Shopping cart edit in SRM 5.5

Hi,
I am not able to edit a shopping cart in SAP SRM 5.5 Shopping cart is not yet approved. its in the approval stage.
Regarding security settings the in BBP_WFL_SECURITY its at LOW level.
Also the BADI is BBP_WFL_SECUR_BADI is active and to deactivate the BADI corresponding note 1397705 is applied.
However still the option of change of shopping cart is not active.
I am not able to edit the quantity, price or delivery date of existing shopping cart that is in the approval stage.
Can you provide thoughts on the above matter?
Best Regards,
Tushar

  • Info record mandatory for shopping cart creation in SRM classic scneario

    Hi Gurus,
We are creating shopping cart in our SRM 7.01 system in classic mode. We have not created any info record for the product category and vendor in the backend ECC system.
Do we need create an info record for the particular combination of material group/material and supplier in the ECC backend system so that the shopping cart in SRM classic scenario creates a PO directly in the system?
    Thanks and regards,
    Ranjan

    Hi Sam,
Thanks for your update. So, what you mean that the SRM shopping cart  with a direct vendor or contract can create a PO directly in the backend  system even if the backend system does not have nay info record for the particular combination of the material and vendor.
    Thanks and regards,

I want to add a custom field to the shopping cart preview screen called "new price" to enter $75 as the new price and click recalculate to recalculate the new total price and send this to SRM for follow on functions...
is there standard functionality in SRM7 for this requirement?

  • Change the purchasing group of shopping cart created in SRM from PR in ECC

    Dear All,
When a PR is created in ECC and transferred to SRM using program BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER, the purchasing group does not get assigned correctly in the SC created in SRM.
I tried implementing Badi BBP_BADI_EXTREQ_OUT to resolve the same.
    But it is not working.
I've passed the value 'O' to the field PROC_GROUP_OT and the puchasing group value to the field PROC_GROUP_ID of the parameter ORG_IMP. But I'm not sure wat value has to be passed to the field PARENT_GUID of the same parameter and  tried passing the PR number once and the item number once to it.
But none of it is found to be giving the expected results.
The purchasing group found in the SC in SRM is different from that given in the PR in ECC.
The code that i've written in the Badi implementation is as follows.
    move transtab_imp to ls_transtab.
    ls_org_imp-PROC_GROUP_OT = 'O'.
    ls_org_imp-proc_group_id = ls_transtab-eban-ekgrp.
    read table item_imp into ls_item_imp with key item_number = ls_transtab-eban-bnfpo.
    if sy-subrc = 0.
    ls_org_imp-parent_guid = ls_item_imp-item_guid.
    endif.
    APPEND ls_org_imp to org_imp.
Can anyone help me to resolve the issue??

  • Shopping cart screen in SRM Add-on UI is not working

    Hi,
Recently we had upgraded SRM Add-on UI package, when we tried to open the shopping cart screen from BSP page (i.e. link: https://sapsrxa1.flextronics.com:8012/sap/bc/bsp/srmnxp/shoppingcart/defaults.htm ), the page is throwing BSP exception as 'The object default.htm in the URL / sap / bc / bsp / srmnxp / shoppingcart / default.htm? Sap-client = 100 & sap-sessioncmd = open is not valid.' Could you please help me to fix this issue.
    Thanks - Dileep

    hi yateesh,
    please follow the below steps:
    Step 1: Manage System Alias
Post Gateway installation, the SRM server (upon which GW is installed) needs to have system alias.
Path : SPROà SAP Implementation Guide à SAP Web Application Server à Gateway à OData Channel à Configuration à Connection Settings àSAP Netweaver Gateway to SAP System à Manage SAP System Alias
    1. Create a new entry, maintain SAP SYSTEM ALIAS as LOCAL or use the SID of the SRM server as the alias name
    2. Check Local GW checkbox
    3. Maintain RFC Destination as NONE
    4. Maintain Software Version as DEFAULT
    Step 2: Maintain Gateway Services
In this step, Gateway services delivered by SRM UI Add-on are activated.
Path : SPROà SAP Implementation Guide à SAP Web Application Server à Gateway à OData Channel à Administration à General Settings à Activate and maintain Services
    1. Click “Add Service” for activating gateway services
    2. On the filter, set System Alias (with the name provided in the last step e.g. LOCAL) and search.
    3. Pick every Service with namespace “/SRMNXP/” and click the service hyperlink.
    4. In the Activation Popup, maintain the proposed technical service name and technical model name and press ok.
    5. Once all services are activated they appear on the main page.
    Thanks - Dileep

  • Error When Create Shopping Cart from catalog SRM

    Hi all,
Currently, I have problem need your help.
I tried to create an shopping cart from catalog. But I don't know how the G_L_ACCT was lost.
The information about account like this:
Now, I want to know where this data is selected. Would you please help me for this issue.
    Extra Information: Acc_cat = 'A'.

