of the screen (CTL+B if it is not showing), and click on it to display the dropdown, and select Authorize this computer.
If that doesn't work, then sign on your Dad's iTunes ID and repeat the Authorization process.

The above was a quote and AME is not necessary. From the Timeline selected Ctrl-M brings up the Export window. There select "AVI" and under Video Codec below select "None"

I am so sorry to inform you that Acrobat XI Standard is not available on Mac, you can only use it on your Windows computer.
You can also refer to the system requirements at : System requirements | Acrobat family of products—older versions (XI, X, 9)

Numbers doesn't have pages. It has a canvas that holds objects such as tables and charts.
Drag the objects from the bottom of the canvas onto the white space above. That will reduce the number of "pages" (sheets of paper) that will print.

Were you able to reset the account's password ? If not then how did you try to get it reset e.g. http://iforgot.apple.com (which would have sent it to the rescue email address if you have one on that account) ? You can also try contacting iTunes Support in your country to get it reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
And no, accounts can't be merged nor content transferred between accounts.

I just spent several hours dealing with this when switching to a new PC. It was extremely frustrating as I knew my files were on my external HD but no matter how many times I copied my old iTunes folder over the files were still missing...because dummy me had forgotten to "unhide folders" on my new PC and my old files were actually stored in a hidden folder created long long ago.
This is how I did it on Windows 7 with iTunes 10
1. Look in iTunes Advanced Preferences to see where iTunes is saving files. (Edit, Preferences, Advanced)
Example: C:/Users/Woildbill/My Music/iTunes/Music
2. Ensure you are able to see hidden files - Control Panel, Folder Option, View, Show Hidden Files
3. Use Your Computer's Search Function to Locate the Missing File (Start, Search, type name of song - I started my search in "My Music" folder but be sure to expand to entire Computer if not found right away)
4. In Search Results, right-click found folder and select properties. This will tell you where the file is actually stored.
5. Use Windows Explorer (right-click start) to navigate to the location of the file. It is likley your other missing files are in the same location.
6. In Windows Explorer, copy the newly located files to the iTumes location from Step 1 and everything should work again.

Try switching to Media view and then go to Find -> By Details.
Set the field to People and select the persons name.
You add further people by clicking on the + sign
The two options above the search criteria allow you to select all photos containing at least one or only ones with all of your selections.
The search can be saved in case you want to repeat it a later time.

I just got the CS5 production DVD's. I only installed AE on my macbook pro osx 10.6.8.
When I go to export my project/composition I only have 3 options, i can only export in flash player, flash professional, and premiere pro.
Where are the options to export as a quicktime movie and all the others?
Do I have to install the entire suite for these options to appear?
If so, why?

Is this a lost cause thanks to good old Digital Rights Management? My PC is already "authorized" according to iTunes.

Found this same thing on other discussions. Apparently you don't read DRM iBooks on anything but the iPad you purchased it with.
