Shopping Cart Follow On Documents Display Error

Hi,
We have implemented SRM extended classic scenario.
Sometimes after a shopping cart is approved and a PO is created in the follow on documents the status for PO is shown as "Awaiting Approval" or PO created with error.
The PO is successfully replicated in the backend and goods receipt and invoicing has also taken place successfully for that PO, but the status in the shopping cart
--> follow on documents is either "Awaiting Approval" or PO created with error.
How do we rectify this error.

Please check the follwing steps
1.Have your RFC is configured properly (logical system , assign logical system, RFC setting)
2.See the number ranges in R/3 whether it is assigned with the type EC.
one thing you can do is
You can create a shopping cart use that shopping cart number in the fm BBP_REQREQ_TRANSFER

Follow on document display doesn't show any PO no. for Service SC

We are using SRM 4.0 with extended classic scenario & currently on support pack 7.
Follow On document display in SC doesn't show PO no.
This Problem seems to be happening only for "Request external staff SC" & "Order SC" functionality ( BBPSC03) while ordering services. Link between SC & follow on document (PO) goes missing even though PO is properly created in SRM system ( being a Extended classic scenario) & also PO copy is available in R/3.
Service SC looks okay if we order it through "internal goods/Service", Describe requirement or through catalogue application.
any help is appreciated & rewarded with full points.

Unable to create shopping cart due to currency conversion error.

We are currently working in a extended classic scenario. We have about 8 users connected under a common entity ( dept). Out of which for one user (user1) we are able to create the shopping cart and able to run the entire procurement cycle the entire cycle.
When we are trying to create a SHC with any other user ( user2 to 8) its giving the errors like
1) Currency Conversion Error ( to GBP). Please inform help desk.
2) Error in account assignment for item 0.
Attributes for all the users ( user1 to user8) are same and we are not getting any error in the attribute check as well.
Please suggest.

Look up note 419423 + related notes to repair incorrect SRM users. What you report sounds a bit strange. A debugging session might be helpful too. Especially the 2nd error looks like something 'home-made'...

Follow-on documents: Display as Table to be set as default

do you know please, how to set up:
Item data - Follow-on documents: a parameter Display as Table as default?
Normally is default: Display as Graphic, which is time consuming to be opened.

Limit S Cart Page cannot be displayed error after line item with attament

I have seen post on forum.But my issue is little different.Adding multiple limit items fails with error.
creating Value limit SC with one item with attachment,after that again iam trying to add one more item,immediately
Upon this, your are kicked out with error message: 500 SAP Internal Server Error
ERROR: Buffer table not up to date (termination: RABAX_STATE)
1) Create first limit item
2) Add attachment
3) Create 2nd limit item
4)Immediately kicked of system.

One thing that you can do if you don't wanna have PPR, is to validate date column in fire action event in CO in process form request, and raise an error if you don't find appropriate format or null , as per your requirement.

JHF3 transaction:Accounting document display error

Hi,
I am displaying an order billing document through transaction JHF3. there's an accounting document which is being generated and i am displaying it. In the assignment field the sales document number should be populated but instead the reference billing number is getting displayed.
the internal table XBSEG is used to display data and it is populated from the int. table YBSEG. the data populated in YBSEG is wrong.
before going into the perform READ_BSEG (this is screen no 750, module set_buzeile) which populates the table YBSEG, the table is empty. as soon as u enter the form the table YBSEG gets populated. In the debug mode i saw that there's no code for populating YBSEG. I need to resolve this problem soon.

SRM 7.0 Process-Controlled (BRF) Workflow -- Error message to Shopping Cart

I am modifying a BRF Expression used to calculate approval levels. During this calculation, I may run into error conditions (e.g. Currency tranlsation not found) that I want to display to the user (in the Shopping Cart).
I have tried raising the following exceptions:
/sapsrm/CX_WF_RULE_ERROR.
/sapsrm/CX_WF_RULE_ABORT.
Raising these exceptions do result in SLG1 log entries being written, but the User is not informed of the error (ie. at top of shopping cart where other messages display).
I can probably jump out of the Webdynrpo to read logs, but thought there MUST be some standard way of passing error conditions from the BRF, back to WF, and then back to the Webdynpro Window.
Anybody raise error messages back to the online user from Process-Controlled Workflow?

I am actually modifying the Approval Limit Checks (for multi-currency translations) that you recently coded in Maryland. It can occur that errors occur in determining limits (new Currency translation I just added), or during the lookup of agents (ie user config is inconsistent).
In these cases, I can make the shopping cart Dump, by raising untrapped error messages, or assertions. However, I would like to raise exceptions that get trapped (such as the ones I identified in original post), and then make their way to the shopping cart.
Unless I am missing something, I don't think the WF BADIs, or BRF are gonna communicate errors back to the shopping cart, even though these components are called during cart creation and checks.
I realize that I can recode the Agent Determination BADIs, BRF calls, or even read BRF logs within BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI. I mentioned this in my original posting as well.
Anyway, any help is appreciated.