Dear Melynessa: normally you should not get this error message when flagging "Order as Direct Material" in SRM 7.0.
Please, check in your backend ECC6 if "Value updating" flag has been selected or not for the material type of your SC material ID under the IMG path "Logistic - General --> Material Master --> Basic Settings --> Materual Types --> Define Attributes of Material Types"
If field  "Value updating" for material type is not flagged then, when creating a PReq or PO in SAP ECC6, you will get always an error message asking you for an account assignment.
Due to the circumstance above, in SRM, materials ID belonging to non-valuated material types should not be ordered as direct (flag order as direct is available always when you enter a material ID, even when it is non-valuated). If you flag the field "Order as Direct" for a non-valuated material, standard SRM system doesn't issue any error message. So, maybe, there is BAdi in your SRM system checking the "Value updating" for material type and avoiding "Order as Direct Material" flag being selected when it is a non-valuated material
    Hope it helps.
    regards
    Valentí

  • How do I create a new shopping cart in the SRM system (not portal)

    Hi,
I'm working on a test landscape with Purchase request WF. I want to create a new shopping cart from the SAP system, not from the portal, and this purchase request should go to a manager approval.
I've been told that I need a SRM system.
Could you please tell me what the transaction for creating new shopping cart is? Could you also explain me what to do with this transaction or point to a doc I can learn from?
    Thanks

it is called planned driven procurement scenario in SRM
    ECC box
    1. create a Purchase request
    2. Approve the Purchase request
    3. now check EPRTRANS table . you might have Purchase request number ( if you have already set up done in ECC system for Plan driven procurement)
    4. Run BBP_EXTREQ_TRANSFER job
    SRM Box..
    5. Now you can see your shopping cart for this purchase request (External requirement) in the sourcing cockpit.

  • Table for PO and Shopping cart  combination in SRM

    Hi Guys,
Can any one help me out with a table which gets updated with PO and Shopping numbers in SRM.?
    Regards
    Srujank

    Hi Srujan.
The table CRMD_ORDERADM_H will store the document numbers. But it wont be storing both the shopping cart as well as PO number for a record.
To find out the SC number from PO or vice versa use the following method:
You can use pass the PO number in function module BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL.
From here you will get the Shopping cart Item Guid in E_ITEM-SRC_GUID. You can again pass this guid in the table CRMD_ORDERADM_I and get the parent guid.
Pass this parent guid in table CRMD_ORDERADM_H to get the shopping cart number. Its stored in the OBJECT_ID field.
There is another way to find out the shopping cart number:
Pass the PO number in FM BBP_PD_PO_GETDETAIL
Check the E_HEADER_REL, when the value of the field OBJTYPE_A = BUS2121 then the field GUID_A will contain the header guid of the shopping cart.
Use this guid to get the SC number from table CRMD_ORDERADM_H.
    Hope this helps.
    Thanks,
    Pradeep

  • Rejection of Shopping Cart created in SRM ?

    Hi SRM GURUS,
We have an issue regarding shop on behalf in SRM.
A shopping cart is created as shop on behalf and needs approval from a manager. If the manager rejects it, then the shopping cart is returned to the user that has been shopped on behalf of  not the user who did the shop on behalf. This is standard SRM Work flow scenario.
Now we want to copy the standard workflow and want to make changes in that.
Can any one please let  me know , which workflow we have to copy and where we have to made changes. After all how to activate the Zworkflow. Please help..
    Thanks
    Venkatesh P

    Hi Venkatesh,
If you are using one step approval of SC then workflow WS10000129 needs to be changed for the rejection of SC notification to be sent to the person who shopped on behalf of. You need to copy the standard task TS10008126 in a custom one and ensure that the recipient of the rejection of SC goes to the person who shopped on behalf of rather than the one for whom it is created based on numerous criteria's like the role of the users or some expression or additional logic to determine the Requester ordering the cart and not the original requester.
