Shopping Cart is not Picking  Pricing from Inforecord.

Dear All Guru's,
Kindly help me in this matter , as i m creating a Shopping Cart and I have also created an INFORECORD for the material which m using in this Shopping Cart. Here in INFORECORD i had maintained SCALES  in Pricing PB00 ( Gross Price ) , it is maintained as for Qty 1 the Price will be 500 EUR & for Qty 16 the Price will be 450 EUR.
As the Shopping Cart is created for Qty 16 , but even then the Price being picked is 500 EUR , But as per Scale Pricing the Price
picked should be 450 EUR as per Qty 16.
I m using this Scale Scenario first time in Shopping Cart , pl. guide me that is it really Possible to fetch Scale Pricing from INFORECORD to Shopping cart?
Also please guude that is there any mistake i had done in maintaining Pricing for Scales in INFORECORD ?
Thanx in advance.

Hello,
As far as I know, the standard behaviour about which price should be displayed in the SRM shopping cart when you have an assigned info record to the cart is that the price would not be fetched from the backend to the EBP system.
In SRM, the SC shows the product price and not the info record one (as you have assigned the product to the SC).
You can use BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI to fill the info record price during the shopping cart creation.
However, as your shopping cart takes the info record price, perhaps this behaviour has changed in new release.
Question 6 of FAQ note 550071 refers to this topic.
Kind regards,
Ricardo

    Hello,
Are you checking this in BBP_PD?
If you go to SU01 and check parameter "Personal Time Zone" -> "of the user", this time will appear to end user when creating document (document header in web).
If you do not have informed any value, it will be populated the pattern system timezone, defined in SU01 as well.
                                                                                    - I created a RFX in my test system with a user who's timezone (in tx SU01) is set as:
    Sys. Time Zone     CET
    of the User        INDIA
    - CET time  was 20:01:55
    - GMT time was 18:01:55
    - India time was 23:31:55
Looking at this RFX in BBP_PD I see the following:
Same user (India timezone and CET as "Sys. Time Zone"):
    Created_At: 20:01:55
    Changed_at: 20:01:55
    DETAILS (header):
    Created at: 18:01:55
    Changed at: 18:01:55
    RFX header (description): 23:31:55
So, for end users, you should populate field "of the user" in SU01.
In BBP_PD header details, you will have the GMT time (which is stored in internal tables).
In BBP_PD created_at and changed_at you will have the system time zone, as defined in SU01.

  • Trigger shopping cart details page (service page) from BSP

    Hi all,
I am developing a BSP page which, when user press the 'Add to shopping cart' button, will direct the user to the Shopping Cart details page. I am facing the challenge to direct the user back to the shopping cart details page on ITS from my BSP page. Anyone has any idea how this can be done?
Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
    Thanks in advance!

p.s. I have also post this under the SRM forum.

    Hi Raja,
My challenge is to get the ITS URL Of the shopping cart details as all shopping cart pages are under one internet service. In addition, in the standard HTML template, there are no parameters in the service page for me to pass the shopping cart details from BSP back to the internet service page. What I am thinking to do is perhaps to utilize OCI....

  • Search function in Catalog from Shopping cart does not work well

    Hello,
We use SRM 5.0 with CCM 2.0 and have the following situation:
From the shopping cart we open a catalog and want to search material by number, for example number 7. Entering this material number directly in the search funtion on the catalog screen, it brings us not only the position with material number 7 buy aso all positions we have a number 7 in its materialnumber (2371, 743, 9957, etc) and a 7 in its description (Screw Bolt 7/3 for example).
I wonder if this normal behaviour of the SRM system or is this an error (with a note OSS asociated).
If this is normal behaviour, how can one search for only the material 7?
    Thanks for any help,
    Aart

    Hi,
With regarding to items with 7 in the description
    - It should be consequence of your procurement catalog definition. In schema tab, Catalog characteristics in the /CCM/SHORT_DESCRIPTION you have checked the Relevant for text-based search check-box
With regarding to the 7 results
    - Please try using the advanced search option exact phrase or using "7"
    I hope this help

  • Purchase Order is not Picking Price from Info Record.

