Shooting data not transfering with many pictures

I am using iPhoto 6.0.6 on OS 10.6.6
I have noticed that shooting data is missing from many pictures. I can import pictures in to iphoto and some will have the shooting data while others do not. Some times the dates are not right as well, but for some of these I know I did not have the date function on my camera activated. With the shooting data what is really confusing is that while I do not see it in iphoto the same pictures viewed with Preview have the data. Some times I even have to pull dates and data viewable in Preview for the purpose of organizing my pictures in iPhoto. Why does preview read this information while iPhoto often does not.
My pictures I am downloading from a card reader on to my desktop and then using the iPhoto Import to Library function to get the folders and pictures I need in to my library.

if that it is the case, then you are not set to sync with outlook.
that's why you are not seeing the items you wanted to see transferred after the hotsync process.
your data is now transferred to the palm desktop software which is located in your desktop.
if you will open it, you can see your data in there.
to set it to outlook, try going to Start>Programs>Palm>PIM Conduit Sync>Sync with Outlook.
if that option is not there probably you are using the software from the CD.
load the CD again and it will show GUI window in which you have to option to select which application you want to manage your data, palm desktop or outlook.
you choose outlook, just follow the onscreen instructions then finish. once you are done, check the custom settings of the hotsync manager and check if it now has the word outlook on it. once it's there, you can perform another sync. just cross your fingers that you will not encounter OLERR errors when syncing because that's common to outlook synchchronization. there are are so many causes and it's very long if put in details.

I actually found under EDIT then Catalog settings / then metadata that the automatic write changes to XMP had been unchecked. Once I check this, it updated and connected all the keywords to the pictures. Now when I copy and paste the keywords show up as I can now detect them in Adobe bridge when before I couldn't see them even though they were in lightroom. . Thanks for your input.

Look to the app developer to provide that information when browsing the iTunes Store.
The iPod Touch still works, so what's your problem with it? It still works with older apps, it still does what it's intended to do.
If you aren't happy then sell it and buy a new one.

Planning area data not matching with backup cube / PSA

Hi friends,
while loading data from planning area to backup cube , for the key figure ( result of a macro),the data in planning area is not matching with PSA as well as with cube.
At the same time Data is matching at total level but not at disagregated level. And many times it disagregate in equal Proportion in cube/psa.
Pls its urgent.

make sure you have replicated the extraction of the data source. This is needed to ensure your backup cube gets the current data as in the planning area
if you got to /SAPAPO/SDP_EXTR then you can see this button
you can set this up as a program scheduled to run before the updation of your cube
As for the disaggregation, test at what level you are choosing your characteristic? ( i suppose you can choose the level)
Are you extracting at a detailed level or at the aggregated level
Is your macro saving the data into a Keyfigure or is it an auxilliary KF or something?

0FC_OP_01 extractor issues- DFFKKOPBW data not matching with

Hi All
We have an issue with the extractor 0FC_OP_01. Our business is comparing the values in
R/3 report u2013 G/L Account Balance Display (t-code S_ALR_87012277) with the
Open Items by GL Account report in BW .(actually these values in the BW report are coming from DFKKOPBW table in R/3) .
But since august, the R/3 G/L account balance report is not matching with the DFKKOPBW table balances. So bottom line the extractor 0FC_OP_01 is doing something wrong when populating the DFKKOPBW table which is causing these two reports to be out of balance
Did anybody face this kind of issue before? Please Advise.
FYI : We are following the same procedure to populate the DFKKOPBW table as in the below article.

In my case the Cube/PSA data itself is not matching with the R/3 report data.
Basically we run a job in R/3 in t-code FPBW with a Date id and Indentification. This job will pull the entries from base table DFKKOP into DFKKOPBW table .Then FRom this DFKKOPBW table data is loaded into PSA/Cube.
Here in my case the data in table DFKKOPBW itself is not matching with the R/3 report - G/L Account Balance Display (t-code S_ALR_87012277)) .
I am following the same procedure to run the JOb in T-code FPBW to populate the DFKKOPBW table as listed in the document at the above link. Moreover this difference in balances is occuring only starting from August ..Till July the balances in DFKKOPBW tally with the R/3report.
Please advise ..

Inventory data not matching with R/3

Hi,
In R/3 production we have the data from 1999-Till date.From 1999-2004 Data was archieved in R/3 system.So we have two years live data in the R/3 production.
We have filled the setup tables and extracted the Inventory data then loaded into 0IC_C03 Cube.
But the values in BW report from 0IC_C03 is not matching with the values in R/3 report.
1.What could be the reason?
2.If we need to extract the archieved data from R/3 what are the steps we need to do?.
Pls help us with your suggestions.

We have followed as per the How to handle inventory managment document.
The quanity value is matching between R/3 and BW.But the Valuated Stock Value is not matching for some of the materials.For the current period it showing the right value(for ex.if we check for 12th Month).
But If we check the material for old months like October,Aug the value of valuated stock value is not matching with R/3 for some of the materials.
In RSDV validity table date maintained from 1999-Dec'200.
We are using the standard business content cubes and update rules.Is there any change needs to be done in update rules for 0IC_C03 cube to get the right values for all the materials?..
Pls help with your inputs.

The expand on Youtube is not working with many Youtube sites and they work on Internet Explorer

On many of the sites on Youtube the expand does not work with Mozilla Firefox 4. I have gone to Internet Explorer and they work there. When I come back from Internet Explorer strange enough the expand on Firefox works. Obviously its picking up programming from Internet Explorer, unfortunately it does not last long. I've tried plug ins, reloading flash player after I deleted it and re-installed it, the problem still exist. Also on the expand screens that do work on the right side there is a very thin white line coming down the border. I'm not the only one with this problem. please help with this problem.