Dump while displaying shopping cart in portal ?

We are in SRM 7.0 and we are using portal.
We are in intial upgrade stage from SRM 5 to SRm 7.0.
When we select the shopping cart and click on DISPLAY or EDITin portal nothing is happened.
From HTTP watch , we found that ..it is going to the URL and it is stucked.
When we try to access the URL directly , we are getting below error.

Shopping Cart creation error

I am using SRM 4.0 and ECC 5.0 with Ex Classic scenario.
While I am trying to create Shopping cart following error is coming :-
"No organizational data exists on item level"
I have checked up all Org. plan data i.e. users are consistent all attribute in org nodes in function tab like company code Pur Org or Pur Grp maintained.
Secondly I have checked in R/3 that Material is also having Organization data like is extended to a Plant and Storage and Pur and Storage views are maintained. Still problem not resolved.
I am not able to understand this error message.
Could somebody help me ?

Hi Vadim,
I found out the reason of problem. When we deflag check box for activate Extended Classic. This problem goes away.
Further as suggested by you we have analyzed Xn BBPSC01 in SAP gui and found in Extended details every data is populated like Prod Cat.,Company,Plant and S Loc etc. except Pur Org and Pur Grp. When we deflag Extended classic check box than Pur Org and Pur Grp are also populated.
What could be done as I have to use Extended classic scenerio.
Problem of in ITS service page of basic data not being displayed remains.

Shopping cart error--Tax code could not be determined

We are using classic extended scenario.
When i am trying to create a shopping cart i am getting two error messages " tax code could not be determined" and Not possible to calculate tax.
have checked in the SPRO in EBP System->
Tax calculation->Determine system for tax calculation which is set to R/3.
SPRO->Tax calculation->Enter tax code -V0 -zero rate
 V1-VAT 17.5
 V3-Non recoverable.
SPRO->Determine tax code for country/product category->Domestic -GB -P146-V0
SPRO->Determine tax code for country/product category->International -GB -P146-V1.
I have checked the transaction FXTP in R/3-
Procedure attache to this is TAXGB.
Could you please suggest me how to eliminate the error.

It's recommended to have the same Tax related configuration data replicated in SRM system from R/3 as well.
I don't recommeded you to go with Hard-coding of tax codes.
We have faced similar issues with Delivery address and we have to solve it using our custom logic inside the BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI and BBP_CREATE_PO_BACK BADIs.

Monitor Shopping cart does not find Error in transmission

hello,
We recenlty upgraded to SRM 5.0 stack SAPKIBKT15. Now we find that Monitor Shopping cart doesn't display the shopping cart with errors in transmission. We know we have them in the system but it displays only when the shopping cart number who has the error in transmission is also entered. So only looking for the status Error in transmission' doesn't give any shopping carts in monitor shopping cart but when entering the shopping number and status 'Error in transmission' it does show.
Any idea ?

Users use Monitor Shopping cart in SRM (transaction BBP_MON_SC) With this transaction they can search for shopping carts on General data and item data. If shopping carts end in error in transmission they can search on status 'Error in transmission'. We now have shopping carts with an error in ttransmission. Monitor shopping cart doesn't display them unless I enter the shopping cart number as well. Previously we could enter only status 'Error in transmission and it displayed all the shopping carts with an error in transmission.
I see transaction Rz20 and I see the errors in the drill down you suggest but what do I need to do to make the Monitor shopping cart display all the errors in transmission when searching for that status ?

i have maintained the org structure..in the attribute i have given the logicla system..but somehow i am getting the error.

"No logical system for FI is maintained".
1)Check in the PPOSA_BBP --Attritubute for the FI and maintain the Logical Backend system
2)for Backend system -SAP R/3 (or) ECC 6.0 you have not maintained the Logical system.
3) check the product category for which GL account is maintained in the Config

Error in workflow while rejecting shopping cart

Hi,
When i am using the standard 2 step shopping cart approval workflow WS1000031 the work item reaches the inbox of first level approver but when i reject the shopping cart the workflow goes into error. The error shown is (( Object CL_BBP_ACTION_NOTIFICATION_WF method SEND_PARAM_MESSAGE_WF cannot be executed )).
The standard task which gives the error is TS10407929 which is inside sub workflow WS10400026 which is again inside sub workflow
WS10400051.
Can you help me.