    Dear All,
User had created a Shopping cart in and an automatic Purchase Order is created which is picking the material price from Purchase Requisition but not from Created Inforecord. As checked in P.R at item level it is found that in VALUATION tab there is a field named as " P.O PRICE " , here defalt t selected as " 1 A Gross Price "., Can u please help that from where this field is automatically selected as Gross Price in Purchase requisition.
    Thanx n Rgds,
    sap11

This is the config done in the OMET transaction where you will see the Adopt PO price field is checked and now this funcitonal authorization code e.g. 01 assgined to user profile in SU3 transaction agianst the parameter EFB.
if this is active than it will not take price from info record but it will copy from PR.
to avoid this kind of issue -
Remove the EFB value in SU3 for particular user or if user needs to have the EFB profile for some other requirements than go to OMET and remove Adopt po price indicator from that profile which is assigned to user

  • Price id not picking automatically from Inforrecord ??

    Hii experts
I have mainatined Inforecord a material with vendor combination , and i have maintained the price in inforrecord .
But while creating PO its asking for price manually ??
What i have to do for automatic prick pick up from Info record ??
    Thanks
    SAP-MM

Info Record Price Versus PO Price
The net price in the info record and the net price in the purchase order are two different prices.
The net price of an item in the info record is based on the conditions stipulated in the info record.
If you change the conditions, the net price in the info record is recalculated and the pricing date
    adjusted accordingly.
In contrast, the price in the purchase order may reflect the deduction of a quantity discount
    according to a price/quantity scale.
As a rule, the conditions from the info record are adopted in the PO. However, if a price/quantity
scale has been defined, the price for the relevant order quantity is taken.
Please check the steps to create info record:
Creating Info Record for Material w. Master Record
    1. Choose Master data   Info record   Create.
    The initial screen is displayed.
    2. Enter the following information on the initial screen:
    u2013 Vendor number
    u2013 Material number
u2013 Number of purchasing organization or plant
Enter the number of the info record if external number assignment is used for info
records. If you leave the corresponding field blank, the system assigns a number
    automatically.
    3. Press ENTER.
    The general data screen appears.
    4. Enter the general data (data on vendor, order unit, origin data, supply option).
You can enter the customs tariff number without a certificate category.
    5. Press ENTER.
The screen showing the purchasing organization data is displayed.
    6. Enter:
u2013 Vendor's planned delivery time (used for scheduling)
    u2013 Responsible purchasing group
u2013 Standard PO quantity (used for price determination in conjunction with price scales)
Check the control data. The tolerance data and the responsible purchasing group are
taken as default values from the material master record.
    7. Enter the net price. You have two options:
u2013 You enter the net price per unit in the Net price field. This price includes the vendor's
normal discounts or surcharges only - cash discounts for prompt payment, for example,
    are calculated separately.
u2013 You enter the gross price in the Net price field and then maintain the pricing conditions.
(To do this, choose Extras   Conditions.) The system automatically replaces the
entered gross price with the calculated net price.
    8. Check the texts. Choose Goto   Texts to display the text overview. You can enter the info
    memo or the PO text.
If the PO text is already defined in the material master record, it appears as a default
    value.
If you change the PO text from the material master record, your new text is stored
directly in the info record. The changed text is suggested as the info record PO text when
a purchase order is created, and can be adopted in the new PO.
If you store the text in the info record unchanged, subsequent changes made to the PO
text in the material master record will not be included in purchase orders. To do this,
select the PO text, then choose Edit   Texts   Adopt text.
    2. Save the info record.
Repeat steps 2 to 9 for all purchasing organizations and plants that are to be assigned to
    the info record.

  • SRM PR Not picking UOM from Purchase Info Record

    Dear Experts,
When we create a SC from SRM a PR is created automatically in ECC.
This PR is created with UOM as QT but it should be EA .
We checked from SRM side, the UOM passed to ECC is EA but when PR is created in ECC UOM is QT.
In PIR record is EA and base UOM is QT, UOM should be pulled from PIR as EA.
Why is it not pulling UOM from PIR?
    Thanks a lot ,
    Anubhav

no there is no settings at PR level.
since UOM is a global data which is attached with Master data in the materiual master.
i may not answer your question.
i believe your PRs are created in SRM because you dont have fixed sos in srm.
however your PR must be converted into PO after assiging source of supply.
you see in SRM, while creating a shopping cart , the system always propse you to create UOM (from source of supply like Contract maintained for material) .
i believe your PRs are created from  SRM because you dont have fixed sos in srm.
how many source of supply exists for that material . (inforecord / contract) .
    revisit your material master data.
you are confusing every one here.
since you have valid inforecord for the material and how PR created here .
what is the settings in define back end system - is it always PR ?