Photo details not transferring with Export

When attempting to Export a photo and selecting "Include Title and keywords and Location Information" -- the information is NOT transferring. Instead, I get the date of transfer. How do I maintain the original date and place the photo was taken?

Where are you seeing this "incorrect date/time"?
It sounds like you are looking at the file metadata using the finder rather than the photo metadata using a photo program ( like iPhoto or preview). A file is not a photo and the file data describes the file. The photo data is in the EXIF and IPTC fields within the photo

Why are my photos taking up 6.2GB when I do not have that many pictures in my photos?

I'm trying to reduce my used storage. When I checked my storage it said that I had used 6.3GB in photos. I was very confused. So I clicked on it and it said that 6.2GB are being used by your photo library. Now I only have about 100 pictures and videos all together so I do not know what happen. However, I did just recently delete many, many pictures. It could be a glitch in the system. Whatever the case, I am every upset about this.

Most likely due to Time Machine snapshots made for each hour your computer is not connected to the backup drive. To prevent these in the future be sure to turn off Time Machine when you aren't connected to your backup drive.
These snapshots take up shadow space meaning if the system needs space and there isn't enough, then it will remove the number of snapshots needed to make space. So the space is not in technical use on the drive. But if you want all the space returned and turn off snapshots, then see:
Time Machine Snapshots
Open the Terminal in the Utilities folder and enter or paste the appropriate command line. Press RETURN and enter your admin password when prompted. It will not be echoed. Press RETURN again.
To turn them ON: sudo tmutil enablelocal
To turn them OFF: sudo tmutil disablelocal
Note that turning them OFF will also delete all existing snapshots.

How do I change the background colour on notes. I need a darker background due to a visual issue. Apple has now discriminated those with visual issues. I am so not happy with many of the new changes because of this.

I am so not happy with the new changes especially when it come to the ability to change background colours, fonts and font sizes/ colours... Does Apple really think that their only audience is the young cool crowd or people who do not have a visual impairment. Think before you make changes to your software and programs. You WILL lose more people to androids if you continue this way.
At least give users the ability to make apps like notes their owned by allowing them to pick the style, theme, background and colour, font size and colour.
A very ****** off Apple user who is now looking at Androids.

I'm sorry but I don't see an ideal way to do this. Is it the yellow label text, e.g: "New" against the white background which is causing the difficulty?
The only way I've found of getting the colors to change in Notes is via Settings>General>Accessibility>Invert Colors but then it looks like something has barfed all over your screen.
I'd be very, very surprised if Apple do not fix this, firstly because I believe "Accessibility" is a legal matter and secondly because they will not want to cause difficulty for their customers. We have to remember that this is a major, major overhaul of iOS, it has essentially been taken back to the drawing board and done from scratch again, it may take a little time, but I'm sure they will fix these issues.

Dynamic table data not transfered to context WD4ABAP

Hello Guys,
Currently I have a urgent problem with Adobe Forms and WD4Abap. We are using AdobeReader 8.1.1 und Designer 7.1. Me problem is:
1) I have an interactive form with dynamic table and simple fields...
2) Data within textfields can be updated, created and deleted
3) Data which is initially transfered to TABLES can be changed!!!
4) BUT, if I add or delete a table row, this is NOT sent back to the WebDynpro context
I am using the buttons out of the WebDynpro Navtiv Library. Furthermore, if I save the PDF on my Harddisk and start in manually (offline) add, change or delete data, the data is updated by checking it with the export data function within Adobe reader (Document->Form->Export Data)
Is anybody able to help me, my ideas are on the end...

Data not transfering from one form to another

I have designed two forms in which i want to transfer data from one form to another which contains lot of fields.Process starts wid filling the first form(form1) from the workspace and all the data from dat form will be transfered to next level user who is having form2.Both forms contains two pages each.I tried with the SETVALUE ACTIVITY after designing two forms but its showing error.

No am not using any xml schema .i have designed the two forms with the same fileds and field names.what cpould be the problem.After submitting the task from the start process it is going to the next user level but the form is getting added twice in the to do list of that user and data is not getting bound.If u want i can sned u my lca files or forms.

Why filters are not saved with my pictures iphone 4s

when I take pictures with the camera on ios7 I can use filters and they work fine( mono, tonal noir, fade, process, etc), amazing pictures, but then, I transfer the pictures to my laptop (win8) and I find just the original picture without any filter...
what can I do?
isn't possible to save the filters on my pictures?

#1 - You can't do anything (well see #2) because as of now it just does not work that way. Not even when transferring to a Mac using Photostream. Basic reason is the adjustments made in the Camera App and the Photo App are non-destructive, meaning they don't change the original file itself (which also means you can easily go back to the original photo) they add the filter/adjustment information to a "side car" file. And other apps - including whatever you are using on your Windows computer - can't read this additional information.
#2 - The only solution I found so far (and again I am using a Mac, so you would think it would be simplier) is to email yourself the filtered shots. Those will open on your computer with the effects. (Stupid huh???)

R3 data not matching with BW

Hi Experts,
we have an issue here. We are using 2LIS_11_VAITM and 2LIS_11_VASCL to load SD data. We use the fields RFSTK and RFGSK in BW to filter out orders that are processed. Now we find that these fileds dont match with the ones in R3. At R3 side i looked at VBUK table and it indicates properly the status of the order.
But in the BW side when we pull these the status fileds are not correct and they dont match R3 at all...How do i fix this.. Where can find or how can find from which table BW is actually pulling the information for these two fields.

How do i check this?
Have you done any Customer Exit (append method) to get the values for these fields?
Iam not sure, It was done formerly by someone.
If so, remember that we ca not get deltas that occured with the change to only appended fields of ES.
Does that mean the appended fileds dont work with Deltas.. they dont pick up the chnages??