  • Workflow for shopping cart ordering not triggered

    Hi Gurus,
we are running SRM 7.0 and we are facing a big issue in handling the shopping carts when created by interfaces.
basically, when we create a shopping cart via interfaces and not manually on the SRM, the shopping cart remains in status "Open" and it is not ordered. We can also see in the shopping cart (in the tab Approval Process Overview we can see that the Approval Status is Open - No Decision Made).
Can anybody give a hint on how having the worlflow to "order" the shopping cart executed also whenever a shopping cart is created by the interface and not manually?
Thanks a lot in advance (lot of points promised...)

Hi Masa, thanks a lot for answring!
    - It is a new implementation
    - We are using the new Processed-Controlled workflow
    - it works if I manually create a SC from the standard webdynpro UI and I click the Order button.
    - How can I check the receiving interface?
    thanks!

  • Shopping Cart will not appear

I'm using iTunes 7 on Windows XP Pro, and I have not been able to access my Shopping Cart for the past 24 hours or so. The iTunes store works fine, and I can add songs into my cart, but when i try to access the cart, the operation "times out" - I even purchased directly from the iTunes store, and it downloaded the songs just fine, but the shopping cart still does not work. Any suggestions?
    SM

I've had the same problem for the past 36-48 hours. I've searched everywhere on the support website and the best I've been able to do, after uninstalling and reinstalling the software twice, has been to e-mail the company through the Contact Support link at the bottom of the page. I can access the store just fine and even add songs to the cart, I just can't view it. It is an unknown error (5002) with the store, so I'm assuming that only they can fix it. I will post again if I can get a definative answer out of them within the next 24 hours or so. Cheers.

  • Shopping Cart No not displays in Classic PO in ECC

    Hi Experts,
    We are configuring SRM7.0 with ECC6 ( Ehp4) having Classic Scenario .
Its strange that, in the Classic PO craeted from SRM Shopping Cart, there is no any refernce of Shopping Cart Number anywhere like ECC PR ?
Can anyone suggest is there is any std way to display the SC No in PO / PR craeted from SRM Shopping Cart ?
If  not, what is the way ? Is any BADi..etc
    Thanks
    NAP

    Hi Narendra,
You can implement the BADi mentioned by Muthu for passing the SC# to ECC PO .Sc info not stored in ECC tables but only SRM tables.
You can get the SC details from the PO number by simply quering the table BBP_PDBEI.
You must query BBP_PDBEI for each SC item GUID.
    You will find:
    - BBP_PDBEI-BE_OBJECT_TYPE = BUS2201
    - BBP_PDBEI-BE_OBJECT_ID = ECC PO number
    -- BBP_PDBEI-GUID = SC guid
Another simple way would be implementing BBP_DOC_CHANGE BADI instead. The tracking number field exists hidden in the shopping cart in SRM, and will tranfer as standard to R/3. The field to change is ET_ITEM-BE_TRACKING_NO.
The above development has been discussed in the below thread..Pls see the below link for code details :
Pass SC numbber to Tracking number

    Few errors,
1.Your 'addToCart' method in the bean will not work as you are thinking. Try to find out the reason by yourself.
2.ShopBean cart = new ShopBean(); in your ViewCart servlet gives you a fresh bean with a blank hashtable. Obviously it will not contain any items and hence you are not getting them displayed in the browser. Again you need to find out the error, I can give you a clue, Insert an item in the bean's constructor and test your code.
3.You need to carry the information between your servlets, session is the best thing to use. So, your bean's scope must be session.
Try to solve it by yourself, this forum will always be there to guide you.
    Hope this helps.

  • Add Customer fields to Shopping Cart Wizard - Not showing on one screen

    Hi,
I have added 3 custom fields to the SRM portal (5.0), by adding these fields to structures INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF & INCL_EEW_PD_ITEM_CSF_SC, as described in OSS Note 672960.
On the Shopping Cart Wizard, these custom fields appear in the default settings for items & when adding a Limit Item.
However, they do not appear in the selection for "Describe Requirement".
How do I add them to this subscreen? I have tried copying the customer fields subscreen in Screen Painter from the Limit Item screen (in addition to flow logic and html template changes.) However, it doesn't work right this way.
    Please help.

Not sure which CUF BADI you are referring to, since there are 2 of them.
BBP_CUF_BADI - Not implemented, since this is used to change how custom sub-screens look and act by creating your own (if business logic is complex). Not relevant, since the Customer fields subscreen does not appear where we need it. We have no use for controlling it in the areas where it does appear.
BBP_CUF_BADI_2.- Implemented. Is used to control customer fields. Not relevant, since the Customer fields subscreen does not appear where we need it. We have no use for controlling it in the areas where it does appear.
